         Temuguruh-Genteng road represent Cross-roads 3 (three) at one area that don’t have traffic light,  so that often happened momentary stop.          This research calculating amount and type of vehicle at the rushhour with time period 5 minute and geometrik measurement of cross-road at the silent condition of road. Then searched by traffic current in time period of 15 minute. Traffic current in this 15 minute period is multiplied 4 as volume per hour.          Data analysis indicate that the real capacities (C) equal to 2.834 pcu/h and degree of saturation (DS) equal to 0,983. From the alternative prohibition order desisting around branch and prohibition order turn to right from by way direction and main road obtained by degree of saturation (DS) equal to 0,695 (DS < 0,85) and cross-roads capacities (C) equal to 4011 pcu/h, that mean up to standard in the plan of cross-roads.

Abstract The specific character of the real estate market is the reason why observations of transaction prices seen as statistical variables are taken in a non-standard way. In the traditional approach each time period or specific moments of time are attributed with one observation of a studied variable per one object. In the case of the real estate market, this is not possible since transactions relate to different objects, i.e., properties, and occur at irregular, or even random, moments. This is why traditional methods used to examine the dynamics of economic phenomena must be adapted to specific conditions on the real estate market. Keeping that in mind, the aim of this paper is to adapt classical statistical examination methods of dynamics to specific conditions of the real estate market followed by the actual examination of the dynamics of real estate prices in three sub-segments of the housing market in Szczecin. On its basis, the authors evaluate various methods of examining real estate price dynamics in terms of their applicability in real estate appraisal procedures and, in a broader perspective, present characteristic phenomena that can be observed on the real estate market.

The aim of the article is to show how external factors influence social reality, what changes are taking place in public consciousness. One of the big factors was the COVID-19 pandemic and its attendant consequences. Complex, intricate dramatic processes are taking place that directly affect the real life of both people and communities and states. These changes, first of all, influenced the economic situation and hence, in general, the very social reality. The work uses the methods of comparative studies, phenomenology, hermeneutics. and a statistical approach to data analysis.

Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kemampuan Kids Athletics Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengungkapkan atau menyelidiki suatu keadaan yang sebenarnya . Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar Kota Di Bengkulu. Sampel penelitian adalah empat sekolah dasar yaitu SDN 19, SDN 74, SDN 02, dan SDN 01 sebanyak 129 siswa. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu kanga’s excape, lompat katak, lempar turbo dan formula 1, pada instrumen ini pelaksanaan tes Kids Athletics dilakukan 2 kesempatan ,hasil baik dar kedua kesempatan diambil sebagai skor terbaik yang diperoleh masin-masing teste.  Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes dan pengukuran terhadap sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kemampuan Kids athletics SDN 19 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori kurang (46,7%), sedangkan anak perempuan  berkategori sedang (36,4%). Pada SDN 74 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori kurang (56,25%), sedangkan anak perempuan berkategori kurang (53,8%). Pada SDN 02 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori sangat kurang (90%), sedangkan anak perempuan berkategori sangat kurang (55%). Pada SDN 01 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori sangat kurang (90,9%), sedangkan anak perempuan berkategori sangat kurang (58,3%). Kemampuan Kids Athletics Seluruh Sekolah Dasar Kota Bengkulu berkategori sangat kurang (44,9%)Kata kunci: Analisis, Kids Athletics, siswa SD.                                                         AbstractThis study aims to get an idea  of the ability of kids athleics on the elementary school students in the city of bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive quantitav with the intention to reveal or investigate the real thing. The population used in this research of elementary school in Bengkulu city. The research sample is four primary school namely SDN 19, SDN 74, SDN 02,dan SDN 01 as many as  129 students. Instrument the test used are kanga’s excape, jumping frog, throw a turbo and formula 1, In this instrument the implementation of the Kids Athletics test is done 2 chance, the good results of both opportunities are taken as the best score obtained by each teste.Research data collection techniques using test and measurement to sample. The technique of data analysis using descripive percentage. Based on the survey results revealed that the abilitiy of Kids Athletics SDN 19 Bengkulu city boys category less (46,7%), while the girls most of the category of being (36,4%). At SDN 74 Bengkulu City boys mostly category less(56,25%), while the girls most of the category of less (53,8%). At SDN 02 Bengkulu City boys mostly  category is very less (90%), the girls most of the category is very less (55%). At SDN 01 Bengkulu city the male of the category is very less (90,9%), while the girls most of the category is very less (58,3%). Third junction of Sungai Bengkel was a Signalized Intersection which a hasn’t have traffic jam ,which has three approach, are North approach, West approach and East approach. However, the alinyemen for the North approach has problems that make it difficult for vehicles, especially four-wheelers to turn because the effect bottle neck resulting in the slow motion of the vehicle and change of phase time . the problem solving, the evalution of traffic light and intersection geometry were carried out by widening  the alinyemen for the North approach and East approaches and doing changes in cycle time. The purpose of evaluating the performance of traffic light and Geometrics at the third intersection of Sungai Bengkel is to determine the value of the degree of saturation and to know the performance of the intersection.At the intersection planning, it refers to the PKJI 2014 for Intersection Performance, while for the Geometrics it refers to Module 4 of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing on Geometric Planning of Plane Intersections.Based on  the calculation results of the Sungai Bengkel junction performance indicate that, the degree of  saturation  < 0.85,which is 0.529 for North,  0.537 for East, and 0.570  for West .With the radius is 15 m, and the cycle  time of traffic light 50 second, with the delay time  as long as 17 second/pcu

Abstract: Pura is one of Balinese architectural works that serves as a place of worship for Hindus. Pura as one of the local wisdom of the Balinese people is often associated with the identity of a region and cultural heritage. Pura is considered as one of the real proofs of the history of history from the past until now. The rolling of time and time, and the absence of adequate historical documentation regarding temples in Bali caused changes and developments that often did not match the standard. Many factors can be said to be the cause of changes or developments in a temple, including: (1) lack of documentation; (2) understanding of local people who are still minimal in the process of building a temple; (3) the absence of rules, awig-awig, or guidelines regarding the process of building a temple; (4) the people's desire to carry out practical and inexpensive temple renovation processes; and (5) people's insensitivity to the identity of their territory. Sites that have historical value are instead replaced with new or current models that are not necessarily based on original literature from previous ancestral orders. Seeing this phenomenon, researchers believe that there needs to be a preservation effort, namely a conservation strategy so that changes and developments can be overcome and controlled according to their portion. This research was carried out in an exploratory manner with qualitative data analysis, which explores data in depth through in-depth interviews.                                     Keywords : Pura, Site, Conservation, IdentityAbstrak: Pura merupakan salah satu karya arsitektur Bali yang berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah bagi umat Hindu. Pura sebagai salah satu kearifan lokal masyarakat Bali seringkali dikaitkan dengan identitas suatu wilayah dan warisan budaya. Pura dianggap sebagai salah satu bukti nyata perjalanan sejarah dari masa lampau hingga sekarang. Bergulirnya waktu dan jaman, serta tidak adanya dokumentasi sejarah yang memadai mengenai pura-pura di Bali menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan dan perkembangan yang seringkali tidak sesuai pakemnya. Banyak faktor yang dapat dikatakan sebagai penyebab dalam perubahan ataupun perkembangan sebuah pura, antara lain : (1) tidak adanya dokumentasi; (2) pemahaman masyarakat setempat yang masih minim terhadap proses pembangunan sebuah pura; (3) tidak adanya aturan, awig-awig, ataupun guidelines mengenai proses pembangunan sebuah pura; (4) keinginan masyarakat untuk melakukan proses renovasi pura dengan praktis dan murah; dan (5) ketidakpekaan masyarakat akan identitas wilayahnya. Situs-situs yang memiliki nilai historis malah diganti dengan model kebaruan atau kekinian yang belum tentu berdasarkan sastra asli dari tatanan leluhur sebelumnya. Melihat fenomena tersebut, peneliti meyakini perlu adanya sebuah upaya pelestarian yaitu strategi konservasi sehingga perubahan dan perkembangan dapat diatasi dan dikendalikan sesuai dengan porsinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksploratif dengan analisis data kualitatif, dimana menggali data sedalam-dalamnya melalui wawancara mendalam (in depth interview).Kata Kunci: Pura, Situs, Konservasi, Identitas

The traditional traffic light control system which applies timer control cannot adjust the light time period effectively when the vehicle flow changes. Based on the Cooperative Vehicle Infrastructure System (CVIS), this paper puts forward a scheme that traffic light can be changed adaptively according to the vehicle flow. It realizes the interactive communication among moving vehicles, roadside equipments and control center. As a result, the traffic light time period is regulated by the real-time feedback data.

China has carried out a large number of real estate market reforms that change the real estate market demand considerably. At the same time, the real estate price has soared in some cities and has surpassed the spending power of many ordinary people. As the real estate price has received widespread attention from society, it is important to understand what factors affect the real estate price. Therefore, we propose a data analysis method for finding out the influencing factors of real estate prices. The method performs data cleaning and conversion on the used data first. To discretize the real estate price, we use the mean ± standard deviation (SD), mean ± 0.5 SD, and mean ± 2 SD of the price and divide it into three categories as the output variable. Then, we establish the decision tree and random forest model for six different situations for comparison. When the data set is divided into training data (70%) and testing data (30%), it has the highest testing accuracy. In addition, by observing the importance of each input variable, it is found that the main influencing factors of real estate price are cost, interior decoration, location, and status. The results suggest that both the real estate industry and buyers should pay attention to these factors to adjust or purchase real estate.

Abstract: The assessment experience of the occupational health risk at the enterprises of mining and metallurgical complex of the Sverdlovsk region has revealed the presence of key challenges. They are related to an impartial evaluation of the predicted and realized risks. These include underestimation of factors of the working environment and process at the stage of identification, monitoring management and evaluation of results. Additionally, there is no data analysis on the health status of workers, including the estimated incidence of temporary incapacity for work. It is suggested to develop a unified preventive system (occupational health service) at the enterprises. It will be possible to form an appropriate database regarding the real situation of working conditions and the health of workers. This system will also establish cause-and-effect relationships and dose-effect dependencies of diseases. Additionally, it will be enforceable to identify the probability of occupational and industrial-related diseases at the group and individual levels.
