Softlens is a medical device that is attached to the cornea to help vision as a substitute for glasses. Currently Softlens are used freely. But many users are not aware of the impact of using Softlens. So there are problems that are harmful to the eye. Meanwhile, to consult with eye experts requires a lot of time and money. This study aims to facilitate the consultation process so as to minimize the risk of eye problems that may occur. By using the forward chaining method, knowledge from experts or eye specialists in the form of disease names and symptoms will be processed to get the rule. Where rule will be used in diagnosing the use of Softlens. From the results of system testing that has been done with sample data as many as 10 patients, compared with the results of expert diagnosis obtained the value of system accuracy is 80%. This level of accuracy shows that an expert diagnosis system using Softlens can be used to assist doctors in providing a diagnosis based on symptoms and can provide early prevention for users who use this expert system

The eye is one of the organs in the body that has an important role in human life, because the eye is one of the organs that has a function as vision in carrying out every activity. Eye health really needs to be maintained by diligently consulting or having your eyes checked by a doctor so that vision remains clear and there are no eye problems when looking at objects around us. However, eye health is often neglected, so that many various diseases can attack the eye. If not handled properly, diseases that attack the eye can cause visual disturbances and lead to blindness. Therefore, the eye must be kept healthy and kept clean because it is a very important organ of the human body. The purpose of building this expert system is to assist the public in diagnosing eye diseases from the symptoms that are being felt. This expert system will be a way out of eye problems that are suffered by the community, In this way people no longer have trouble going to the doctor. All data and facts to be processed are obtained from an expert, the method used in diagnosing this eye disease is the forward chaining method to apply the rules of the 28 symptoms and 8 diseases described by the expert. The results of the diagnosis using the Forward Chaining method is a very good level of accuracy in determining the type of eye disease that is suffered by the community and can provide early prevention for users who use this expert system.

Dental and oral disease is one of the diseases that has been felt by most of the people. Insufficient information and the limited level of public awareness of the prevention of dental and oral diseases make the impact quite dangerous if not handled properly. An appropriate information system is needed in overcoming and providing solutions for handling a disease as early as possible. Expert systems can be used as a means of information on the treatment of dental and oral diseases. The manufacture of the expert system in this study initially used the forward chaining method, which is a method that searches based on information that is made into a set of rules so as to get a conclusion. However, after re-analysis, two other methods, namely certainty factor and dempster shafer, were also applied in this study with the aim of overcoming the shortcomings of the forward chaining method, one of which is uncertainty in producing a conclusion or diagnosis of disease. Determining the type of dental and oral disease can be known by looking at the symptoms experienced by the patient. The use of an expert system for diagnosing dental and oral diseases can be used as an initial solution in helping someone to treat the disease. The existence of this expert system can be used as consideration in making decisions to determine the type of dental and oral disease quickly, precisely and accurately.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan akan adanya alat bantu bagi peternak maupun penyuluh dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pada ayam. Basis pengetahuan sepenuhnya diambil dari pengetahuan pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa dan menentukan nama penyakit yang diderita oleh ayam. Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan membandingkan 4 jurnal internasional yang berjudul “Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developling Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System”. Berdasarkan keempat jurnal tersebut dapat dikembangkan inovasi baru berupa Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ayam menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan studi literature sehigga dapat menggumpulkan data yang lebih lengkap. Sistem Pakar ini akan di implementasikan kedalam sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android dengan harapan memudahkan user dalam menggunakan karena dibuat kedalam aplikasi android sehingga bisa di install dalam handphone. Hasil akhir berupa suatu informasi data penyakit dengan nilai Certainty Factor/kepastian.Kata Kunci — Diagnosa Penyakit Ayam, Sistem Pakar, Android, Certainty FectorThis study was conducted based on the need for tools for farmers and extension workers in diagnosingdiseases in chickens. The knowledge base is completely drawn from the expert knowledge that can diagnose and determine the name of the disease suffered by chickens. This study was based on the results of the analysis by comparing four international journals entitled "Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developing Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System". Based on the four journals can be developed a new innovation in the form of expert system of chicken disease diagnosis using Certainty Factor method. The research methodology uses interviews and literature studies so that it can collect more complete data. Expert System will be implemented into an android-based mobile application with the hope of facilitating the user in using because it is made into the android application that can be installed in the mobile phone. Some of the minor illnesses that often occur in the community are often ignored, if the disease is not treated immediately then the impact will be more severe and serious handling, therefore needed a system that can produce information about the possibility of disease in a person's body, so that can be handled more quickly to avoid dangerous diseases. In this study implemented the expert system to diagnose diseases based on mobile devices as the initial stage for first aid before consultation with the doctor. Therefore, it is necessary to design an expert system of mobile disease-based diagnostics, this system uses mobile technology for easy access and can be done anytime and anywhere, in addition to this system using a simple display that can facilitate the use. In this research, the researcher uses forward chaining method supported from data collection through observation and literature study. By simply selecting the age of the user and selecting the perceived symptoms, the user can immediately know the illness he or she is likely to suffer so that the handling of the disease can be done immediately.

Expert systems are widely used in various types of fields, one of which is in the field of animal husbandry. The number of chicken farms that appear is not comparable with information and knowledge about raising chickens, so dependence on experts is the only solution in handling chicken disease problems. Expert systems can be a solution to problems that arise in terms of handling chicken disease. Expert systems that are built using the forward chaining method can work like an expert who can deduce the problem from the symptoms given. With the existence of an expert system, dependence on experts is no longer a solution in dealing with the problem of chicken disease, because ordinary people can also provide action like an expert.

Children at the age of 1 year (toddlers) are more susceptible to the disease, parents must always give more attention to their children with poor health conditions, of course it will be very important for the growth of children. Application of an expert system to diagnose digestive diseases by using the forward chaining method can help parents in knowing the state of children's health. This research is an applied technology product that can provide benefits as a media or instructor in handling patients. The design of this system has been carried out through data activities, rule design, process design and system testing. From data and information found handling facts. The results obtained from system testing using the PHP MySQl application indicate that the results of diagnoses and pediatric diseases at Tanjung Balai General Hospital, have as many as 10 patient data that have been examined by experts and have conducted system checks to achieve 80% accuracy, from the conclusions that can be concluded data obtained from experts developed using the Forward Chaining Method are appropriate in determining the symptoms and diseases obtained from experts.

Abstract - Along with the development of technology, also developed a system thet is able to adopt technology and the humant human thinking procces is an expert system which contains specific knowledge so that everyone can use to solve a specific problem, in this case is the health problem with vitamin deficiency in the human body. When there is a health disoreder, especially vitamin deficiency rether the people will a come to a doctor or nutritionist for a consultation. Sometimes there are also weaknes when entrusting to specialist such as limited hours of practice and the events that forced many patients have to queue and require a sizeeable fee. In this case, we as the people who use the service need more of an expert who can faciliate in the diagnosis of vitamin deficiency in the body as early prevention. Therefore as an alternative solution is to create an expert sysem aplication that can identify / diagnose a vitamin deficiency based on body sympton with forward chaining methode. Displayed in the form of a website using PHP programing with MYSQL database, so the consultation will be easeier, cost-eeffective and can be used anytime, anywhere. Namun terdapat kelemahan jika memepercayakan kepada dokter ahli seperti terbatasnya jam praktek dan kejadian banyak pasien yang memaksa harus harus melakukan antrian serta memerlukan biaya yang lumayan besar. Dalam hal ini, kita selaku orang yang menngunakan jasa lebih membutuhkan seorang pakar yang bisa memudahkan dalam mendiagnosa kekurangan vitamin dalam tubuh sebagai pencegahan awal. Dengan demikian sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah yaitu dengan membuat aplikasi sistem pakar yang dapat megidentifikasi/mendiagnosa kekurangan vitamin pada tubuh berdasarkan gejala yang ada menggunakan metode forward chaining. Yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk website menggunakan program php dengan database MySQL, sehingga konsultasi akan lebih mudah, hemat biaya serta dapat digunakan kapan dan dimana saja. The purpose of this paper is to create an expert system to detect oil palm plant diseases in order to help farmers / companies in providing accurate information about the diseases of oil palm plants and how to overcome them and to help reduce the risk of decreasing palm oil production. This system is designed to mimic the expertise of an expert who is able to detect diseases that attack oil palm plants. The method used is forward chaining that is starting from a set of data and proving a fact by describing the level of confidence and uncertainty found in a hypothesis. The results of this study are to diagnose diseases of oil palm plants and their computerization using web programming languages.

<p>Penelitian ini membangun suatu sistem pakar untuk menentukan menu makanan sehat berdasarkan golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol pasien dengan metode Forward Chaining. Tujuan untuk membantu orang awam dalam menentukan menu makanan sehat untuk pasien kolesterol. Sistem ini menganalisa masalah penentuan menu makanan sehat berdasarkan golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol pasien. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sitem pakar ini adalah berupa informasi makanan sehat yang akan dikonsumsi oleh pasien kolesterol dengan jenis golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol yang berbeda. Analisa dilakukan dengan cara mengetahui jenis golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol pasien yang ditampilkan oleh program sistem pakar ini, rancangan sistem ini menggunakan inference forward chaining, dengan implementasi sistem menggunakan sistem database Microsoft Office Access dan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0. Dari rancangan aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat, maka orang awam yang memderita kolesterol dapat menentukan menu makanan sehat untuk di konsumsi berdasarkan golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol dengan menjalankan aplikasi sistem pakar.</p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em><em>This study builds an expert system to determine the healthy food menu based on blood type and cholesterol levels of patients with Forward Chaining method. The goal is to help the layman in determining a healthy diet for cholesterol patients. This system analyzes the problem of determining healthy food menu based on blood group and patient cholesterol level. The results obtained from this expert system is in the form of healthy food information that will be consumed by cholesterol patients with the type of blood group and different cholesterol levels. <p>Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah seperti layaknya seorang pakar. Dengan sistem pakar ini, orang awam pun dapat menyelesaikan masalahnya atau hanya sekedar mencari suatu informasi berkualitas yang sebenarnya hanya dapat diperoleh dengan bantuan para ahli di bidangnya. Salah satunya yaitu dibidang medis untuk mendiagnosapenyakit anak. Mengetahui gejala dari suatu penyakit secara dini dapat menjadi bantuan pertama yang dapat dilakukan para orang tua di rumah jika anak mereka terserang penyakit.Basis pengetahuan disusun sedemikian rupa kedalam database dengan beberapa tabel. Penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi <em>forward chaining</em>. Sistem pakar akan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada user berupa gejala dari beberapa penyakit dan user akan menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Hingga <em>user</em> akan mendapatkan solusi dari hasil pertanyaan tadi. </p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Expert systems are systems that adopt human knowledge into computers designed to model the ability to resolve problems like an expert. Inferences in this expert system uses forward chaining inference method.
