The pusposes of research to find out learning result using cooperative learning model of type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with scientific approach learning model of type Problem Based Learning (PBL), specially on Basic electricity and electronics Subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Sumbar. This is probably because in the learning process students are less active and less participate in teaching. This research is a quasi experimental study with pretest-posttest control group design. Experimental I class used cooperative learning model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) and Experimental II class used scientific approach learning model of Problem Based Learning (PBL). The results of study have shown that average of the experimental I class test result is 83,13 while the Experimental II class has provided the average outcome of  78,29. However, this learning shows that there is a significant effect of student’s learning outcome between the usage of cooperative learning model of typeNumbered Heads Together (NHT)rather than scientific approach learning model of type Problem Based Learning (PBL)on Basic electricity and electronics subject. The hypothesis test(t-test) shows that tc> tt( 2.12 > 2.05). Therefore,applying cooperative learning model of type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) is more effective than scientific approach learning model of type Problem Based Learning (PBL) .Keywords: Numbered Heads Together, Problem Based Learning, Learning Outcomes

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CRH dengan pendekatan scientific terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah “pretest posttest-only control group design”. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap yang terdiri dari lima kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu class random sampling sehingga sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah peserta didik masing- masing 36 orang. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CRH dan variabel terikatnya yaitu motivasi dan hasil belajar. Data motivasi dan hasil belajar yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis untuk pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CRH dengan pendekatan scientific terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik menggunakan uji-t. Pengujian hipotesis untuk pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CRH dengan pendekatan scientific terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan Mann-Whitney. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CRH dengan pendekatan scientific terhadap motivasi hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap (Studi pada Materi Pokok Hidrokarbon). Motivation and learning achievement’s data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Hypothesis test for effect of cooperative learning model type CRH with scientific approach toward motivation of student’s using t-test. Hypothesis test for effect of cooperative learning model type CRH with scientific approach toward learning achievement of student’s using Mann-Whitney test. The result shown that there is an effect of cooperative learning model type CRH with scientific approach toward motivation and learning achievement of student Class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap (Study on Hydrocarbon). This research is motivated by the low mastery of basic movements due to the incorrect way of doing the passing technique. How to teach volleyball games using the lecture method so as to make students less interested so that students become less active during the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was effectiveness in the problem based learning model on the psychomotor outcomes of volleyball underpassing in class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang and discovery learning models on psychomotor outcomes of volleyball underpassing in class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. The research method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design (quasi-experimental) with the design used in this study is the Noneequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques using tests. The population in this study were students of class XI SMK N 2 Semarang, with samples of class XI BDP 1 and XI UPW 1 students. The results showed that the hypothesis test was obtained t count (22.669 < 29.556) which means that the problem based learning and discovery learning models are effective in psychomotor results of passing under volleyball in class XI students of SMK N 2 Semarang. The results of the effectiveness of passing down volleyball with a problem based learning model of 83.06. While the results of the effectiveness of passing down volleyball with the discovery learning model of 89.00. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the discovery learning learning model is more effective than problem based learning exercises for the effectiveness of passing down volleyball in class XI students of SMK N 2 Semarang, because from the data the value of the discovery learning model is greater than problem based learning.

Abstrak Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan data dokumen berupa hasil belajar di kelas IV SDN Gugus Fatmawati Semarang diperoleh hasil belajar PPKn yang kurang maksimal dikarenakan model yang digunakan oleh guru belum dilaksanakan secara optimal serta kurang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif sehingga menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang membosankan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan model pembelajaran problem-based learning berbantuan microsoft sway terhadap hasil belajar PPKn serta mendeskripsikan aktivitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental atau eksperimen semu dengan desain nonequivalent control grup desgin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model problem-based learning berbantuan microsoft sway efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran PPKn materi keragaman budaya di Indonesia. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa thitung = 4,845569 > ttabel = 1,9925 maka Ho ditolak yang berarti model pembelajaran problem-based learning berbantuan microsoft sway lebih efektif terhadap hasil belajar PPKn. Hasil uji N-Gain kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol yaitu 0,42391304 dengan kategori sedang sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,08634 dengan kategori rendah. Pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik dengan menggunakan lembar observasi menunjukkan rata-rata aktivitas kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi yaitu sebesar 72% dibandingkan kelas kontrol yaitu 50%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran problem-based learning berbantuan microsoft sway efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran PPKn dan meningkatkan hasil belajar. Abstract Based on the results of observations, interviews, and document data in the form of learning outcomes in fourth grade cluster Fatmawati State Elementary School Semarang, the learning outcomes of Civics Education were not optimal because the model used by the teacher had not been implemented optimally and did not take advantage of creative and innovative learning media so that learning feels boring. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model assisted by Microsoft Sway on the learning outcomes of Civics Education and describe the activities of students in learning. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The results showed that the problem-based learning model assisted by Microsoft Sway was effective in learning civics education material on cultural diversity in Indonesia. The results of the hypothesis test show that tcount = 4.845569> ttable= 1.9925, so Ho is rejected, which means that the problem-based learning model assisted by Microsoft Sway is more effective in the learning outcomes of civics education. The result of the N-Gain test for the experimental class was higher than the control class, namely 0.42391304 with the moderate category, while the control class was 0.08634 with the low category. Observation of the students' activities using the observation sheet showed that the average activity of the experimental class was higher at 72% compared to the control class, namely 50%. The conclusion of this research is that the problem-based learning model assisted by Microsoft Sway is effective in learning civics education and improving learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the effect of problem based learning model with debriefing prior knowledge of the science process skills of learners. This research is a quasi experimental research using non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study is all students of class XI IPA SMAN 1 Montong Gading. The sampling of the research using saturated sampling technique, so that the selected class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class will be given treatment in the form of problem-based learning model with initial knowledge knowledge and class XI IPA 2 as the control class to be given treatment in the form of problem-based learning model. Data collection of science process skills using observation techniques on the observation sheet. Hypothesis test using t-pooled variance test obtained tcount value is greater than ttable. The result of the research shows that the use of problem-based learning model with prior knowledge sharing influences the science process skill of SMA students.

This research is aimed to determine the effectivity of cooperative learning model through Numbered Heads Together (NHT) by visual media on students’ achievement in material life organization of VII grade SMP Rehoboth. The research is quasi experimental design, with nonequivalen control group design. The research samples are VIIa and VIIb grade. The technique of data collecting is by using random sampling. The average score of the students’ achievement that has been teach by using Numbered Heads Together (NHT) of cooperative learning model with visual media is 14,89 as higher than the conventional model of 11,29. The t-test in standard 5%  shows tcount= 5,023 bigger than its comparation to ttable = 1,679, it means there is a significant difference in the post-test result.  The counting of effect size is 1,27 it includes high, so the concluded that Numbered Heads Together (NHT) of cooperative learning model with visual media gave 39,80% of contribution on students’ achievement.Key words : Numbered heads together, visual media.

This research describes the differences of student’s learning with the application of cooperative learning type make a match in the electrolyte and non-electrolyte at the X grade student’s of the Madrasah Aliya DDI Lonja. This research used quasi experimental with non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. This research was conducted with two groups: XA as the experimental (n=21) XB as the control group (n=18). The data findings means score of experimental group (X1) is 70,5 with the standard deviation 9,6 and the control group (X2) is 62.0 with the standard deviation is 6. Based on the results, the researcher concludes cooperative learning type make a match has better than control class that used conventional learning model.

Research on the effect of the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes in class X MAN 2 Model Palu has been done. This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes in class X MAN 2 Model Palu. The type of research was a quasi-experimental study non-randomized design with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was conducted with a purposive sampling technique. The study sample was students in class X MIA 6 as an experimental group (n = 22) and students in class X MIA 3 as a control group (n = 22). The data testing of students' learning outcomes used a non-parametric statistical analysis, the analysis of Mann-Whitney U-Test. The research results indicated that the mean value of the experiment class was high compared to the control class, 22.61 >18.39. The statistical analysis obtained that sig. 2-tailed (0,032) ˂ 0.05 and Zcalculation (-2.149) ˂ Ztable (-1.96). The average value of the experiment class was 82.95 while the average value of the control class was 73.64. So it can be concluded that there is the effect of applying the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes.

Learning physics should be able to provide an understanding physics of abstract concepts. One of the efforts being made to improve the learning of Physics is to use appropriate learning model. This study aims to improve the student’s conceptual understanding by using project based learning model with virtual media for X Grade student at SMAN 2 Mataram Years 2015/2016. This study was conducted using a type of quasi-experimental research, untreated control group design with pretest and posttest on Optic. Hypothesis test results that the model used to give effect to the  student’s conceptual understanding, was shown to increase student conceptual understanding was higher in the experimental class compared with the control class. N-gain test results stating that the conceptual understanding has increased in each sub material. The results of the analysis conceptual understanding score on every aspect of cognitive increased.

The purpose of conducting this research is to compare the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning learning model and the Project Based Learning learning model in terms of the critical thinking skills of elementary students. This type of research used in this research is Quasi Experimental with experimental design of Post test-Only Control Group Design. The population in the study were 164 five grade students in Diponegoro Salatiga Cluster, while the sample is 111 students of five grade students in SDN Mangunsari 01, SDN Mangunsari 03, and SDN Mangunsari 05. The results obtained from this study are based on descriptive statistics where the average implementation of the Problem Based Learning learning model is 92.46, while the average implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model is 85.15. the results of critical thinking skills in the Problem Based Learning model are higher than the Project Based Learning learning model reinforced by the T test results obtained by the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0, 047 0.05 thus there is a significant difference between the two groups.

The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of the learning models on learning achievement viewed from learning style types of the students. The learning models compared were PBL, GI, and classical with scientific approach model. The type of the research was quasi-experimental research with 3x3 factorial design. The population of this research was the students in grade X1 higher Secondary School in Lombok East on academic year of  2014/2015. The size of the sample was 282 students, which was taken by using stratified cluster random sampling technique. The instruments used for data collection were learning style questionnaire and mathematics achievement test. The hypothesis test used unbalance two ways analysis of variance. The results of the research were as follows. (1) the problem based learning model (PBL) and the cooperative learning model of the  group investgation (GI) type with scientific approach result in equal learning achievement in mathematics, buth both problem based learning model (PBL) and the cooperative learning model of the group investgation (GI) type give better result in learning achievement in mathematics than the classical with scientific approach. (2) the student with the high, medium, and ow independent learning levels have equal learning achievement. (3) in each of the learning models, the high, medium, and, low independent learning levels, result in the equal learning achievement. (4) in each of the independent learning levels, the problem based learning model (PBL) and the cooperative learning model of the  group investgation (GI) type with scientific approach result in equal learning achievement in mathematics, buth both problem based learning model (PBL) and the cooperative learning model of the  group investgation (GI) type give better result in learning achievement in mathematics than the classical with scientific approach.
