Human resources or employee is the main driver of the success of a company that needs special attention from the company so that employees can work more diligently in order to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. The study population was all employees at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch karyawanya number reached 73 (seventy-three). The samples used total sampling so that the sample drawn from the entire population. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires in the study sample, amounting to 73 respondents. The test used is the quality of the test data and test the classical assumptions. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis, simultaneous F test and the partial test. The result showed that simultaneous leadership and motivational variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch, where the F count> F table or 16.196 > 3.128 with a level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,005. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) of 0.316 means that the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch 31.6% and the remaining 68.4% is influenced by other variables outside of research. Conclusions from the research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. It is expected that the people at the at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch further enhance the leadership and motivation so that employees work even harder to compete and will automatically improve its performance in the company.                           Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Performance

Performance appraisal of employees is an important thing to do by government agencies and private companies. It is useful to see, monitor the level and quality of work given by an employee to his company in order to create a company that is able to achieve the goals of each company by starting to do evaluation of HR (Human Resources) because in the business and management world says that a great company is a company that is able to manage its human resources. In employee performance appraisal, each company has their own way and certainly different in the actual practice of employee performance appraisal activities must be done properly and fairly as possible to eliminate social gaps in the world of work and reduce the occurrence of errors in granting an assessment of the performance of each each company employee and the results obtained after employees are given an assessment of their performance are expected to grow and influence the level of loyalty given by employees to the company and foster high self-motivation for the progress of the company itself. In evaluating employee performance, there are several tools that can be used, one of which is a decision support system that will process some of the criteria set by the company using the Weighted Product (WP) method

A company is built of course with a clear goal, namely to get as much profit as possible, but this is not necessarily achieved easily, there are many things that companies need to pay attention to in order to achieve these goals. One of the aspects that can affect company revenue is customer satisfaction with the products produced, where the quality of the products produced needs to be considered because this is directly proportional to customer satisfaction. To achieve customer satisfaction, many things can be done by the company, one of which is the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) as done by PT. X, where the application of TQM aims to increase competitiveness which is done by continuous improvement so that it This can affect employee performance which is also directly proportional to product quality and company earnings. This study was conducted to prove whether the implementation of TQM by PT X affects employee performance or not. The approach used in this study uses linear regression analysis, where the data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to several respondents. The results showed that variable X had an effect on variable Y with a correlation coefficient of 0.598 and the decision was made that the application of TQM had an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Alexa Medika Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Alexa Medika Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from May 2019 to September 2019.This research uses nonprobability sampling method. The population in this study were employees at PT. AlexaMedika Medan as many as 83 people. Determination of the number of samples using Sugiyono's opinion, so that the total sample is all employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, amounting to 83 people. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from human resources, communication, work motivation, and employee performance variables. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, double regression linear analysis, double correlation coefficient linear test, partial hypothesis test or T test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and coefficient determination. Descriptive analysis result for the quality of human resources and communication are good. The result of descriptive analysis for employee performance fall into the quite good category and work motivation is in not very good category. Based on partial analysis, the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. From the coefficient of determination that employee performance is influenced by the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the influence of organisational culture, quality of human resources and motivation on performance directly or through work discipline at the Class IIA Batam Penitentiary. This study uses primary data with a questionnaire, such as gender, age and length of work, in order to provide a clear picture of the characteristics of the respondents. This study uses a correlational method approach with a total sample of 95 samples. The research tool uses SEM-PLS, and the results showed that organisational culture had a positive and significant effect on discipline. The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on discipline. Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on discipline. Organisational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. The quality of human resources has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organisational culture indirectly significantly influences performance through organisational culture. The quality of human resources indirectly has a significant effect on performance through discipline. Indirect motivation has an insignificant effect on performance through discipline. The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This study aims to examine and analyze differences in employees' performance at the Ministry of Religion, North Gorontalo District, before and after the provision of remuneration. Primary data sources from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The study population consisted of 82 employees determined using the census method. The method employed to answer research problems and test hypotheses are the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with the application of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results showed that the F-count of the performance score before the provision of remuneration was 2.676 with a significance value of 0.006, while the F-count of the performance score after the provision of remuneration was 3.193 with a significance value of 0.001. These test results indicate a significant increase in performance after the provision of remuneration or performance allowances. Employee performance improvement includes the quality and quantity of work, reliability, accelerated working time, cost savings, quality of service, integrity, work commitment, discipline, and cooperation.

PT. Asam Jawa is a company operating in the oil palm sector as an object that we make to conduct research. Research or research is carried out to evaluate and test whether there is an influence or impact of competence, discipline, and career development on employee performance at PT. Asam Jawa, the city of Medan. Where the multiple Linear Regression analysis method that researchers use in this study, this method is a linear regression model that involves more than one independent variable or hypothesis. With the population taken, namely all employees, the number is 45 employees. And testing the sample of researchers in the study is to use saturated sampling where all employees of PT. Asam Jawa, Medan, which used as a sample of 45 respondents and 30 respondents as a test of validity and reliability of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. From the results of researchers in the study stated that competence, discipline, and career development simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially (independently) are significant and have a positive effect on the performance of company employees, where the coefficient of determination is 0.609 which proves that (x1) competence, ( x2) discipline and (x3) career development have an effect on or have a relationship with employee performance with the percentage quality of 60.9% and the remaining 39.1% are the results of hypotheses or foreign / different variables not examined by researchers in the study.

Globalization has a big impact on the business world. One of the spearheads that must be owned by a company is qualified and capable human resources in their fields. One effort to improve the quality of human resources is to improve work efficiency and effectiveness so that employee performance increases, where performance is a function of motivation and ability (Gomes, 2000). Through the fulfillment of abilities and motivations that are believed to improve employee performance, in this case Lavalette Hospital and Malang Islamic Hospital employees. This study uses explanatory research with a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of inferential analysis indicate that the variables of existence needs, relationship needs and needs to develop, technical abilities and behavioral abilities partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Variable technical ability and behavioral ability partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work performance. Thus, the company must be able to maintain and improve motivation and ability of employees, especially for the needs of relationships and behavioral abilities because it has a dominant influence on employee performance

Abstract Employee performance is a condition and an assumption for the performance and success of a company on the market. In order to ensure competitive ability, the quality of human resources, their management, and related measurement and performance assessment are at the forefront of company interest. Employee assessment affects the performance, development and motivation of people and also provides the necessary information about the employees. It allows the organization to monitor employee performance and compare their work with other collaborators. Many companies have the problem of setting up evaluation system so that it carried itself elements of responsibility and objectivity. The result of conceptual work in this area is the ultimate use of tools whose deployment, if possible, motivates employees to perform better. The aim of the paper is to refer to problems that arise in companies in evaluating the performance of employees.

The success or failure of a company depends on the human resources in the company. The quality of every human resource is needed to improve performance productivity. The process of appointing permanent employees is something that is often done by companies, one of the reasons is the company's appreciation of employee performance. For this reason, the process of appointing employees is more professional, so a decision support system is needed to assist in selecting employees who deserve to be appointed as permanent employees. The method will be applied in this research is simple additive weighting (SAW). SAW method is selected because it is very simple, can determine the value of weight then determine the ranking of the results of normalization. There are ten criteria and weights for each of the criteria used in this research. The purpose of this research is to design and create a web based information system as a tool for decision making in the process of appointment employees. It is hoped that this information system will benefit for the company so hat the employee appointment process do optimally and the time is more efficient.
