This study aims to analyze the effects of: interest rates on private investment in ASEAN, inflation rates on private investment in ASEAN, exchange rates on private investment in ASEAN, output on private investment in several countries in ASEAN. This type of research is descriptive research. The data in this study are secondary data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis and hypothesis t test and f test. The results showed that the interest rate had a positive and not significant effect on private investment (Y), inflation had a negative and not significant effect on private investment (Y), the exchange rate had a negative and significant effect on private investment (Y), and output had a positive and significant effect towards private investment (Y).

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns on manufacturing companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2014 period. The population in this study were 149 companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. By using the Slovin method, a sample of 60 companies was obtained. This type of data is secondary data obtained by documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression by testing hypotheses using F and t. The results showed that partially inflation and interest rates had a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns while the rupiah exchange rate had a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously that the variables of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates have a significant effect on stock returns on manufacturing companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The amount of variation in inflation, interest rates and exchange rates is only able to explain variations in stock returns by 4.4 percent, while the remaining 95.6 percent is explained by other variables outside of this research variable.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of interest rates, exchange rates and capital structure on profitability in state-owned and private banking go public in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research based on the study of empirical rational principles. Collecting data using secondary data with purposive sampling technique, the sample consists of Commercial Banks Business Group (BUKU IV) with core capital > Rp 30 trillion. The data analysis technique used panel data regression analysis using EVIEWS version 11 software. The results showed that the interest rate had a positive and significant effect on banking profitability; Exchange Rate has a negative and significant effect on Banking Profitability; Capital Structure has a positive and significant effect on Banking Profitability; Interest Rate, Exchange Rate, and Capital Structure simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Banking Profitability

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect stock prices through appropriate ratio analysis. As for the ratio of interest rates, inflation and exchange rates. Researchers want to know and analyze the effect partially or simultaneously between interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates on stock prices. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data. The object of this research is hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sample used in this study were 3 hotel with certain characteristics. The results of research simultaneously using the F test show that there is no influence between interest rates, inflation and exchange rates on stock prices because the calculated value is smaller than the table. Partially with the t test it can be concluded that there is no influence between interest rates on stock prices because the tcount value in the interest rate variable is smaller than the t table. Likewise, the t calculation of inflation and the exchange rate is smaller than the t table, so that there is no partial effect of the two variables on stock prices. The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This study aims to analysis the effect of macroeconomic variables on the overall return of company shares which is a proxy with changes in the composite stock price index. This study uses secondary data in a period of 20 months from November 2016 to June 2018. While the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression This study found that macroeconomic variables consisting of inflation rates, interest rates, money supply, and foreign exchange rates, stock returns have a significant effect on companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

<p>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of professionalism competence variable on students' achievement, (2) the effect of teacher's personality variables on students' achievement, (3) the effect of teacher's professionalism and personality on students' achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with 60 teachers of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA as research subjects taken by total sampling method. Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 &gt; ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 &gt; ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 &gt; Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. It means in the amount of 22,20% of students’ learning achievement variable is affected by two independent variables in this research, meanwhile the rest as big as 77,80% is affected by other variable that is not studied in this research.</p>

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi internet semakin hari semakin berkembang pesat. Salah satu dampaknya yaitu timbul kebiasaan baru dalam peralihan bertransaksi tunai menjadi non tunai. Perusahaan Fintech berlomba-lomba menciptakan aplikasi dengan fitur-fitur menarik diantaranya E-Wallet. Saat ini mahasiswa menjadi target baru perusahaan dalam menawarkan fitur tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penggunaan E-Wallet dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian bagi mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data sekunder yang diperoleh masing-masing website/aplikasi penyedia jasa E-Wallet, yakni: www.ovo.id.   dan www.gojek.com/gopay/ serta menggunakan studi kepustakaan dari jurnal-jurnal untuk relevan dengan pokok masalah. Teknik analisis data yang digunkan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif yaitu mengambil simpulan dari pernyataan atau fakta-fakta khusus menjadi persoalan yang spesifik dan dibuat simpulan umum sesuaidengan teori-teori yang tersedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat tiga alasan yang mendasar yaitu penawaran promo dan fitur menarik, kenyamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan E-Wallet itu sendiri yang menjadikan penggunaan E-Wallet cukup efektif dalam proses menentukan keputusan pembelian di kalangan mahasiswa.Kata kunci: efektifitas, E-Wallet, mahasiswa, pembelian, teknologi AbstractThe development of internet technology is increasingly growing rapidly. One of the impacts is the new habit of switching from cash to non-cash transactions. Fintech companies are competing to create applications with interesting features, including E-Wallet. Currently, students are the company's new target in offering these features. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using E-Wallet in determining student purchasing decisions. The data technique in this study used secondary data analysis obtained by each E-Wallet service provider site/application, namely: www.ovo.id. and www.gojek.com/gopay/ and uses literature study from journals relevant to the subject matter. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique which takes statements or specific facts into specific problems and makes general conclusions according to the available theories. Pandeglang Regency community is an agricultural and religious area located in Banten Province which is adjacent to the Capital City of Jakarta. One serious problem that occurs is unemployment in rural areas. This study aims to analyze the problem of unemployment reality with a socioeconomic approach with a handling approach. This research is a descriptive research. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, through one stage cluster random sampling method. Secondary data used from related institutions / agencies in the Regional Government of Pandeglang Regency. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed the factors causing unemployment in Pandeglang Regency were due to limited employment, limited business capital; unable to compete in business; low awareness of the community in helping to find (invite) work; low work ethic; inability to capture work / business opportunities; low labor costs; work termination; Closed attitude towards life. The dominant contributing factor to unemployment is the first because of limited employment. Second, it is due to limited business capital and third is due to a low work ethic (lazy character).

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth on investment in Indonesia from 1990 to 2017. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from www.bps.go.id and www.bi.go. id. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results show that interest rates have a negative and significant effect on investment in Indonesia, Inflation has no effect on investment in Indonesia, Exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on investment in Indonesia, Economic growth has a negative and significant effect on investment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth influence investment in Indonesia.
