Learning stress or academic stress is a category of distress in which students perceive academic demands as disturbing. It can also be interpreted as pressure related to the ability to master a science. Symptoms of learning stress include physical reactions, behaviour, thought processes, and emotions. Based on various research results, the level of learning stress increases during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is considered related to the change in the face-to-face learning system to online (in the network), which raises new factors as triggers for learning stress. This research was conducted to determine how the COVID-19 pandemic affects stress in learning and find solutions to overcome feelings of stress in learning, especially solutions from an Islamic perspective. The method used by the author in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach with analysis of the theory of Robert J. Van Amberg about the stages of stress. The results of the study revealed that learning stress factors during the covid-19 pandemic were in the form of lack of understanding of the material, a lot of assignments, declining grades, a tiring and boring learning system, quota constraints and internet networks, individual internal factors, and social factors other. Islam views stress as a trial that every Muslim must face. Islam also provides solutions for stress, namely patience, tawakkal, and the discipline of worship. Other solutions for learning stress during the COVID-19 pandemic can also be in the form of problem-focused coping and emotional focused coping, web-based Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC), and spiritual, emotional freedom technique (SEFT).

Abstract: Islamic Religious Education is one of the subjects that has a high influence in shaping the personality character of students in schools. Even teachers who teach this lesson usually have an important role in deciding religious matters in school. The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia hampered the teaching and learning process in schools. Because of the prohibition, there should not be an excessive number of associations in a place where the face-to-face learning system is replaced by online. In learning with this online system that makes all elements of education responsible for the use of existing technology, in order to create a comfortable learning atmosphere and the material being taught is understood by students. The method we use in this research is the literature study method, in which we examine several journals about technology that can be used for the learning system of Islamic religious education subjects. Even in collecting data, we review it again to adjust to the conditions that existed during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of our research found that in PAI learning, technology can be very useful and help teachers in teaching Islamic religious education lessons online, because of the Covid-19 pandemic teachers cannot explain the material directly, so by utilizing existing technology the teacher can explain directly online via video conference (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.) besides that, there are also many other features on the internet that teachers can use to provide learning materials online.

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has also affected the education system in Indonesia, which causes the learning system to be conducted online. However, in some regions in Indonesia, it is allowed to organize a face-to-face learning system. Where according to the direction of the Minister of Education and Culture in the 2021/2022 school year, it will be held with limited face-to-face learning while still implementing health protocols. Through the Community Service program with the topic "Covid-19 Pandemic Disaster Mitigation Training as an Effort to Minimize the Spread of Coronavirus in Majalaya District" aims to increase motivation to learn during a pandemic and provide understanding to students (i) SMA Negeri 1 Majalaya regarding the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic and health protocols that have been set by the Ministry of Health in an effort to minimize the spread of the coronavirus. This activity is intended for students (i) SMA Negeri 1 Majalaya by using the direct presentation method. This activity began with giving questionnaires to students to determine the level of student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the questionnaire showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, students' learning motivation was quite affected. This paper reveals the dynamics of the changing therapeutic relationship of the kiai with students (santri) in learning (ngaji) from face-to-face to online models in the time of COVID-19. The research method is ethnographic-hermeneutic. In the face-to-face learning system, therapeutics occur because of the warm relationship by looking directly at the kiai's face which makes the students feel calm. In the “Ngaji Online” the therapeutic system switches to environmental settings that make students feel safe and comfortable. In the “Ngaji Online” system, the warmth of relationships begins to weaken. However, this weakness can be covered up because the spiritual relationship between the kiai and the students still feels strong. This spiritual relationship is the key to therapeutic for the Islamic boarding school.

The blended learning model is a learning that uses online facilities combined with face-to-face learning (synchronous learning-asynchronous learning). The purpose of this research is to develop online learning that can be used by two PGRI universities in Indonesia as an online learning media. This research applies research and development method 4D Thiagarajan (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The result of this study is an online learning system that can be used by Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang and Universitas PGRI Madiun in Basic Physics course. This system uses the MOODLE (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment), therefore it has the advantage that it is easy to use by all lecturers.
