Tujuan dari perancangan dan pembuatan alat ini adalah untuk menghasilkan software dan alat tetas telur burung puyuh otomatis dengan menggunakan arduino uno sebagai mikrokontroler. Arduino uno akan mengatur seluruh kerja sistem alat tetas telur sesuai dengan program yang diberikan. Pembuatan alat ini menggunakan metode rak geser untuk memutar telur secara otomatis. Dengan metode rak geser ini motor akan bergerak setiap 3 jam sekali selama 3 detik menggeser rak sehingga telur akan berputar. Hasil pembuatan alat ini adalah terciptanya sebuat alat tetas telur burung puyuh otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler. Setelah melakukan percobaan menetaskan telur burung puyuh alat ini memperoleh keberhasilan penetasan sebesar 85 %. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan dapat dinyatakan bahwa sistem penetasan telur burung puyuh menggunakan alat ini bekerja dengan baik dan bisa diimplementasikan sebagaimana tujuan pembuatan alat ini.Kata kunci : Arduino Uno, DHT 11, Passive Infra Red (PIR), dimmer. The purpose of the design and manufacture of this tool is to produce automatic quail egg software and hatching tools using Arduino Uno as a microcontroller. Arduino Uno will manage the entire work of the hatchery system in accordance with the given program. Making this tool uses a sliding rack method to rotate eggs automatically. With this sliding rack method the motor will move every 3 hours for 3 seconds to move the rack so the eggs will spin. The result of making this tool is the creation of a microcontroller-based automatic quail egg hatching tool. After conducting experiments, hatching quail eggs, this tool gained 85% hatch success. Based on the results of experiments it can be stated that the quail egg hatching system using this tool works well and can be implemented as the purpose of making this tool. Keywords: Arduino Uno, DHT 11, Passive Infra Red (PIR), dimmer.

Abstract The paper discusses the use of 3D digitization and additive manufacturing technologies in the field of medicine. In addition, applications of the use of 3D digitization and additive manufacturing methods are described, focusing on the design and manufacture of individual medical aids. Subsequently, the process of designing and manufacturing of orthopedic aids using these technologies is described and the advantages of introducing the given technologies into the design and manufacturing processes in the medicine sector are presented.

AbstrakDalam pemotretan panorama diperlukan alat bantuyang dapat menentukan besar pergeseran arah kamera secara konsisten agar diperoleh foto-foto yang pas tanpa ada bagian yang hilang karena tidak terfoto. Dengan didapatnya foto yang saling tersambung maka dapat dilakukan penggabungan foto untuk menjadi sebuah foto panorama. Penggabungan foto-foto hasil pemotretan dapat dilakukan dengan cara image stiching (menjahit), yaitu menyambung foto-foto hasil pemotretan dari satu titik tetap.Alat yang dirancang merupakan alat yang otomatis menentukan besar sudut perputaran head kamera dengan input jumlah pergeseran dan akan melakukan pemotretan (triggering) bila sudut sudah sesuai dengan input. Pengujian sistem meliputi pengujian variasi jumlah pergeseran menggunakan satu nilai focal length dengan memvariasikan nilai pan dan tilt. Pengujian ketelitian konsistensi pergeseran dan arah kamera. Pengujian besar perpotongan setiap pergeseran dengan menggabungkan 2 foto yang sejajar kemudian dicari seberapa besar irisan yang dihasilkan.Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan kamera DSLR diperoleh hasil alat dapat bekerja dengan baik secara otomatis berdasarkan nilai input pan dan tilt serta dapat melakukan triggering. Pergeseran efisien diperoleh pada nilai pan sebanyak 9 kali dan tilt 4 kali menggunakan lensa dengan focal length 18 mm. Hasil analisa tingkat kesalahan pergeseran bernilai kurang dari 3% yang menjadikan alat ini stabil dan konsisten dalam pergerakannya. Kata kunci—foto panorama, Arduino Uno, otomasi, fotografi  AbstractIn landscape photography, some supporting devices are needed to assign how much the camera’s shifting consistently is. It is needed to get good photos without any blank spot photos. The linked photos could be rendered to be a landscape photo using a photography software. It is could be done by image stiching, a way to stich photos taken from one constant taking point.  The device is an automatic device which could assign how much the rotation degree of the camera’s head with given input, how much the shift is. It will take a shot if the rotation degree is appropriate with the given input. The system testing by variying the shift value of camera using one focal length value. The accuration test of the consistency of camera’s shift and camera’s direction. The error value could be determined by joining two parallel photo.According to the testing, tool can work automatically and also trigering can do well. Efficient shift in the number of photos and good results using the pan 9 times and tilt 4 times. The results of the error rates shift analysis have value less than 3% and that makes the tool quite stable and consistent in its movements. Keywords— panoramic photo, arduino uno, automation ,photography.

RESUMOEste artigo tem por objeto a Teoria dos Direitos Humanos em Michel Villey. Seu objetivo é apresentar uma contestação à alegação de Michel Villey de que os direitos humanos não podem ser considerados Direito. Para tanto, realiza uma apresentação da Teoria dos Direitos Humanos em Michel Villey, passando pela criação dos direitos humanos em Thomas Hobbes, a inversão de objetivos dos direitos humanos em John Locke e a expansão dos direitos humanos em Christian Wolff. Em seguida passa a apresentar a crítica de Michel Villey aos direitos humanos e as falhas deste autor ao realizar suas acusações, haja vista a possibilidade de solução das contradições (colisões) entre os direitos humanos, além de que não se pode confundir o critério de validade da norma com sua eficácia. O trabalho conclui pela juridicidade dos direitos humanos ao demonstrar que a suposta contradição não seria razão para retirar esta qualidade.PALAVRAS-CHAVEFilosofia do Direito. Direitos Humanos. Its purpose is to present a challenge to Michel Villeys’ claim that human rights are not legal norms. To do so, the text presents the General Theory of Human Rights in Michel Villey, including the creation of human rights by Thomas Hobbes, the changing perspective attributed to John Locke and the numerical expansion of human rights attributed to Christian Wolff. The text then presents Michel Villeys’ critics of human rights and the problems with those critics; specifically, that the given conflicts between norms aren’t sufficient to declare that they aren’t legal norms, other than that, the text points that in his critics Michel Villey confuses the concepts of validity of the norm with its effectiveness. The article deals with the creation of a program for stopping an autonomous robotic vehicle Robotino® 4. generation at a defined distance from an obstacle. One of the nine infrared distance sensors located on the frame of the robotic vehicle in the front part of the frame is used for this application task. The infrared distance sensor characteristic is created from the measured experimental data, which is then linearized in the given section. The main aim of the experiment is to find such an equation of a line that corresponds to the stopping of a robotic vehicle with a given accuracy from an obstacle. The determined equation of the line is applied to the resulting program for autonomous control of the robotic vehicle. This issue is one of the many tasks performed by AGV in the industry. The introduction of AGVs into the industry is one of the many possibilities within Industry 4.0.

The paper examines the angelological-poetic relations in the poetry of Vasko Popa, Branko Miljković and Vojislav Karanović. Beginning with the medial position between the poet and the poem, the angel, with the poet‘s intervention, becomes an active principle in discovering the poem as such. He simultaneously exists in the space of the poem itself, as well as in the space of its realization in language, and its role is doubly translational: it translates the poet into the space of poetry and brings poetry closer to the poet. The given process flows through the original approximation and depiction of the poet and the angelic being / body, and it ends in the creation of a poem, which is, in its characteristics, close to the angelological complex.

Troli merupakan alat yang dapat membantu pekerjaan manusia untuk membawa barang pada pasar swalayan modern. Akan tetapi dengan troli yang umum digunakan pengguna harus mendorong troli.Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini peneliti membuat robot  troli pengikut manusia. Robot troli akan mengikuti manusia secara otomatis, ketika manusia berjalan ke kanan maka robot troli juga akan mengikuti ke kanan dan sebaliknya. Untuk dapat mendeteksi pergerakan dari tubuh manusia, digunakan sensor PIR (Passive Infra Red) yang terletak pada sisi kanan dan kiri robot troli. Pada saat sensor PIR mendeteksi manusia maka data tersebut akan diolah menggunakan Arduino uno dengan menggunakan metode yang sesuai. Setelah itu Arduino uno akan mengirimkan data ke motor servo yang akan menggerakkan robot troli ke kiri atau ke kanan. Dari hasil pengujian untuk proses steering, pada saat objek pada posisi kanan troli maka sudut motor servo akan bernilai < 90o dan pada saat objek pada posisi kiri troli maka sudut motor servo akan bernilai > 90o. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin ke kanan posisi objek maka nilai sudut motor servo akan semakin kecil. Dan sebaliknya semakin ke kiri posisi objek maka nilai sudut motor servo akan semakin besar.

Context. The space control radar stations carry out the extremely important functions, therefore, they must be extremely reliable, and ensuring reliability is one of the key requirements at all stages of their life cycle. Objective. The goal of the work is the analyzing some aspects of ensuring reliability, caused by the peculiarities of the process of developing and manufacturing radar stations monitoring space, justifying the possibility of using the experience of a domestic developer in solving reliability problems in new samples. Method. A comparative analysis of the methods of development, manufacturing and testing of complex technical systems, existing standards and the standard of the Chief Designer are used in the work. Results. Some of the characteristic features of space control radar stations are given: uniqueness, single production, low repeatability and a large range, the impossibility of manufacturing and testing functionally complete systems directly under the manufacturer’s conditions. A number of features of design and manufacturing according to the standard of the Main Designer, which are absent in the existing standards, are considered, the necessity of developing new regulatory documents that take into account the specifics of the design and manufacture of space control radar stations is justified. From an applied point of view, a number of specific scientific and practical solutions for ensuring the reliability of space control radar stations of a domestic developer which may be used in further developments are presented. It has been established that many terms in the modern theory of reliability do not have an applied focus and do not allow increasing the accuracy of classifying the state of an object. It is shown that the creation of new generations of space monitoring radar stations is accompanied by the emergence of new scientific and practical tasks unknown to science, the solution of which is connected with the use of new scientific ideas and with the own developments of component elements. It is shown that the use of co-temporal elemental base in the design of space monitoring radar creates difficulties in ensuring the reliability of hierarchical levels, since testing by existing standards is possible only for lower levels of hierarchy. It is established that the existing standards of general technical requirements and methods of control and testing for products and radar stations are not always identical and it is impossible to ensure, that applying a highly reliable element base, we shall receive the same radar station reliability. Obviously, the new stage of ensuring reliability must be associated with the individual reliability of the elements themselves. It justifies the importance of the scientific task associated with the choice of control parameters of the modern generation of radar stations in the conditions of the impossibility of applying traditional control, which requires the interruption of their operation. The temperature as a function of time is proposed as a parameter for estimating the state of products. A number of ways to ensure the reliability of new generations of space monitoring radar stations based on the use of new information signals, as well as reliability models built into the element base for creating a system for collecting, storing and analyzing information — the same for all stages of the radio electronic equipment. Conclusions. Taking into account the features of the design and manufacture of space monitoring radar stations and the practical experience of a domestic developer to solve reliability problems will ensure the creation of technology of highly reliable generations of space control radars and the development of stations of “high factory readiness”.

Based on data from PLN, in 2020 the number of PLN customers has reached 77,19 million or increase of 3.59 million customers compared to 2019 which amounted to 73,6 million customers. Along with modernization in Indonesia, without realizing it there is still a lot of wasted electrical energy from electronic devices that are left on standby and not used or electric vampires. The purpose of this research created a tool to overcome the problem of electric vampires in electronic equipment in order to reduce the number of losses below the national electric losses of 8%. The implementation method used for the design and manufacture of the Electric Vampire Remover is the Research and Development (R&D) research method. The steps taken are: 1) analysis of tool requirements, 2) design of tool, 3) manufacture of tool in the laboratory, 4) testing of tool functions and performance, 5) concluding the results. These stages are conducted in cycles to get the best result. The result of the research is the creation of an Electric Vampire Remover which is functionally proven to be able to control electrical equipment properly. This tool can be operated stand-alone or based on internet network. The results showed that the tool was able to reduce losses caused by electric vampires by 99%. The application of this tool at home is able to save 36,908 kWh which is equivalent to Rp. 53,320.99/month in the fare class or R-1/1300 VA power.
