This study aims to determine the effect of e-trust, e-wom and e-service quality on online purchasing decisions for Tokopedia users in Bandar Lampung. This research conducted with an explanatory research approach. The sample of this research is Tokopedia users who have made transactions more than once, with total 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by descriptive anaylsis and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that e-trust, e-wom, and e-service quality partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. The online purchasing decision factor in this study is mostly influenced by e-wom. Tokopedia is expected to add a recommendation feature for the most purchased products, filter reviews, and improve product quality. Keywords: e-trust, e-wom, e-service quality, online purchasing decisions   Abstrak   Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-trust, e-wom, dan e-service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada pengguna Tokopedia di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia yang telah melakukan transaksi lebih dari satu kali pada aplikasi, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang, yang dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-trust, e-wom dan e-service quality secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Perlu dukungan peningkatan pada aspek kemampuan Tokopedia dalam memberikan kepercayaan (ability), kemudahan dalam membagikan pengalaman berbelanjanya menggunakan aplikasi Tokopedia (expressive positive feeling), dan efisiensi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan.   Kata kunci: e-trust, e-wom, e-service quality, keputusan pembelian online.

Companies must be responsive in addressing consumer behavior by anticipating changes and retaining consumers so that consumers are loyal. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of products and prices on consumer’s purchasing decisions Mamasuka spacy flour at PT Jico Agung in Pekanbaru. There were 60 consumers used as population and sample in this research. They are the consumers from shops and grocers selling Mamasuka spicy flour of PT Jico Agung in Pekanbaru. While the method used in this research was multiple linear analysis. The result showed that both products and prices affected each other in consumers’ decision to buy Mamasuka spicy flour. Product and prices also affected positively consumers’ purchasing decision in buying Mamasuka spicy flour at PT Jico Agung in Pekanbaru. The contribution of product and prices to consumers’ purchasing decisions in buying Mamasuka was 41,6%, while the rest is equal to 58,4% influenced by other variables not examined in this research. PT Jico Agung was expected to improve product quality and provide competitive price as well as concern about promotion strategi used.Keywords: Products, Prices, Purchasing Decisions

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

Income and social environment are factors that can influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income and social environment on purchasing decisions in taqsith. This type of research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 66 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. From the results of the T Test and F Test show that partially income variables significantly influence the purchase decision taqsith with a probability value (Sig) 0.017 < (α) 0.05. Social environment variables also have a significant effect on taqsith purchasing decisions with a probability value (Sig) 0.033 < (α) 0.05. Simultaneously income and social environment significantly influence the purchase decision in taqsith and this can be seen from the probability value (Sig) 0,000 < (α) 0.05.

The object of the study is PT. Permata Niaga Medan. The object was chosen because there was a decrease in purchasing decision in this company. The decrease in purchasing decision was initiated with a decrease in sales in the company. The decreased sales was affected by promotion and product quality in the company. The inactive promotion could be seen from the promotion frequency and the decrease in product quality could be seen from the return of chocolate by consumers. The research used some theories relating to marketing management relating to promotion, product quality, and purchasing decision. Data were collected through interview, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regresion analysis, determination coefficient of simultaneous testing (F-testing) and partial testing (T-test). The research populations were 186 consumers with 128 samples. The simultaneous testing showed that promotion and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision of chocolate products at PT. Permata Niaga Medan with the determination coefficient of 39.7% whle the remaining 60.3% was explained by other independent variables not researched such as service quality, price, and brand. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that promotion and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decision of chocalate products at PT. Permata Niaga Medan.

This study examines purchasing decisions of The Executive product, viewed from the aspect of foreig branding, price, and product quality in the perspective of consumer behavior. A quantitative approach was applied, using a questionnaire to 400 respondents. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that foreign branding, price, and product quality influence purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously had positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. The highest effect in this study was product quality, with comfort and quality of raw material which the main factor need to be maintened because they determined the purchasing decision of The Executive as a fashion product. Abstrak Studi ini mengkaji keputusan pembelian produk The Executive, dilihat dari aspek foreign branding, harga, dan kualitas produk dalam perspektif perilaku konsumen. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada 400 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, foreign branding, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh terbesar terletak pada variabel kualitas produk, dengan kenyamanan dan kualitas bahan baku menjadi faktor dominan yang perlu dipertahankan, karena menentukan keputusan pembelian The Executive sebagai produk fashion.

This study aims to determine how much the Influence of Price Perception, Brand Trust, Service Quality and Location on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of Natasha Skin Clinic Center. The population used in this study were Natasha Skin Clinic Center consumers with a total sample of 100 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique with a Quota Sampling approach, which is a technique to determine a sample of a population that has certain characteristics to the desired amount (quota) based on the results of the study found the regression equation as follows Y = 3,692 + 0,193X1 + 0,231X2 + 0,208X3 + 0,215X4 + e. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The variable that has the greatest influence is the brand trust variable with a regression coefficient of 0.231, while the variable that has the smallest influence is the perception of price with a coefficient of 0.193. Hypothesis testing uses t test which shows that the four independent variables, namely price perception (X1), brand trust (X2), service quality (X3) and location (X4) which are examined, have proven to significantly influence the dependent variable, namely purchasing decision (Y). Then through the F test it can be seen that the price perception variable (X1), brand trust (X2), service quality (X3) and location (X4) together influence the purchasing decision (Y).

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze distribution channels, service quality, product quality on purchase decisions at PT Sumatra Sukses Jaya. The phenomenon of a decrease in purchasing decisions, delays in distribution to customers, service quality that still gets complaints from customers and the existence of product returns from product quality that occur are the background of this research. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling using the slovin formula in determining the sample. The number of samples in this study was 115 people. In partial data testing, the variables of distribution channels, service quality, product quality show a positive and significant effect on each variable on purchase decisions at PT Sumatra Sukses Jaya. In testing the data analysis simultaneously, the variables of distribution channels, service quality, product quality showed a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions at PT Sumatra Sukses Jaya. This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of price perception on purchasing decisions (2) the influence of service quality on purchasing decision (3) the influence of location on purchasing decision (4) the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decision and (5) the influence of Price Perception, Service Quality, Location, Word of Mouth to purchase decision on customers CafeNet. This study uses a quantitative method approach. The population in this study are consumers who have made purchases in CafeNet-Central Kupang. The sampling technique is probability sampling with the number of samples of 97 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) Price Perception had a significant  effect on Purchasing Decision; (2) Service Quality did not had a significant effect on Purchasing Decision; (3) The Location did not had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions; (4) The Word of Mouth did not had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions; and (5) The Price Perception, Service Quality, Location and Word of Mouth did not had a significant effect simultaneously to Purchase Decision on CafeNet customer- Central Kupang. Art market or souvenir market can not be separated from the existence of Bali island, unlike a tourist destination. The development of modern souvenir market was very disturbing traders in the traditional souvenir market. Due to it was feared will turn off the traditional art market. In this regard, to ensure the factors that need to be optimized in order to increase tourist visits to traditional Art Market was very important to conduct research. Based on the background and the problem, this research has a purpose to analyze the influence of art market attribute, promotion and service quality to market image and purchasing decision with research location at Guwang Art Market. The present research was designed as a descriptive and analytic approach. It defined that was descriptive facts, followed by analysis of the significance of empirical facts found. The descriptions were included the facts of market attributes, promotion, service quality, and market image in purchasing decisions. The population in the study were tourists who visit Guwang Art Market. Data collection was conducted with questionnaires distributed to travelers visiting the Guwang Art Market in April-July 2015. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model.

  Abstract   The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on Sari Roti consumers in Wonodri Village Semarang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Sari Roti in Indomart. The sample is 130 people. The sampling technique used is stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a positive and significant influence between Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions, Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between Price Perception , Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions.   Keywords:  Price Perception, Product Quality, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision
