The Internet is definitely the most complex and dynamic technical and cultural phenomenon that humanity ever experienced. Nevertheless, despite its positive impact on the Western world, Web 2.0 has yet to prove its power in the undeveloped regions of the globe, where the Internet Era is still at its dawn. In developing countries, the barriers that women face, such as poverty or social imbalances, establish significant challenges that hinder connectivity and access to modern technologies. In this context, the chapter discusses the evolution of gender speech in relation to new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). The authors determine whether the declarations and plans for action that were issued subsequent to the 1995 Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing enhanced the establishment of gendered policies on ICTs, particularly in the undeveloped regions of the world, and whether, in this way, they empower women, contribute to combating women's poverty, and promote gender equality.

The use of technology has a positive and negative impact in the world of education. The positive impact, among others, is to make it easier for teachers to deliver material in a way that is no longer manual. By using technology, we can also provide a more concrete picture when conveying material about something. And another impact is that it can make it easier for us to process information, for example by using the internet. The negative impacts of using technology in education include, among others, the existence of technical disturbances that make the learning process disrupted. In this case, it turns out that the technology we use is no longer helpful. For example, if in the learning process that utilizes the LCD suddenly the power goes out, it will be difficult for us to convey the material that has been prepared (Susilana & Riyana, 2008). Another negative impact is, due to technological advances, individuals tend to be individualistic and less social in life. And sometimes some individuals often misuse technology, thus wasting their time with activities that are less useful.

SUMMARYSexual and relationships difficulties are not uncommon among psychiatric patients. A presenting complaint of anxiety or depression may relate to an underlying sexual or relationship difficulty; commonly used psychotropic medications cause sexual side-effects that can have a significant impact quality of life, relationship maintenance and treatment adherence; patients may exhibit unusual or excessive sexual behaviours when acutely unwell, including risky use of apps to meet sexual partners and accessing online pornography in unsafe ways; patients may have used technology such as the internet to harm others or they may be victims of such harm; the internet and social media might even be influencing sexual expression, for example gender identity. Therefore, psychosexual history-taking remains a key competency for psychiatrists. They must also understand the new language used to describe sexuality, sexual behaviours and the use of social media, apps and so on to form relationships. The development of information and computerized tenology has led to what is called the Internet and the World Wide Web (WWW). In addition, the dramatic development of the Internet has given users more choice and control over content, and also provides individuals, businesses, and public and private organizations with the opportunity to generate and disseminate information. The interactive features of the web can be an effective way to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships if the web is used properly. The presence of the Internet has proven to have a positive impact on the development of a village, sub-district or district to introduce and inform the potential of its region. This is evident in several regions of Indonesia which have successfully used Internet facilities to introduce tourist destinations to the world. Therefore, the training on the promotion website is an effort to optimize the introduction of high quality village products in the district of Patuk and is also intended to follow the results of research on the design of a promotion of superior products and tourist objects on the web in Patuk Gunungkidul district. On the basis of the website promotion feasibility test during the training for each representative in 11 villages in the Patuk sub-district, 87.36% was obtained, so that it can be said that the Introduction of superior village products via promotional materials based on the website was optimal and met the needs of users.

In this chapter the authors discuss two central themes: the changing nature of literate activity brought about by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and suggestions for how educators could respond to this guided by principles of authentic learning. The access many young people have to ICT has resulted in new forms of literacy as they manipulate technology, using this new knowledge to assist the process of meaning making. Each new technology brings with it navigational concepts, space to negotiate, new genres and a range of modalities, all of which need to be interpreted. ICTs have the potential to reshape literate practices in classrooms as students create, collect, store and use knowledge as they connect and collaborate with people and resources across the world. What is crucial though, is that the nexus between technology and literacy within classrooms is conceptualised through meaningful, relevant and authentic connections with curricula.

The results of this study indicate that customer perceived value has a significant effect on e-satisfaction and also e-loyalty. However, customer perceived value has no significant effect on e-trust. The variable e-service recovery directly has a significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-loyalty. E-satisfaction and e-trust cannot mediate the relationship between customer perceived value and e-loyalty, but they are able to mediate the relationship between e-service recovery and e-loyalty. Keywords: Customer perceived value, E-Service Recovery, E-Satisfaction, ETrust, E-Loyalty.
