Based on the question:  "Does stressor have an impact on the academic work produktivity of lecturers?", the writer tried toformulize  in the research  problems  (l) Jn what level do the lecturers University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMS) experience the stressor?  (2) Does the   stressor       in   the    work   place          including  job        environment,             individual, organizational,  and  extraorganizational   significantly   injluened  the  academic  work produ ctivity  of  the  lecturers?  (3) Among  these  rnriables,  which  one  was  the  most significant  its influent  on  the work productivity  of the  lecturers? The purpos e of the research was (1) To know the level of the stressor which the lecturers ofUMS experience. (2) To know whether stressor in the work place  including job  environment, individual, organizational, and extraorganizational significantly had impact on the academic work productivity  of the lecturers. (3) To know the variables, which variable was the most significant its influent on the academic work producti,· ity of lecturers.Sample used in the research was all the lecturers in UMS there are 27 altogether. To.find primary data the research used questionaire, and to find secondary data it used document supported by interview and observation. There were some technic used in the data analysis: I) Tabulation analysis and percenLage to know the level of the stressor, productivity, and percentage analysis to find out how much is the percentage of the respondent belonging to the level of certain stressor and certain work productivity. 2) Multiple linier regression analysis its purpose was to know the impact of independence variable on dependence variable and than used t-tets and F 3) Multiple linier regression analysis was used to know sub independence variable which one was the most significant its influent on dependence variable. The independence mriable used in this research were stressor in the work place (X) its sub varieble including job environment (Xl). individual (X2), organizational (X3), and extraorganizational (X4), than the dependence variable was academic work productivity  (Y).From the tabulation and percentage analysis was fou nd that 7,41% of the respondents experienced low-level stressor, 92,59% medium-lev el stressor and 96,30% respondents had low productivity and 3, 70% had high produ ctirity. The result of multiple linter regression analysis showed that variable X significantly had impact on variable Y with determination coefficient 88, 90% and constand factor 6,574. The result multiple tinier regression analysis showed that extraorganizational variable is the most significant its influent on variable Y So, it was concluded that stressor in the work place signifi cantly had impact on the academic work productivity of the lecturers in UMS, and the most significant its influent variable was extraorganizational variable.

This study aims to determine whether the marketing mix (products, prices, promotions, distribution places/channels, people, processes and physical facilities) simultaneously influence purchasing decision at Gramedia Manado. This research was conducted at Gramedia Bookstore, Jl. Sam Ratulangi No. 45, South Wenang, Manado City. This research was conducted from October to November 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach to see causal relationships. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct data collection from informants by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have made at least two purchases at Gramedia Manado. Secondary data is obtained from existing sources (books, journals, websites, etc.) for reference in making reports. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix simultaneously had an effect and was significant on purchasing decisions at Gramedia Manado.*eprm*

This study is aimed to investigate the impact of senior management support, employees’ involvement and open corporate culture on the motivation of employees in the education sector of Pakistan. To collect the primary data, a self-administrated questionnaire is used while for secondary data collection research journals and articles are used. The sample size of this study consists of two hundred employees (hundred from public and hundred from private institutes). SPSS is used for measuring the association between variables and to see the impact of senior management support, open corporate culture, and involvement of employees on the motivation of employees. Correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to test the hypothesis of the research model. The motivation of the employees mainly depends upon senior management support and employees' involvement in decision making. Findings of the results support hypothesis 1, 2 & 3 while disproving hypothesis 4. Senior management support and employees’ involvement in decision making have a significant and positive impact on the motivation of employees. And the open corporate culture has no meaningful impact on employees’ motivation.

This study aims to determine whether CR, DER, NPM, and TATO effect profit changes. The population in this research are mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018 consisting of 48 companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and 15 companies were selected. The data in the study comes from the secondary data obtained through the documentation technique. Data analysis with multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 18. The results showed that there was significant influence simultaneously between CR, DER, NPM, and TATO to Profit Changes. Based on the partial test, the conclusion CR and TATO has positive and not significant effect on profit changes. DER has negative and not significant effect in profit changes. NPM has positive and significant effect on profit changes.

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Me'Daseng program. Measurement of effectiveness used four elements in accordance with Budiani (2009) concept namely: the accuracy of target, socialization, objectives, and monitoring. The research was conducted in the North Tabukan Sub-district, Sangihe Islands Regency. The selection of informants was carried out purposively with a total of 12 informants. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by conducting interviews with informants and making direct observations. Secondary data were collected by conducting literature studies and searching online data related to the theme of this research, namely program effectiveness. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) the Me'Daseng program was not yet fully effective, in terms of target accuracy. The community was still less involved or served when the Me'Daseng program was implemented. (2) Socialization of the Me'Daseng program has been carried out, but it has not been very good, especially the direct socialization carried out in communities. (3) The effectiveness of the Me'Daseng program when viewed from the objectives of the Me'Daseng program and compared to the results achieved, has not been very effective. (4) The government has made efforts to make improvements in the implementation of the Me'Daseng program, as an effort to pay attention to the community receiving services from the Me'Daseng program, but the impact felt by the community is still not as expected.

       The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence and measure the level of elasticity of demand for catfish in Palimbangan Sari Village. The study was conducted in Palimbangan Sari Village, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, from July to August 2015. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, the sampling technique used was convenience sampling, data analysis used was regression analysis. multiple linear and elasticity analysis. The results showed that the factors that influenced the demand for catfish were the price of catfish, the price of eggs, siamese fish, the number of families, and family income. The price elasticity of catfish is -25,296, meaning that catfish are inelastic, cross elasticity, only the price of eggs and catfish are substitute for catfish because they have a positive elasticity value. From the calculation of income elasticity shows that catfish are normal items

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work motivation on employee work discipline at Permai Hotel Pekanbaru. In this study the authors used data analysis with Quantitative methods, namely data that can be calculated in the form of numbers obtained through questionnaires on respondents or the employee itself, and consists of Primary data and Secondary data. The results of the study based on regression analysis found that there was an effect of work motivation on employee work discipline positive correlation coefficient means having a unidirectional relationship. The better the motivation possessed by an employee, the higher the work discipline of the employee. Conversely, if the employee's work motivation is low then the work discipline will also be low, therefore the company leader, especially the hotel game will still provide motivation to employees to be able to improve work discipline.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Hotel Permai Pekanbaru.Di dalam Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan analisa data dengan metode Kuantitatif, yaitu data yang dapat dihitung berupa angka-angka diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket penelitian terhadap responden atau karyawan itu sendiri, dan terdiri dari data Primer dan data Sekunder. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis regresi ditemukan ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan koefisien korelasi positif artinya memiliki hubungan yang searah. Semakin baik motivasi yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan maka akan semakin tinggi disiplin kerja karyawan, Sebaliknya apabila motivasi kerja karyawan rendah maka disinlin kerja juga akan rendah, oleh karena itu pimpinan perusahaan khususnya hotel permai tetap memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan untuk dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja.</em></p>

The Welsh Baccalaureate qualification has been adopted by most secondary schoolswithin Wales. In years 12 and 13 (ages 16-18), 50% of the qualification requires students tocollect primary data and also conduct secondary data analysis to write a 5000 word investigative report. To help teachers develop effective teaching strategies and resources, Welsh Government funding enabled key networking events to establish a teacher conference. This paper describes the supportive nature and potential portability of theconference to help teachers’ delivery of critical thinking and data analysis skills. This research aims to determine the impact of the development of Lake Tajwid natural tourism and the strategy of developing Lake Tajwid natural tourism. There are two data in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. data analysis using GAP analysis which is based on the SAPTA PESONA indicator. Sapta Pesona has 7 indicators, namely; safe, orderly, clean, beautiful, cool, friendly and memorable. based on the results of research on natural ecotourism development of Lake Tajwid impact on environmental, economic and social conditions. the environment will have an impact on environmental pollution if it is not wise in developing tourist areas. the economic aspect can grow the economy, the social aspect opens up employment opportunities. Then there is a gap between reality and charm. The strategies designed in this research to realize the natural tourism development of Lake Tajwid are; 1) instilling awareness of tourism, 2) structuring facilities and infrastructure, 3) increasing supporting facilities, 4) increasing information / innovation and promotion, and 5) preserving the environment.

This research aims to analyze the effect of word of mouth and advertising towards the customers decision to be customers of the Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ulak Karang. The population in this study are all potential customers Bank Syariah Mandir KCP Ulak Karang. Total sample is 150 respondents. It is taken by using accidental sampling. Primary data was obtained by using a questionnaire, while the secondary data is derived from documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis was analyzed with the t test on alpha 0.05. Testing analysis usedSPSS version 23.00. Findings from this study are: (1) there is significant effects between word of mouth toward the customers decision to be customers of the Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ulak Karang with the percentage of the influence is 0.115 (2) there is significant influence between the advertising toward the customers decision to be customers of the Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ulak Karang with the percentage of the influence is 0.173.

Zakat institution growth is increasing in Indonesia, but the absorption of zakat potential is not optimal yet. Low of intention to pay zakat on institution is one of factor why it is not optimal. This research aims to know the influence of perception in accountability, transparency, and responsibility of zakat institution to intention for paying zakat on DPU DT Yogyakarta. This is field research with primary data and secondary data. The method used to collect the data using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The technique used for sampling is convinience sampling with 51 respondents and suggested the use of multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS 16.00 for data analysis. The result of this research indicated that all variables significantly influence intention to pay zakat simultaneously. But, the result of test partial indicated that accountability and transparency significantly positive influence to intention of paying zakat, then there is no influence of responsibility.
