The purpose of this research was to analyze the added value of ‘kepok’ banana chips, banana marketing system, and to examine the marketing mix of kepok banana chips in agroindustry in Karang Anyar Village, Gedong Tataan District of Pesawaran Regency. The respondents consisted of five owners of banana chipsagroindustry, 12 banana traders, and 35 farmers. Data were collected in October - December 2018, and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that chocolate banana chips has greater added value than original and caramel banana chips. The marketing system of Kepok banana is not efficient and tends to be oligopsonistics. The marketing mix in the Kepok banana chips agroindustry follows the four principles of product, prices, places, and promotions. However, location of agroindustry is not strategic and promotions useonly a personal selling method.Key words: added value, banana chips, marketing.

This research aims to find out the fumigation process (local: roa fish)and the added value of fumigation processing, and knowing the marketing channels for roa fish in Buajangka village, South Bungku District of Morowali regency in Central Sulawesi Province. Data collection in this research was carried out by census method to all people who conduct fumigation of smoked-baffled fish (roa fish) in Buajangka Village. The data were analysis through qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The research results show that technically, the fumigation process for roa fish starts from receiving raw materials, washing, transporting, clamping and fixing clips, structuring, fumigation process, and packaging or packing. The added value generated from the cocoa fumigation business in Buajangka Village, South Bungku District in per bunch of roa fish is Rp. 6,082. The added value generated from the cocoa fumigation business in the study area was relative low with a value added ratio> 50% (40.54%). While the marketing channel of Roa's fish fumigation business sells smoked roa fish products directly to consumers and collectors who come from outside the region such as Kendari, Bungku Tengah, Tentena, Poso and Palu who come directly to the place of roa fumigation.

ABSTRACT Pharmaceutical supply services in hospitals should be performed on the basis of the functions of logistics management, one of which is planning and procurement. Too little procurement can lead to out of stock outs, that is, the situation in which the required pharmaceutical supply is empty so that demand cannot be met, in which case it causes a loss to the hospital. To avoid the occurrence of stock out it must be done ABC Analysis Critical Index so it can be known which drug becomes a priority. This study aims to analyze the planning and procurement of antibiotic drugs based on ABC analysis of Critical Index at Pharmacy Installation of Luwuk Regional Public Hospital by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that of the 40 types of antibiotics in which 3 types of drugs (7.50%) were group A, 19 types of drugs (47.50%) were group B, and 18 types of drugs (45.00%) were included in group C. Using of this ABC Analysis Critical Index can help the hospital in planning the procurement of medicines by taking into account the value of usage, investment value, and drug criticality. Keywords: Planning, Procurement, ABC Analysis Critical Index, Antibiotic. ABSTRAK Pelayanan persediaan farmasi di rumah sakit harus dilakukan berdasarkan fungsi-fungsi dari manajemen logistik, salah satunya perencanaan dan pengadaan. Pengadaan yang terlalu sedikit dapat menyebabkan terjadinya stock out, yaitu keadaan dimana persediaan farmasi yang dibutuhkan kosong sehingga permintaan tidak dapat dipenuhi, pada keadaan ini menyebabkan kerugian bagi rumah sakit. Untuk menghindari terjadinya stock out maka harus dilakukan Analisis ABC Indeks Kritis sehingga dapat diketahui obat mana yang menjadi prioritas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan dan pengadaan obat antibiotik berdasarkan analisis ABC Indeks Kritis di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Luwuk dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 40 jenis obat antibiotik terdapat, 3 jenis obat (7.50%) merupakan kelompok A, 19 jenis obat (47.50%) merupakan kelompok B, dan 18 jenis obat (45.00%)  termasuk dalam kelompok C. Penggunaan Analisis ABC Indeks Kritis ini dapat membantu pihak rumah sakit dalam merencanakan pengadaan obat dengan memperhatikan nilai pemakaian, nilai investasi, dan nilai kekritisan obat. Kata Kunci : Perencanaan, Pengadaan, Analisis ABC Indeks Kritis, Antibiotik

This thesis aims at explaining, describing and a study of research about the pshycholinguistic, in order to know what kind of the usage of combined components of 3-V (Verbal language 7%, Intonation (Vocal) 38%, Body language (Visual) 55% by childrens of age in daily conversation. Research conducted qualitative and quantitative descriptive method research with using triangulation techniques to data collection. There are interview, field research or observation and literature review or document. The results of the study showed that competence and linguistics performance by childrens of age in daily conversation affected by three pshycholinguistic streams, that is behaviouristic pshycholinguistic, cognitive pshycholinguistic and mentalistic pshycholinguistic in improve the delivery of meaning with using combined components of 3-V (Verbal language 7%, Intonation (Visual) 38%, Body language (Visual) 55% in daily conversation. Step and method which is used for improve competence and performance linguistics by childrens of age in daily conversation, that is with how to improve their the affected of three pshycholinguistic streams;  behaviouristic pshycholinguistic, cognitive pshycholinguistic and mentalistic pshycholinguistic is with the childrens needs to learn and study languages through  the pattern as follows: 1. All components, system and language skills are learned in integrated manner. 2. Language learning is done naturally and directly in an authentic context. 3. Language learning is done in stages according to their needs. 4. Language learning is done through trial-error strategic. Skilled at dialogue with interviewing various of the professional of type, the importance of pretend play through sociodramatic play for the affected cognitive pshycholinguistic development by the childrens, behaviouristic pshycholinguistic and their mentalistic pshycholinguistic.

Farming Partnership of Palm Oil Farmers Group of Telaga Biru, with PT. Sawindo Kencana in West Bangka of Bangka Belitung.This research is to determine the mechanism of partnership between PT. Sawindo Kencana with farmer groups of Telaga Biru through cooperatives, farmers' rights and obligations and the company as well as the role of the position of the institutions concerned, the effectiveness of cooperation, and obstacles encountered in the course of the partnership. Location of research was selected by using purposive sampling. The type of data includes quantitative and qualitative data derived from primary and secondary data. Methods of data collection are interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The research results showed that the mechanism of implementation of the partnership based on a written agreement between farmers' groups of Telaga Biru and PT. Sawindo Kencana already realized well. The rights of farmers are to obtain the seeds, fertilizers, crop tool, material of pesticides, and marketing of the crop. The rights of the company is to obtain the harvest from farmers. Obligations of farmers namely provide crop yields of quality palm oil. The company's obligation namely to provide the needs of farmers such as fertilizer, harvesting equipment, materials of pesticides, and crop yields rights. The effectiveness of cooperation, namely the certainty of the role of the farmer groups of Telaga Biru in the company in partnership was not running optimally, but the certainty of the role of the company is already well underway. Obstacles in the farmer group of Telaga Biru namely that the farmers ‘background is different, lacking the discipline of saving money, and lack of participation in the care of smallholdings.

This study aims to analyze supply chain performanc, and added value in kelanting agroindustry in Gantimulyo Village. This research was conducted at six kelanting agroindustries in Gantimulyo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. Data collection was conducted in February 2019. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Performance measurements were made by  comparing indicators on FoodSCOR Card indicators. The calculation of added value used Hayami added value method. The results showed the flow pattern of supply chain started from farmers and agent as the main suppliers of raw materials. The perfomance of kelanting agroindustri showed that the average indicators were good based on indicators comparison of FoodSCOR card. The added value shows a positive value, meaning that kelanting agroindustry is feasible to be developed. Key words: added value, kelanting, supply chain.

This research aimed to analyze the income of cocoa farming and cocoa marketing efficiency in Bulok Subdistrict of Tanggamus Regency.  This research was conducted purposively in Suka Agung and Napal Village on April to May 2017.  The farmer respondents were chosen randomly and the marketing agency respondents were chosen from marketing agency which was directly involved in cocoa marketing at the research area.  The analysis used was quantitative descriptive method.  The result showed that the income of cocoa farming of cash cost was Rp23,502,689.07 per year and the income of cocoa farming of total cost was Rp16,365,572.38 per year .  The cocoa marketing system in Bulok Subdistrict of Tanggamus Regency was inefficient, because some marketing channel (50%) had producer share less than 60 percent,  the value of total marketing margins was still high (36.08 %), with uneven ratio of profit margin.Key words: cocoa, farming, income, marketing

Fish culture in floating net cages can be done through monoculture and polyculture systems. Those systems have been carried out technically by farmers in Tanjung Marthaalfons Ambon Bay. The development of fish culture business does not only pay attention to technical issues, but also the level of fish mortality and operational costs. Thus, this business needs to be evaluated financially. Through survey, the data was collected from key informants, and analyzed in qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The result shows that fish farming business with floating net cages in Tanjung Marthaalfons Ambon Bay in financially feasible to be developed. When the income is compared to regional minimum wage of Maluku, fish culture business with polyculture system is more profitable because the income is above the regional minimum wage value of Rp. 3,645,698 / month. The value of return on investment and revenue cost ratio of fish culture with polyculture systems is higher than monoculture systems, and its payback period is faster than monoculture systems.

Financial feasibility and added value analysis of home scale-agroindustries development based on cassava commodity in Barito Koala District, South Kalimantan. Cassava processing into food products aimed to improve shelf-life of fresh cassava in order to be feasible to be consumed and to give added value in order to improve cassava’s selling value. Prospect of home scale-agroindustries development based on cassava was observed by analyze their financial feasibility and added value. Research location was detemined using purposive sampling method; while sample taking was determined using simple random sampling and key person methods. Data obtained was analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. Stages of financial feasibility and added value analysis were production cost analyses, revenue, benefit, and efficiency (B/C ratio), and added value. Home scale-agroindustries based on cassav in Barito Koala District have prospect to be developed. However, with B/C ratio greater than 1 (1.67), cassava chips industry has more chance to be developed due to it is more efficient and feasible. The highest added value ratio as well as benefit ratio i.e. 63.13% and 90.79% respectively, showed that the chips indsutry can give the high added value and benefit for producer.

The current study aimed at developing a teacher handbook on preschool-aged children's aggressive behavior and its solution. The study was conducted in Kindergarten in Turi Subdistrict, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The subjects of the study were Kindergarten teachers, students, and parents. The data collection method consisted of interview, observation, and questionnaire. The present study was categorized as Research and Development (R&D). The study was conducted in six phases. Phase I involved survey and preliminary study, phase II involved prototyping of teacher handbook, phase III was initial evaluation, phase IV was product tryout, phase V was product revision, phase VI was the final product. The data were analyzed using quantitative analysis. Then it was converted into qualitative data by percentage formula in order to point out the product quality. The data were then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The result of the study showed that the use of teacher handbook significantly affects the decrease in preschool-aged children's aggressive behavior. The result of paired sample t-test on the questionnaire score before and after the use of the teacher handbook was sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05

The success of a company is largely determined by the accuracy of the leadership abilities in the management of the company. Cost efficiency has significance for the company in maintaining its existence in the business world. Activity Based Management is a method to achieve efficiency. The purpose of this research is to apply activity-based management method at Whiz Prime Hotel Megamass Manado by analyzing various activities in each deparment in hotel. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The results of this research is found some activities that are non value added activity in some departments in Whiz Prime Hotel Megamass Manado. However, after the implementation of activity management, the cost is not added value at each activity that does non value activity in some departments can be eliminated or reduced by Rp. 561.141.884. Thus, management can make cost reductions, so the company becomes more efficient.Keyword: Efficiency, Activity Based-Management, Non Value Added Activity
