This research is the study of the form of presentation of dance parties, Or oncommunity Gayo in Aceh Tengah. The purpose of this study was to describe theform of the presentation of dance parties, Or on community Gayo in AcehTengah.In this discussion the researchers use theories related to research topics such as thesense of dance parties, Or, the theory of form and presentation of the theory.The methods used to discuss the form of the presentation of dance parties, Or oncommunities of Central Aceh Gayo is a descriptive analysis method. This researchpopulation and at the same time be a sample that is custom figures, artists, anddancers. Data collection techniques include the study of librarianship, interview,observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitativedeskriftif.Based on research is a dance which depicts a convoluted story of Atu grief of amother. This dance was created in 1956 by Ibrahim Kadir. Examine the formpresentation at dance parties, Atu would discuss all elements include motionconsists of three parts, namely persalamen (opener), stages comprising the contentof the motion of the lompong fly (flying locust), nuet lompong (taking thelocusts), nero manganese (ask for a meal), lompong fly (flying locust), ulakmungaro (home to hunt), the benges (angry), Ilapahe (cut), mupancur rayoh (theblood gushed out), gunah (sad), mongot sebuku (crying), nunung jematue (followthe mother) beloh, musangka (ran away), wet tedoh weh (stop taking water), belohnyerah lives (go submit lives), restless, mujadi atu (stones), and penutupen(cover). The accompaniment is poetry. Clothing worn in men's clothing namelyfiligree motif while the female dancers use the kebaya. Property that is used like amachete. Makeup used makeup. The theme of the dance is a dramatic danceparties, Or where the dance contains the story and the message conveyed. Thepattern of the floor which is used there are eighteen floor patterns. The stage wasused in dance Or Side often appears on stages using just a simple lamp

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education. This study aimed to imrpove: (1) learning interest and (2) learning achivement of ignition system by using jigsaw. The type of this study was a classroom action research. The research subject was the eleventh grade students of class XII D of SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem in academic year 2016/2017 consisted of 31 students. The research object was learning interest and learning achivement of ignition system. Data collection techniques used questionaire and test. The research instruments wete leson plan, questionaire,  test, and observation guideline. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis to know the pecentage of learning interest and learning achivement of ignition system. This study shows that (1) the use of jigsaw could improve learning interest of ignition system. The score of learning interest in cycle I was 40.093 in low category improved in cycle II became 51.742 in fair category and improved again in cycle III became 58.419 in high category. (2) The use of jigsaw could improve learning achivement of ignition system. The score of learning achivement of ignition system in pre cycle was 52.74, cycle I was 65.81, cycle II was 74.19, and cycle III was 79.35. The students who were completed in learning in cycle I was 5 students (16.13%), cycle II was 23 tudents (74.19%), dan cycle III was 29 studentes (93.55%).

Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. Marketing is an important element that must be considered so that it is in line with expectations, which is to get the expected consumers. Various types of MSMEs that stand and various types of products offered from all that exist are almost the same because MSME products are easy to make with materials that are not so expensive. Of the many types of products that exist MSMEs need more creative innovation so consumers can be interested because there are types of products that are almost every day the same so here it is necessary to have the courage to create products that cannot be competed. Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. Data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used research documentation and descriptive analysis.

<em>To describe product quality, promotion and customer purchasing decision  products of PT. Sayap Mas Utama, and to analysis the effect of quality products on customer ourchasing decisions PT. Sayap Mas Utama. This study uses data collection methods. Using a questionnaire, the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, simple liner regression. The result of the study show that promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction  the quality of service has a positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction PT. This study aimed to describe the happiness of couples with a marriage age above 50 years. The informants consisted of two pairs of husband and wife with a marriage age above 50 years. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and interviews with data analysis techniques consisting of data codification, triangulation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that married couples feel happy shown by having an attitude of gratitude and sincerity for all that is owned or through it from young to old age. The two pairs of subjects believed that in carrying out human life, God's protection was needed and there was God's intervention so that the desire to draw closer to God was stronger in the two pairs of subjects. The factors that influence the happiness of a married couple are (a) the purpose of marriage (b) commitment (c) communication (d) romanticism (e) utilization of time together with spouse (f) religion.

The problem in this thesis is figurative language in Shakespeare's poetry. The reason for choosing the figurative language in William Shakespeare's poetry is because all of his works contain many literary qualities, which are figurative and each of these poems has a beautiful story that is translated into a beautiful figurative form.The purpose of this study is to analyze types of figurative language, figurative language formulas, and figurative language functions in Shakespeare's poetry. In this writing, library research is taken as a data collection method. As for the data analysis method, the researcher describes literary work as a not-based structure that forms it as an internal factor of literature. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques to find data relevant to the research. In data analysis techniques, the author uses a formalist approach, all elements needed to understand the work contained in the work itself. The main purpose for formalist criticism is to determine how elements in Shakespeare's poetry work together with text content to form meaning to the reader.The findings in this thesis are: 1) figurative language in Shakespeare's poetry can be divided into simile, metaphor, hyperbole, personification, and repetition. Simile can be found in Madrigal poetry; Metaphorical figurative languages ​​can be found in four Shakespearean poems, A Fairy Song, Song Bridal, Dirge, and Sonnet 116; personification can be found in two poems Shakespeare, A Madrigal and Dirge; hyperbole can be seen A Fairy Song, Dirge, and Sonnet 116; and Repetition can be seen in three poems of Shakespeare, A Fairy Song, A Madrigal, and Dirge.

Abstract Planting of character education must be carried out continuously. The characters that have been planted in school must be strengthened in college. The planting of character education must be taught, familiarized, trained consistently, become character and become a culture, so that the planting of education is not only in school, but must be strengthened into a culture in college. Strengthening the character in college should be more endeavored to make students who are faithful, pious, noble, moral, ethical and civilized based on the nation's noble values of religion, Pancasila, the Constitution of 1945 and the culture of moderating Islamic values. The noble values of the nation from religion and the culture of Islamic values of moderation can be seen from the Aswaja teachings that can be embedded in the teachings that can strengthen character education in universities. This research is a qualitative research conducted at Wahid Hasyim University, Semarang, which is one of the universities that base Aswaja as a foundation for strengthening character education. The source of the data is obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection method is done by interview, documentation and observation, while data analysis method uses descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that the concept of aswaja teaching at Wahid Hasyim University is used as the foundation that underlies all activities carried out on campus, both matters relating to aqidah, worship/sharia, and morals. As for strengthening character education through Aswaja teachings, it was carried out by making Aswaja Center which regulates activities related to Aswaja. The implementation of the Aswaja teachings is carried out through habituation, guidance and consultation related to religious practices. Aswaja's teachings are also integrated in courses according to each faculty. Key Words : Aswaja, Education, Character.

The problem that often occurs is that someone tends to carry the characteristics of the language he uses in other languages ​​when he learns and interacts with the language. This phenomenon has occurred in Indonesian students in learning Arabic at Ar Raayah University which influences the student's ta'bir syafahi. Based on this, the researcher wants to describe and analyze the forms and factors of the semantic intervention of Indonesian in Arabic from the aspects of  ta'bir syafahi that occur in STIBA Ar Raayah students. This research uses descriptive analysis method based on a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interview and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used is based on Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study indicate that semantic interventions have influenced the ta’bir Syafahi  for STIBA Ar Raayah students, which can be seen from the use of inaccurate words in the use of Arabic or the use of Arabic words based on the meaning understood in Indonesian. This happens because of the influence of the Indonesian language, lack of knowledge about appropriate vocabulary in the use of Arabic, lack of mastery of Arabic grammar, the assumption of false and correct sentences and taklid.

This study uses Kidung Tunjung Biru as object. The problems raised in this study include structure and the meaning of Kidung Tunjung Biru. Theory which was employed in this study is a structural theory and semiotic theory. Methods and techniques used in this study were divided into three phases, (1) the stage of data collection method is used to read assisted with translation techniques, (2) the stage of data analysis used descriptive analysis method, and (3) the stage of presentation of the results of the analysis used informal and formal methods. The results obtained from this study is structure of Kidung Tunjung Biru consisting of: metrum and languages. The meaning contained in Kidung Tunjung Biru, consisting of: flowers in a symbolic;the expression of love; and the concept of kalepasan (unity of God and Human).

AbstrakEmployee engagement merupakan antusiasme karyawan dalam bekerja.  Antusiasme ini  terbentuk karena karyawan merasa engaged sehingga berpotensi untuk  menampilkan perilaku yang engaged. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis employee engagement pada PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera di Kabupaten Luwu. Objek penelitian ini  adalah karyawan pada PT Sumber  Graha yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan  dengan jumlah 95 Karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, penyebaran  kuesioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penerapan employee engagement pada PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera sudah sangat baik. Rasa engaged atau rasa keterikatan karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut sangat tinggi. Dimensi vigor merupakan indikator dengan nilai tertinggi dan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik artinya keinginan karyawan untuk berusaha dengan sungguh-sungguh dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya sangat tinggi. Indikator dengan persepsi terendah yaitu absorption namun penerapannya masih dalam kategori baik.Kata Kunci: absorption, dedication, employee management, vigor. AbstractEmployee engagement is the enthusiasm of employees at work. This enthusiasm is formed because the employee feels engaged so that he has the potential to display engaged behavior. This study aims to analyze employee engagement at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera in Luwu Regency. The object of this research is employees at PT Sumber Graha, located in Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi with a total of 95 employees. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and observation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that the implementation of employee engagement at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera is very good. The sense of engaged to the company is very high. The vigor dimension is an indicator with the highest value and is included in the very good category, meaning that the employee's desire to make serious efforts in carrying out their work is very high. The indicator with the lowest perception is absorption but its application is still in a good category.Keywords: absorption, dedication, employee management, vigor.
