The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of blended learning to the  student’s motivation. The method of this research is Ex-posfacto. The population of this research is 50 students who take the Methodology Research Subject in the semester July-December 2017 with the blended learning assembling. The sampel is taken by using sampel total technical. The data of Blended Learning and student’s motivation use the primary data by using the questionnaire. The instrument is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using description and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, homogenitas test and the hypothesis test is analyzed by using the linear regression, determined coefficient and T experiment with the a = 0,05.The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant influence of blended learning to the student’s motivation. It has showed by the significant of 0,000 <0,05. It has indicated that blended learning has contributed to the student’s motivation 37,9% in the methodology Research Subject and for the rest 62,1% might be effected by others factors.The students should be suggested more active in the blended learning lesson to increase their motivation for the better result. Keyword: blended learning and student’s motivation, Methodology Research

This study has a background problem where teacher performance is declining, this is characterized by Distrust and teacher disloyality, many empty hours and teacher enthusiasm in teaching is decreasing. School leaders try to provide teacher welfare in the hope that teacher performance will increase. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between teacher welfare with teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as the primary data. The population in this study were 55 teachers in SMA Muhamadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression test, the hypothesis test uses the t test which was previously tested with the validity and reliability test and is evaluated with the assumption test. The results of this study produce that welfare affects the performance of teachers so that the better the welfare of teachers in schools, the enthusiasm of teachers in teaching and activities at school increases. Of course this also needs to be done monitoring of teaching teachers so that the welfare provided by schools can take place effectively.

The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment.Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher

Employee performance is the results achieved and the achievements shown by employees that help the company achieve the goals it sets. One way that can be done to print these professional resources is to conduct or include employees in a training. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training on employee performance at PT. Publisher Erlangga Branch Samarinda. Data processing in this study used SPSS 17 for windows software, while for testing using a questionnaire in the validity test and reliability test before the study. The classic assumption test used is the normality test. The hypothesis test used is simple linear regression. Waste generation in recent years has been increasing. The main problem is in the lack of environmental awareness. Awareness can be influenced by behavior, knowledge and income. This research wants to find out whether these 3 factors have an influence to the awareness of housewives who manage their household waste that live in residential area partially and fully. Questionnaires using likert scale that have undergone validity and reliability test were distributed online using Google Form to 100 housewives. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. Results showed that behavior and knowledge have positive significant influence toward awareness while income has no significance towards awareness on the respondents.

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. This study aims to determine the effect of partial financial target, ineffective monitoring, and capability for fraud. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires. This research includes quantitatives research. The population of this study is 100 employees who work at the Sluice Credit Cooperative and the sample determination technique uses the slovin formula. The number of respondents in this study were 50 employees. The instrument reliability test includes the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test includes the normality test, the heterokedasticity test and the multicollinearity test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that the (1) financial target had a significant effect on fraud with a significant value of 0,003 < 0,05 (2) ineffective monitoring has a significant effect on fraud with a significant value of 0,002 < 0,05; (3) capability has a significant effect on fraud with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,005.

Research aims to know whether packaging and price influence the decision purchase consumers hydroponics vegetable products. The sample is taken from 100 respondents with the NonProbability. Sampling technique with Accidental Sampling approach that the determination of the sample is accidentally taken—those who meet the researcher can be a sample if deemed appropriate. Data consist of primary data that taken from questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Then the questionnaire result analyzed with SPPS statistics which are validity and reliability test, multi regression analysis, t-test, F- Test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) in order to see the extend factors influential to customer buying decision. Results of hypothesis testing showed that packaging and price have significant influence toward the decision purchase consumers.Keywords: packaging, price, the decision purchase consumers

Abstract: The purposes of this research is to find the influence of service qualitywhich including: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy oncustomer satisfaction at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan. The population in this research are the PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan guests which approximately about 326 persons. The sample in this research are 77 persons of PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan customers with accidental sampling method and Slovin formula to analyze the simple data. Data collected using a questionnaire technique with likert’ss scale, documentation, and interview. The data analysis technique in this research are using a validity and reliability test, classical assumption test and linear regression processed with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for windows version 18.00 computer application program. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence on service quality to customer satisfaction at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfactionAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, kesigapan, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Kerta Gaya Pustaka Kandangan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah tamu-tamu dari PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan sejumlah sekitar 326 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 77 orang yang diambil dengan metode accidental sampling dan formula slovin untuk menganalisis data sederhana. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear yang diproses dengan program komputer SPSS for Windows versi 18. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemudahan Penerapan Sistem E-Filing Dan Pengetahuan Perpajakan Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) yang dibagikan kepada Wajib Pajak PT. PLN (Persero) Tbk UP3 Tanjung Priok dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi PT. PLN (Persero) Tbk UP3 Tanjung Priok. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Kuesioner ini di uji dengan uji valditas dan uji reliabilitas sebelum penelitian. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemudahan Penerapan Sistem E-Filing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. (2) Pengetahuan Perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.   Kata Kunci: E-Filing, Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, Pengetahuan Perpajakan.             Abstract: This research aimed to know the influence of the Ease of Application the Tax E-Filing and Knowledge System on Taxpayer Compliance. The research data was obtained from the questionnaire (primary) which was distributed to the Taxpayers of PT. PLN (Persero) Tbk UP3 Tanjung Priok the sample of this research used the accidental sampling method. The populations of this research were the Individual Taxpayer of PT. PLN (Persero) Tbk UP3 Tanjung Priok. The sample of this research used the 30 respondents. This questionnaire was tested by validity test and reliability test before the research. The classic assumption test used the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The hypothesis test was used multiple linear regression. The results of this research showed that (1) Ease of Application of the E-Filing System has no significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. (2) Tax knowledge has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.   Keywords: E-Filing, Taxpayer Compliance, Tax Knowledge.

This research aims to analyze the influence of job motivation, job satisfaction and organization commitment toward employee’s performance at PT. Federal International Finance.This research was conducted at PT.FIF Maros, by population and samples are fifty five (55), the total number of employees. Data were collected by using questionnaire and documentation. The data were analyzed through Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Coefficient Determination (R2), by using SPSS Application.The results showed that as partial, organization commitment was not significant influenced the employee’s performance, while job motivation and satisfaction have a positive and significant influence to the employee’s performance. Job satisfaction were influenced dominant to employee’s performance at PT. Federal International Finance Maros
