AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi internet semakin hari semakin berkembang pesat. Salah satu dampaknya yaitu timbul kebiasaan baru dalam peralihan bertransaksi tunai menjadi non tunai. Perusahaan Fintech berlomba-lomba menciptakan aplikasi dengan fitur-fitur menarik diantaranya E-Wallet. Saat ini mahasiswa menjadi target baru perusahaan dalam menawarkan fitur tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penggunaan E-Wallet dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian bagi mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data sekunder yang diperoleh masing-masing website/aplikasi penyedia jasa E-Wallet, yakni: www.ovo.id.   dan www.gojek.com/gopay/ serta menggunakan studi kepustakaan dari jurnal-jurnal untuk relevan dengan pokok masalah. Teknik analisis data yang digunkan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif yaitu mengambil simpulan dari pernyataan atau fakta-fakta khusus menjadi persoalan yang spesifik dan dibuat simpulan umum sesuaidengan teori-teori yang tersedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat tiga alasan yang mendasar yaitu penawaran promo dan fitur menarik, kenyamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan E-Wallet itu sendiri yang menjadikan penggunaan E-Wallet cukup efektif dalam proses menentukan keputusan pembelian di kalangan mahasiswa.Kata kunci: efektifitas, E-Wallet, mahasiswa, pembelian, teknologi AbstractThe development of internet technology is increasingly growing rapidly. One of the impacts is the new habit of switching from cash to non-cash transactions. Fintech companies are competing to create applications with interesting features, including E-Wallet. Currently, students are the company's new target in offering these features. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using E-Wallet in determining student purchasing decisions. The data technique in this study used secondary data analysis obtained by each E-Wallet service provider site/application, namely: www.ovo.id. and www.gojek.com/gopay/ and uses literature study from journals relevant to the subject matter. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique which takes statements or specific facts into specific problems and makes general conclusions according to the available theories. The results of this study are three basic reasons, namely promo offers and attractive features, convenience and the use of E-Wallet itself which uses the use of E-Wallet which is quite effective in the process of determining purchasing decisions among students..Keywords: efectivity, E-Wallet, student, purchase, technology

<p class="Default"><em><span lang="IN">Assessment is part of a teacher's pedagogic competence and curriculum-13 must carry out cognitive, psychomotor and affective assessments. Online learning causes the implementation of psychomotor and affective assessments to be hampered. This study aims to determine the readiness and understanding of Biology teachers on psychomotor and affective assessments during online learning. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique. The subject of the study, namely the Biology teacher of the SMA in Comal District, opened 5 teachers through filling out questionnaires distributed online on google forms and RPP documentation as well as evidence of the implementation of the assessment, while the student questionnaires were used as secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive analysis consists of reduction, data display, and verification. This study resulted in the finding that the teacher's assessment readiness profile during online learning can be declared ready to carry out psychomotor and affective assessments. Meanwhile, the profile of teachers' understanding of psychomotor and affective assessments can generally be obtained at a low level. An understanding profile that has an impact on misconceptions in the realm of assessment and the development of an assessment rubric that is not yet good so that human application cannot run optimally. In addition, the application of psychomotor and affective assessments during online learning is influenced by the factors of the teacher's IT ability and the facilities owned by the students.</span></em></p>

The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between variables of product quality, risk perception, and trust on shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions on students of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 2,797 students and the sample used was 100, where the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. This study aims to reveal the procedures for presenting Persembahan Bungo dance in a guest welcoming event in Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. This is a qualitative research resulting descriptive analysis data. The main instrument in this study was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instruments and cameras. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted bycollecting the data, reducing the data, presenting the data, and making conclusion. The results show that Persembahan Bungo dance has parts and sequences in each presentation. They are preparation before performing, initial stage, during the performance, and the end of the performance.Persembahan Bungo dance has 9 movements: Sembah Penghormatan, gerak selamat datang, sembah paduko, lenggang, putri malu, berinai, limbai, zapin bungo, and mambuko pagar ayu. The rules for performing Persembahan Bungo dance are compiled by custom or according to the customary rules in Bungo Regency, are in accordance with the motto of Bungo Regency, and pay attention to the values in a reception. For example, in the rule of washing betel, the betel must be washed first by the queen. This symbolizes cleanliness, purity, and respect for the welcomed guests by people of Bungo regency.Keywords: presentation, bungo dance, guest welcome

The background of this research is the loss of one of arts in Korong Koto Tinggi, namely Silek Sunua. This research aims to revitalize Silek Sunua in Korong Koto Tinggi community, Gunuang Padang Alai village, Padang Pariaman regency. The method used was descriptive analysis with a qualitative form. The types of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The main instrument was the researcher itself. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by using interpretation technique so that the truth can be obtained. The results of this study are efforts made to revitalize Silek Sunua. The efforts area ctivity excavation and re-activation as well as organization and socializat ionstructuring in Korong Koto Tinggi. Activity excavation and re-activation are done by holding back the Silek Sunua training and having organizational structuring torearrange the structure of the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the aspects of love that most influence on 101 subjects with husband and wife status. The subjects in the study were married couples whose marriage ages were 1 to 10 years. This study uses a love scale which consists of three aspects, namely, desire, intimacy and commitment. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis to see which aspects influenced love. From the results of the research,  from the data of the subject as many as 101 people, there were 20 subjects who had a love for the high category, (19.8%), the moderate category was 66 subjects (65.4%) and the low category was 15 subjects (14.851%). ). From the aspect of love, desire shows that the research subjects who have high desire category are 25 subjects, with a percentage value of 24.752%. Research subjects who have high category intimacy are 17 subjects, with a percentage value of 16.831%. The component of love, namely commitment, shows that the research subjects who have commitment in the high category are 16 subjects, with a percentage value of 15.841%. From the research results, the aspect of desire has a big influence on love.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek cinta yang paling berpengaruh pada 101subyek berstatus suami  dan istri. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah pasangan suami istri yang usia pernikahannya 1 sampai 10 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala cinta yang terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu, hasrat, keintiman dan komitmen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat aspek mana yang berpengaruh dengan rasa cinta. Dari Hasil peneltian  dari data subjek sebanyak 101 orang, terdapat subjek yang memiliki rasa cinta dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 20 subjek, (19,8%), kategori sedang sebanyak 66 subjek (65,4%) dan kategori rendah sebanyak 15 subjek (14,851%) . Dari Aspek cinta, hasrat menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki hasrat dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 25 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 24,752%. subjek penelitian yang memiliki keintiman dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 17 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 16,831%. komponen rasa cinta yaitu komitmen menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki komitmen dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 16 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 15,841%. Dari hasil penelitian aspek hasrat yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap cinta.

AbstrakKajian terhadap bahasa Tonyooi sampai saat ini masih tergolong minim, khususnya kajian mikrolinguistiknya. Pada tataran sintaksis, termasuk di dalamnya relasi makna antarklausa belum banyak disentuh oleh para peneliti dan pemerhati bahasa Tonyooi.  Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini akan mengkaji atau mendeskripsikan relasi makna antarklausa dalam kalimat majemuk bahasa Tonyooi. Kajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data berasal dari wacana tulis dan lisan yang menggunakan kalimat majemuk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi (studi pustaka) dan wawancara dengan teknik simak dan catat. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, diperoleh beberapa simpulan, yaitu Berdasarkan relasi antarklausanya, kalimat majemuk bahasa Tonyooi dibedakan atas kalimat majemuk setara dan kalimat majemuk bertingkat. Dalam kalimat majemuk setara ditemukan tiga relasi makna, yaitu makna penjumlahan,  pemilihan, dan pertentangan. Sementara itu, dalam kalimat majemuk bertingkat setidaknya memiliki sepuluh relasi makna antarklausa, yaitu makna kesyaratan, tujuan, penyebaban, hasil atau akibat, perbandingan, sangkalan, cara, alat, kewaktuan, dan atributif.  Konjungtor yang digunakan untuk menjalin hubungan antarklausa cukup variatif. Namun, jumlahnya tidak sebanyak dalam bahasa Melayu Kutai ataupun dalam bahasa Indonesia.Kata kunci: relasi makna, klausa, kalimat majemuk, bahasa Tonyooi AbstractThe study of the Tonyooi language is still relatively minimal, especially its microlinguistic studies. At the syntactic level, including the meaning relation between clauses, has not been touched by many researchers and observers of the Tonyooi language. Therefore, this paper will examine or describe the meaning relations between clauses in compound sentences in Tonyooi. This study uses a descriptive method. Sources of data come from written and oral discourses that use compound sentences. The data was collected using the documentation method (literature study) and interviews with the observation and note-taking technique. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, several conclusions were obtained, namely based on the relation between the clauses, the Tonyooi language compound sentences are differentiated into equivalent compound sentences and multilevel compound sentences. In an equivalent compound sentence, three meaning relations are found, namely the meaning of addition, selection, and contradiction. Meanwhile, in multilevel compound sentences there are at least ten interlausal meaning relations, namely the meaning of requirements, goals, causes, results or consequences, comparisons, denials, means, tools, timing, and attributes. The conjunctor used to establish the relationship between clauses is quite varied. However, the numbers are not as high as in Kutai Malay or in Indonesian.Key words: meaning relation, clause, compound sentence, Tonyooi language

This study aims to increase students' motivation to learn mathematics on the subject of circles through the application of a team games tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model. This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles and each of them consists of four main activities, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection in an interrelated spiral. The subjects of this study were students of class X Accounting at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah, totaling 32 people. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires and observations as well. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that students' learning motivation on the subject of the circle has increased from cycle I to cycle II. The attention aspect of the first cycle at the first meeting was 18.75%, the second meeting was 56.25%, in the second cycle 81.25%. The tenacity aspect of the first cycle of the first meeting was 12.50%, the second meeting was 50%, the second cycle was 75%. Aspects of perseverance in the first cycle of the first meeting 25%, at the second meeting 56.25%, the second cycle 87.5%. The interest aspect of the first cycle of the first meeting is 6.25%, the second meeting is 43.75%, the second cycle is 75%. The courage aspect of the first cycle of the first meeting was 18.75%, and the first cycle of the second meeting was 56.25%, the second cycle was 81.25%. The results of the motivation questionnaire in the first cycle of the first meeting were 50.42%, in the first cycle the second meeting was 80.42% and increased in the second cycle to 92.92%. So it can be concluded that cooperative learning of the type of teams games tournament (TGT) can increase students' learning motivation on the subject of circles in class X Accounting at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah.
