Discipline is one part of educational character that needs to be instilled to the children since primary school. Application of discipline could deliver through various activities, such as entering the class and when performing congregational prayers, obey the agreement rules and orderly in line up. The purpose of this study is finding out the discipline at Ar Raudhah elementary school, how to apply discipline to the students and what factors are causes of indiscipline in this school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. Miles and Huberman model is the data analysis technique, three steps include, namely: data reduction, data presentation and verification. While the validity test of the data uses triangulation with the same source but use a different method. The result shows us that students had consistently carried out the worship in schools such as memorizing prayers, hadiths and verses of the Quran, Dhuha, and Zuhr prayers. However, there are some students still need to be motivated furthermore they don't play when performing worship. The most common factor for indiscipline is whenever parents still think that learning is in the classroom activity, later on some of parents leave their children lately. Here we need parental involvement in instilling discipline of the students. Keywords: Discipline in elementary school, Islamic school, worship discipline

This research aims to describe the implementation of holistic education in Muhammadiyah Sleman Elementary School Yogyakarta. This research combined theoretical and empirical research. This was a qualitative research. The paradigm in this research was interpretive paradigm, while the research approach was phenomenology. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was by interactive model of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results of this research conclude that the implementation of holistic education in Muhammadiyah Sleman Elementary School has developed six human potentials, which are: cognitive, emotional, social, spiritual, creativity, and physical. These six aspects are developed harmoniously. All dimensions of children’s development occur simultaneously and integrated, each does not stand alone, and also the development of one aspect is influenced by other aspects.

Based on preliminary observations, it was found that the people in Nias Islands,North Sumatra province had used medicinal plants for a long time and had inheritedthem from generation to generation. So that many people still use medicinal plants.This study aims to determine the types of family medicinal plants used by thecommunity, how to mix or process family medicinal plants, and public perceptionsof family medicinal plants. This research is a type of qualitative research withdescriptive methods with 125 respondents. Collecting data by observation,interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namelydata reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Fromthe research results, there were 23 plant species used by the community in NiasIsland as Family Medicinal Plants. The method of concocting family medicinalplants varies greatly, depending on the type of plant and disease, the people ofSambulu village have good perceptions about family medicinal plants. Suggestionsare expected to maintain the habit of using medicinal plants, and also teach them tochildren or young people.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

The purpose of this study is to formulate a redefinition of vocabulary related to language wars. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model consisting of three analysis components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The activities of the three components are carried out in an interactive form with the data collection process. The rise of legal cases related to language is in line with the increasingly massive use of social media in society. These cases are part of the language war. Society, in general, is still common and even misunderstands related speech that is categorized as language war and has the potential to be caught in the law. Language war is the use of the language of a speaker/writer intentionally as a tool/weapon for self or group interests. Language wars are carried out directly or indirectly that attack the ideas, thoughts, behaviour, honour, or physical condition of a person or group of speech partners. Language wars include suggestions, criticism, ridicule, incitement, defamation, insults, and slander. More detailed definitions and socialization efforts to the public regarding various language criteria are preventive measures for various legal cases related to language.

Improving the quality of character education needs to be done in all aspects including through cultural contexts. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education based on local wisdom through Orek-Orek dance. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. Illocutionary speech act is an act of speech that has the intention of conveying information to its destination so that the speech partner does something. Illocutionary speech acts are found in all aspects of daily social interactions. It is also included in the interactions contained in a drama performance Do Not Sing in the Bathroom which is performed by the Tiang Theater, Jember University. According to Searle, the form of illocutionary speech acts consists of several forms, namely representative, directive, declarative, expressive, and commissive. This study uses a qualitative research design while the type of research used is descriptive which aims toproblems in accordance with reality based on facts. The data in this research is in the form of dialogues that are told by drama characters in the performance. The source of the data in this study is a video performance documentation. Data collection techniques used in this study were documentation techniques and data transcripts. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis procedures (preparation, implementation, and completion). The results of this study indicate that there are forms of illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue of the characters in the drama Prohibited from Singing in the Bathroom by Teater Tiang Universitas Jember, namely: representative, directive, expressive, declarative, and commissive. the illocutionary speech act functions of the drama characters. namely: competitive, convivial, collaborative / cooperation, and conflict. Support speech partners for the illocutionary speech acts received.

This paper discusses about the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with students absorption skills. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This paper found that the Islamic religious education teacher at SMP Negeri 4 Sojol Kec. Sojol Kab. Donggala is successful in using learning strategies to increase thinking skills, because it can create fun learning and make students feel faster in understanding the subject matter of Islamic Religious Education. One aspect that affects the success of learning is the ability of the teacher to manage learning. The teacher delivering material learning with calm, not rushing in delivering material. So, the students can analyze the material. Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere in the classroom, making students not feel bored with the material

In order to articulate the leadership of the Islamic boarding school,the data has been analyzed by using qualitative methods with the mindset ofdeductive-inductive. The process of data analysis carried out in phases: datareduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The dynamics of leadership in Islamic boarding school. The figure of Kiai isthe central figure and more of it is a determinant factor to the success of studentsin the search for knowledge, leadership models used a model of democraticleadership. Developmentprograms are prioritized in formal and non-formal. Sosok kiai merupakan figursentral dan lebih dari itu merupakan faktor determinan terhadapsuksesnya santri dalam mencari pengetahuan, model kepemimpinanmenggunakan model kepemimpinan demokrasi. Dalam artian, Semuainformasi dari luar sebelum dijadikan kebijakan (aturan) pesantren,terlebih dahulu di filter oleh pengasuh. Pengembangan programdiprioritaskan pada pendidikan formal dan non-formal. Penghambat darikepemimpinan pesantren ini, yaitu: Sumber daya santri, Dana pendidikan,dan Minat masyarakat yang mengalami perubahan kecenderunganterhadap nilai salafiyah dan modern. Penunjangnya; Adanya saranapendidikan yang berorientasi pada pengembangan santri, dan lembagayang membantu santri mengakomodir bakat dan minatnya untukberkembang.

This study aims to determine the supervisor's performance and the creativity of the Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMAN Sinjai Regency. This research used qualitative research. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, data collection using descriptive exploratory analysis techniques, and inductive qualitative methods. The result was found that the supervisor's performance in the preparation of supervisor program planning had been compiled in an accurate manner and the implementation of supervisor supervision had been implemented in the field continuously. PAI teacher creativity in SMA Negeri Sinjai Regency has increased through several programs that have been carefully prepared by supervisors. The supporting factors for supervisors in increasing the creativity of PAI teachers are the existence of supervisory standardization arrangements and the presence of collectors. As for the inhibiting factors for supervisors, namely the number of target schools that are too many, the busyness of the supervisors outside the supervision program, the number of supervisors is still low, and the teacher's perception of supervision activities is still not good.

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.
