During the analog signals processing one of the key factors is the reduction of power consumption with high accuracy of signal processing. One way of solving this problem is the implementation of analog IP-blocks. PLLs, AGC, modulators often include the analog signal multipliers. In the paper, the principle of quadratic function cell operation has been described in detail. The analog signal multiplier has been constructed on the basis of the difference of squares arithmetic formula and the considered cell of the quadratic current function. On the basis of the elements of 5529 series structured ASIC, the analog signal multiplier has been simulated and its accuracy has been assessed. The resulting analog complex functional IP-block for signal multiplication is a part of the development strategy for 5529 series structured ASIC library.

In the complicated economic context, will survive only companies who can obtain recognizable products, with higher quality and who are economically efficient by reducing losses of any kind. An example of good practices is represented by SC Fibalco SRL, a footwear company from Craiova, Romania, which emphasizes the development strategy of the Quality Management and the value chain analysis. Fibalco's success is explained by the fact that the value chain analysis is a component of the quality management and the responsibility is distributed pyramidally starting from each employee to the top management. One of the chains in Fibalco's value chain is Industrialization of the new product, which is an element of originality and makes the difference between the theoretical and the practical approaches from the perspective of launching a new product on the market. Due to the Industrialization of the new product chain, in order to make it efficiently reproducible, many risks of failure are eliminated from the design phase, especially those related to the technical execution of the product. The result is a "clean" footwear product with clear lines without unnecessary sophistication. This paper demonstrates that the implementation of quality management and a complex value chain adapted to the company needs leads to brand value and loyalty among consumers.

Based on measurements of several indicators including the level of community participation, community empowerment, repayment rate was good, cross reporting good, and the application of penalties in accordance with the applicable rules, the results show that with the program GLM people feel the difference in economic condition and social than before and after the program. This is a major discovery is valuable. The development strategy for the program GLM is divided into seven levels with the elements most important include: The need for equality of access to funds for all types of financial institutions, both banking and lending model-based group, the need to improve the quality of human resources as a pioneer of service models based lending group this, as well as the importance of financial inclusion in the entire financial systemDOI:  10.15408/sjie.v5i1.3128

The formation of Koarmada III resulted in a shift and an increase in the number of KRIs in its working area, so that it had to be balanced with the ability of maintenance and repair facilities (fasharkan). Fasharkan XYZ is a fasharkan with class C status so it needs to be upgraded to class A to support KRI improvements. The purpose of this study is to determine an alternative strategy for the development of Fasharkan XYZ with the Delphi approach, TOWS analysis and Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). Delphi technique to determine criteria from key factors, TOWS analysis to formulate alternative strategies developed, namely the SO strategy which consists of 7 (seven) strategic steps, the ST strategy consists of 5 (five) strategic steps, the WO strategy consists of 9 (nine) steps strategy and strategy WT consists of 4 (four) strategy steps. From the weighting of the EFE and EFI matrices, the WO strategy is selected. With ISM obtained 5 (five) levels of hierarchical structure from the classification of elements in the WO strategy, namely strategy (WO) 6 at level V. Then sub strategy (WO) 4 is at level IV. At level III it consists of 4 (four) sub strategies, namely (WO) 2; (WO) 3; (WO) 7; (WO) 9. At level II, there are sub strategies (WO) 1 and (WO) 8. At level I sub strategy (WO) 5.   Keywords: Fasharkan XYZ, development strategy, Delphi, TOWS, ISM

<p><em>Th</em><em>e existence of Aisyiyah Kindergarten (Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal) and Muhammadiyah Elementary School at Mlangi Sleman Yogyakarta, where the majority of the community are from Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), that cause some social conflicts. However, the Aisyiyah Kindergarten and Muhammadiyah Elementary School are still be the favorite school at Mlangi. In fact, there are 23 pesantren based on NU, Masyitoh Kindergarten, 2 islamic elementary school belong to an-Nasyat and al-Falahiyah and NU Elementary School. This research discussed on obstacles, conflict, format of solutions, and development strategy of Aisyiyah Kindergarten and Muhammadiyah Elementary School at Mlangi. This research is a qualitative study used in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed the barriers and conflicts experienced by Aisyiyah Kindergarten and Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Mlangi, they are: parents’ low attention on formal education, clash of school activities and pesantren activities, limited infrastructure, limited human resources, negative thinking of Mlangi community on Aisyiyah Kindergarten and Muhammadiyah Elementary School, the difference in religious teaching, and the new admission competition. Development of a territorial community requires efficient use of its capacity taking into account all possible aspects in the course of elaboration and implementation of the development strategy and other local legal and regulative documents. The approach is directly related to maintaining the living activity of a territorial community and should correspond to the interests of population and European standards of state regional policy. In addition to the definition of a community provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Local Governance in Ukraine”, there are also some other. For example, some authors understand territorial community as a single natural and social entity that operates in spatial boundaries of a state and realizes daily needs and interests of population. The paper aims to analyze legal and regulative foundation of the development of territorial communities in conditions of decentralization. The authors analyze current condition of legal and regulative maintenance of local governance reforming in Ukraine in conditions of decentralization of authorities. The paper argues that the major elements of management strategy in CTCs in Ukraine are independence, efficiency, management innovations, quicker and more substantiated decision-making and everything to meet the needs of community’s residents. Management of this sector is grounded on the principles of the provisions of European Charter of Local Self-Government that provides for decentralization of authorities and transfer of resources and responsibilities to local governments. Liabilities of local governments (of consolidated territorial communities) and the mayors are analyzed. The authors prove that in general legal provision of decentralization of local governance corresponds to European requirements and creates reliable ground for practical stage of the reform. The list of issues that require further legal regulation is outlined.
