University students become the main target of marketing of information technology developers. Based on the results of a survey with random sampling technique on users of wireless fidelity (wi-fi) service and internet service providers on smartphones, there are 98% of physics students use it and 80% of them actively use it to access various social media. Interactive learning media developed and accessible via smartphone but it is not widely used by lecturers and students yet. There is only 14.3% of lecturers who use e-learning. Virtual Class on e-learning is an online learning environment, in the form of web-based, portal or software. Learning in the real world, every participant both lecturers and students must meet the rules agreed upon during the college contract. One of the strategies to improve the independence of study of physics student is through learning media based on Virtual Class assisted by Google drive. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a lesson that can support conventional learning in the classroom. Mahasiswa menjadi sasaran utama marketing para pengembang teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling pada pengguna layanan wifi dan layanan internet provider pada gawai, terdapat 98% mahasiswa fisika menggunakannya dan 80% diantaranya aktif menggunakannya untuk mengakses berbagai media sosial. Media pembelajaran interaktif banyak dikembangkan dan dapat diakses melalui gawai. Akan tetapi, belum banyak digunakan dosen dan mahasiswa, hanya 14,3 % saja dosen yang menggunakan e-learning. Virtual Class pada e-learning merupakan lingkungan belajar online, berupa berbasis web, portal atau software. Pembelajaran di dunia nyata, setiap peserta baik dosen maupun mahasiswa harus memenuhi aturan yang disepakati saat kontrak kuliah. Salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa fisika adalah melalui media pembelajaran berbasis Virtual Class berbantuan Google drive. Oleh karenanya, perlu dikembangkan pembelajaran yang dapat menunjang pembelajaran konvensional di kelas

A survey-based research study has been directed to reveal the impacts of using laptops at the university level. For this research, BS Mathematics and BS Physics students, both morning and evening sessions of Universities in South Punjab, Pakistan, were taken as a population. The population consists of 240 students and 10 teachers of four Universities in South Punjab. The sample of 112 students and10 teachers was taken by the Random sampling technique. Questionnaires and interviews were used as a research tool. The consequences of the research study discovered that most of the students used laptops for study purposes like making assignments on Microsoft word and presentations on PowerPoint. The results of teachers questionnaires revealed that most of the teachers used laptops for the preparation of lecturers and for different academic activities.

This study focuses on the comparison between e-learning methods and conventional method (face-to-face) to find out the weaknesses and strengths of e-learning applied at Muhammadiyah University in Sidoarjo. E-Learning used in this study is Edmodo. The research method in this study used Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling which is taken proportionally for each cluster. Based on the results of the study it was found that the conventional method (face to face) is still considered better by students than e-learning because it is easier to understand the material and easier to interact with the teacher. However, e-learning itself also has advantages compared to conventional, namely in terms of flexibility in lecture time and ease of collecting assignments

Managing queuing within the banking business in Nigeria has constituted major challenges whose effects have not been thoroughly examined. This study sets to investigate the continuous queuing in the Nigerian banking environment despite e-banking adoption in Nigeria. The research adopted a survey design where primary data were obtained using a structured questionnaire. Fifty (50) respondents were purposively chosen. A purposive sampling technique was used which considered banks having branches within Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and Ogbomoso town. OLS regression was used to determine the influence of electronic banking on customers queuing the factors for queuing in the banking environment amid e-banking adoption at 0.05 level of significance. Findings revealed that queue in the study area was most of the time very high in the morning, high in the afternoon and evening while at night, most time witnessed no queue. Electronic banking had a significant influence on customers’ queuing in the study area. Further, Tendency to Hold Cash by banks customers (THC), Poor Internet Infrastructure (PII), Cybercrime (CC) were the major factors causing bank customer queue in the banking environment in Nigeria, followed by Inadequate of Banking Technology Management (IBTM) and E-Banking Transaction Cost (EBTC). Therefore, banks service providers should increase efforts on cashless e-banking services and ensure reliable internet service at all times. Bank customers should be made to appreciate other e-banking services than ATM and allay fear on tendency to hold cash.

Universitas Islam Nusantara (UNINUS) currently manages the Faculty Teacher Training and Education Science (FKIP), with increasing number of  students each year. However, the increase in students has not been fully supported by an increase the quality of learning. This study aims to know about e-learning and quality of learning, and also to analyze was there any influence from e-learning to quality of learning at FKIP UNINUS at Bandung City. The method used is descriptive and verification. The sample was 100 college students of FKIP UNINUS at Bandung City. The sampling technique used simple random sampling (SRS). Analysis using linear regression analysis. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the e-learning is in the high category, while quality of learning is in the medium category. In addition, the obtained findings that e-learning has positive and significant impact on quality of learning at FKIP UNINUS Bandung. Thus, e-learning needs to be improved because it has proven to be able to increase the quality of learning at FKIP UNINUS Bandung.

Web-based learning plays an important role in modern teaching environment. Many Web based tools are becoming available on this huge marketplace. Agent technology contributes substantially to this achievement. One of the fundamental problems facing both students and education services providers is how to locate and integrate these valuable services in such a dynamic environment. In this chapter, I present mediator-based architecture to build open multi-agent applications for e-learning. An agent services description language is presented to enable services advertising and collaboration. The language exploits ontology of service domain, and provides the flexibility for developers to plug in any suitable constraint languages. Multiple matchmaking strategies based on agent service ontology are given to help agents finding appropriate service providers. The series of strategies consider various features of service providers, the nature of requirements, and more importantly the relationships among services.

This study aims to analyze the independent learning of students in mathematics through e-learning in class IX SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo. This research is a descriptive research type, with a population of all class IX students of SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo, totaling 101 students, consisting of 4 classes. The sample in the study was 20 people using a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were obtained from student learning independence questionnaire sheets, as well as interviews with students related to students' learning independence in mathematics through e-learning. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the researcher has described in the previous chapter, that the learning independence of students in mathematics through e-learning is seen based on five indicators of learning independence divided into three categories namely high, medium and low categories. There are 4 high category students with an answer percentage of 20%. Second, there are 13 students belonging to the medium category with an answer percentage of 65%. Third, there are 3 students in the low category with an answer percentage of 15%. Of the three categories, in general, students only fulfill part of the indicators of learning independence measured in this study. So based on this, it can be concluded that the independent learning of students in mathematics through e-learning in class IX SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo is still classified as moderate, so it needs to be improved.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of e-service quality and perceived value towards customer satisfaction and its impact towards customer loyalty for IndiHome customers and internet service customers. Using random sampling technique, the questionnaire was well-collected and was used in data processing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Smart PLS program. This analysis was conducted on 135 respondents as customers of IndiHome's internet service. Variables that are used in this study were e-service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Based on the results of the study, it was found that e-service quality and perceived value have influence towards customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction have strong influence towards customer loyalty, yet e-service quality and perceived value have weak indirect influence towards customer loyalty.

The purpose of testing things as follows: 1) to know the differences in craft and entrepreneurship learning outcomes between moodle-based e-learning media using print media. 2) knowing whether there is an interaction between learning media and learning interest in craft learning outcomes and entrepreneurship. 3) craft learning and entrepreneurship results in students who are interested in learning high who use moodle-based e-learning media compared to using print media at high interest. 4) differences in craft and entrepreneurship learning outcomes that use moodle-based e-learning media and print media for low interest students. This study involved 60 samples taken by random sampling technique in the class X almuslim Tambun High School, with the instruments used were test models for learning outcomes and questionnaires for student interest, then processed with SPSS Ver 22 For Window application with ANOVA statistical analysis data processing and Tukey. The present research work essentially targets the audience who are using App based learning across Karnataka region. The core aim of the study is to identify the factors that influence the lower primary class students to opt for app based learning. The study has examined how well the students have adopted and are using the application in their day to day academic activities. By employing simple random sampling technique, a sample size of 54 respondents who are using app based learning were selected. The overall results showed that the respondents are highly satisfied with the app based learning and it has confirmed that the app based learning has helped the users enhance their academic performance.

AbstractThe library is a source of knowledge and supporting facilities in each educational institution, especially in this discussion the library is at a college or university. With the library, it will facilitate students in finding various information about teaching and learning, and will also improve the teaching and learning process. The Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APPJI) in its survey of several years stated that the use of mobile devices has a very large increase. Recorded from 2013 to 2017 has a very large increase of 61.26 million internet users in Indonesia. The behavior of internet users based on the device used to access the internet is 44.16% in the use of mobile devices, mobile devices and computers ortop 4.49%, the use of mobile devices and computers by 39.28%. This means that the behavior of internet users in Indonesia is very dominant in accessing the internet through mobile devices. Moreover statistics show that mobile internet users are also increasing from year to year. Previously there was a library system at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang web-based. But in this case the tendency of the behavior of internet users in the use of mobile devices, the Muhammadiyah University Library of Malang has a huge opportunity in developing an improving services in meeting the needs of students in finding information needs.AbstrakPerpustakaan adalah sumber ilmu pengetahuan dan sarana penunjang pada setiap instansi pendidikan terutama dalam pembahasannya ini perpustakaan yang ada pada perguruan tinggi atau universitas. Dengan adanya perpustakaan maka akan memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mencari berbagai informasi mengenai belajar mengajar, dan juga akan meningkatkan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APPJI) pada surveynya dari beberapa tahun ini menyatakan penggunaa pada perangkat mobile memiliki peningkatan yang sangat besar. Tercatat dari tahun 2013 sampai 2017 memiliki peningkatan yang sangat besar yaitu 61,26 juta jiwa pengguna internet di Indonesia. Perilaku pengguna internet berdasarkan perangkat yang digunakan untuk mengakses internet yaitu 44.16% dalam penggunaan perangkat mobile, perangkat mobile dan komputer ataulaptop 4.49 %, pengunaan perangkat mobile dan komputer sebesar 39.28%.  Hal ini berarti perilaku pengguna internet di Inonesia sangat dominan mengakses internet melalui perangkat mobile. Apalagi statistic menunjukkan bahwa pengguna mobile internet juga semakin meningkat dari tahun ketahun. Sebelumnya sudah ada sistem perpustakaan pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang berbasis web. Tetapi dalam hal ini kecenderungan perilaku pengguna internet dalam penggunaan perangkat mobile, maka Perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang memiliki peluang yang sangat besar dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan pelayanan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam mencari kebutuhan informasi.
