Abstrak: Media pembelajaran menjadi pilihan untuk menunjang proses belajar yang menyenangkan dan menarik bagi siswa dan juga memperkuat motivasi, serta untuk menanamkan pemahaman pada siswa tentang materi yang diajarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Life Skill untuk siswa SMK Jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi dari model ADDIE. Selanjutnya dilakukan validasi pada media yang telah dirancang. hasil penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan media pembelajaran berada dalam kategori Sangat Baik, berdasarkan penilaian dan validasi dari ahli media, ahli materi dan respon siswa. Hasil validasi dari ahli Media memperoleh rata-rata 93,33%, ahli materi 88,33% dan respon siswa sebagai pengguna adalah 90%. Dengan hasil ini, media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan materi dan kompetensi yang akan dicapai. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Life Skill, SMK, Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Abstract: Learning media is an option to support a fun and interesting learning process for students and also strengthen motivation, and to instill understanding in students about the material being taught. The purpose of this study was to develop Life Skill-based interactive learning media for Vocational High School Electrical Power Installation Engineering students. This study uses a research and development model. The learning media development procedure used in this study adapted from the ADDIE model. Furthermore, validation is carried out on the media that has been designed. The results of this study are the development of learning media in the Very Good category, based on the assessment and validation of media experts, material experts and student responses. The results of the validation of the media expert obtained an average of 93.33%, the material expert was 88.33% and the student response as a user was 90%. With these results, the learning media developed can be applied in the teaching and learning process in accordance with the material and competencies to be achieved.. Keywords: Learning Media, Life Skills, Vocational High School, Electrical Power Installation Engineering.

AbstrakPembelajaran berbasis proyek merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran menurut kurikulum 2013. Pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Guru SMK harus mampu mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang dapat menghasilkan aspek keterampilan kerja. Salah satu masalah paling kritis dalam proses belajar mengajar Bahasa Inggris di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan adalah keengganan dan kreativitas guru yang kurang untuk menemukan cara agar pembelajaran lebih kreatif dan menyenangkan. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman siswa tentang suatu materi yang telah diajarkan dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru harus memberikan tugas kepada siswa. Penugasan dapat dilakukan dengan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru tentang pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam desain deskriptif kualitatif yang melibatkan tiga guru Bahasa Inggris SMK di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki persepsi positif terhadap pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek perlu dilakukan oleh guru di kelas Bahasa Inggris sebagai salah satu model dalam proses belajar mengajar karena berfokus pada siswa.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek, Persepsi Guru, dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. AbstractProject-based learning is one of the recommended learning models to be used in learning according to the 2013 curriculum. The implementation of the learning process in Vocational High Schools have different characteristics from the implementation of learning in Senior High Schools. Vocational high school teachers must be able to develop learning models that can produce aspects of work skills. One of the most critical problems in teaching and learning English at Vocational High School is teachers’ unwillingness and less creativity to find ways to make learning more creative and fun. To find out what extent students understand about the material that has been taught in the teaching and learning process, the teachers must give assignments to the students. The assignments can be done with the model Project-Based Learning. The aim of this study was to investigate how teachers’ perception about project-based learning. This research conducted in descriptive qualitative design which involved three vocational high school English teachers in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province as respondents. This research used semi-structured interview as an instrument to collect the data. The result of the analysis showed that teachers have positive perception toward project-based learning. Vocational High School Number 3 Mukomuko was the school that has given assistance for the learners. It was by exempting learners from paying committee charge monthly, it called Bantuan Komite Sekolah (BKS). In order to give motivation for the learners who was unfortunate to keep staying at the school, so it can make the learners to keep going on teaching and learning process (KBM). This research used Topsis method by collecting data for the prospective scholarship learners as many as 20 learners by categorizes were parents’ revenue, the total numbers of duties, the distance of residence, the average score of report and the condition of living environment. The result of try out from 20 learners who was obtain BKS by using Topsis Method showed that there were 18 learners who were significant to obtain scholarship by validity score was 90%. It was be a sample, before Topsis Method was used and the data was reliable after using Topsis Method. The development of supporting decision application system used Topsis Method that was getting in more accurated qualification. Futhermore, this system can help the school in constructing decisions to get the result be more advantageous in determining for the next BKS recipients.

Learning facilities and infrastructure as the factor strongly assumed to influence students learning motivation. Based on the results regression analysis of data collected through a survey method with a closed-ended questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents in one of private vocational high school student in Bandung. It is found that learning facilities and infrastructure have an effect on students learning motivation. The findings can have implications on the teaching and learning process. The implication are also for education researchers to consider learning facilities and infrastructure as predictors or variables of better students learning motivation.ABSTRAKSarana dan prasarana pembelajaran merupakan faktor yang tidak dapat di abaikan keberadaan dan peranannya sebagai factor pendukung terhadap keberhasilan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Dukungan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran sangatlah nyata terutama terhadap tumbuhnya motivasi belajar para siswa dan pada gilirannya kelak akan memberikan efek yang berarti  terhadap hasil belajar mereka. Dengan kata lain bahwa sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar para siswa. Hal tersebut terbukti secara empirik berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada salah satu  Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan swasta di Bandung dengan melibatkan 50 siswanya sebagai responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran memiliki hubungan langsung dan kuat dengan motivasi belajar mereka. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa sarana dan prasarana belajar memberikan pengaruh kuat terhadap motivasi belajar mereka. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran merupakan factor determinan  terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

ABSTRACT:This study aims to: (1) produce an electric lighting installation trainer kit with a complement to sensors on the subject of Electrical Lighting Installation, (2) knowing the feasibility of an electric lighting installation trainer kit with sensor attachments in the Electrical Lighting Installation subject. This research is a Research and Development study using the ADDIE method with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at Vocational High School 1 Sedayu with the subjects: material experts, media experts, and 30 Electrical Power Installation Engineering students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of this study in terms of the feasibility of the electric lighting installation trainer kit based on the results of the assessment in terms of media, material aspects, and student users get the results, namely the media expert's assessment obtained an average score of 68 and categorized as highly feasible. The material obtained an average score of 63.5 and categorized as highly feasible, the student user assessment obtained an average score of 85.23 and categorized as highly feasible.ABSTRAK:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menghasilkan trainer kit instalasi penerangan listrik dengan pelengkap sensor pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Penerangan Listrik, (2) mengetahui kelayakan trainer kit instalasi penerangan listrik dengan pelengkap sensor pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Penerangan Listrik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Developtment dengan metode ADDIE dengan tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK N 1 Sedayu dengan subjek : ahli materi, ahli media dan 30 siswa Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket Hasil dari penelitian ini ditinjau dari segi kelayakan trainer kit instalasi penerangan listrik berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari segi media, segi materi, dan pengguna siswa mendapatkan hasil yaitu penilaian ahli media diperoleh skor rata-rata 68 dengan kategori sangat layak, penilaian ahli materi diperoleh skor rata-rata 63,5 dengan kategori sangat layak, penilaian pengguna siswa diperoleh skor rata-rata 85,23 dengan kategori sangat layak.

This research is motivated by the need for the media to learn that promote interaction and understanding of learning. The purpose of this research was: 1) to produce interactive learning media on Basic Graphic Design subjects at vocational high school. 2) Determining the validity of interactive learning media on Basic Graphic Design subjects at vocational high school. The method used is a Research and Development (R & D). The development Model used is 4-D (Four-D). The 4-D consists of four stages, namely discovering, designing, developing and disseminating. The subjects of research conducted were material experts and media experts. The instrument used to measure the form of validity is the questionnaire responses. The validity of interactive learning media is assessed from two aspects namely media feasibility and feasibility aspects of the matter. The results of this research indicate that interactive learning media on Basic Graphic Design subjects is considered valid as seen from the average value of media validation by 0.87 and the average result of 0.85 material validation. Based on the results of the validation of the interactive learning media on Basic Graphic Design subjects are feasible for use in assisting the learning process.

Learning media play a role in bridging the interaction between the teacher and students so that students can capture the material delivered more efficiently. The robot transporter is an alternative media that needs to be developed because the use of learning media at the Al Kholiliyah Vocational High School in Bangkalan, Indonesia is still very lack. The study is aimed to analyze the validity of robot transporter as learning media, to analyze the validity of the learning plan (syllabus, lesson plan, student worksheet)  of robot transporter learning media and to analyze the student response of the usage robot transporter learning media. Regarding the validation results of the robot transporter learning media, the value of the validity is 3.89 with categorized as very valid. The validity of the syllabus is 3.78 with categorized as very valid, the validity of the lesson plan is 3.88 with categorized as very valid, and the validity of the student worksheets is 3.89 categorized as very valid. The results of student response show that from 30 questions for the students there are two responses with the category are Strongly Agree and 28 responses with the category are Agree. Thus it can be concluded that robot transporter learning media can be used in teaching and learning at a Vocational High School.

Teaching speaking of descriptive text in vocational high school should be in systematic way. Based on the syllabus of K13, the students had to master the generic structure and organization in descriptive text. The researcher tried to explore the teaching-learning process in the eleventh grade of SMK Kartika. This research used descriptive qualitative research. It focused on understanding the teaching-learning process from the teacher’s viewpoint of this research. This descriptive research required the researcher to explain scientifically the fact, events, and characteristics of the subject. The teacher had prepared the entire requirement of teaching and learning equipment such as attendance list, syllabus, lesson plan, media, and evaluation form. Then the teacher used the picture a media in teaching speaking descriptive text. Most of the students at eleventh graders could overcome that problem during learning speaking descriptive text. 90 % of students could comprehend the material well and 10% of students could not comprehend the material.  It indicated that some of the students understood the teacher’s explanation about the descriptive text.

The research shows that, Padangsidimpuan Public Senior High School 3 students’ behavior of watching porn video occured during teaching and learning process, during break time and when they getting bored with the routine activities. The media they use to watch porn video is handphone and Laptop. The problems found  are parents prefer hide the problem, the lackness of facility given by the headmaster, and the lackness of parents’ understanding on the importance of this cooperation.

This study dealt with the development of English Reading Materials of vocational school, Al-WashliyahTeladan Medan, majoring Software Engineering. The objectives of this study were to: 1) find out language skill and materials are needed by the students of Software Engineering, 2) develop the English materials for the majoring in software engineering students at the vocational high school grade XII. This study was conducted by Educational Research and Development R&D (Borg & Gall, 1989). The data of this research were from existing documents and the result of interview with teacher and student. The results of the research conveyed that the existing reading materials were mostly irrelevant because the title and content of the material was not appropriate and was not required for the students majoring in software engineering. The new English reading materials and syllabus were developed based on the students need related to the workplace. The materials and syllabus were developed from the existing materials from teacher. The developing materials were validated by two experts.
