The use of technology has a positive and negative impact in the world of education. The positive impact, among others, is to make it easier for teachers to deliver material in a way that is no longer manual. By using technology, we can also provide a more concrete picture when conveying material about something. And another impact is that it can make it easier for us to process information, for example by using the internet. The negative impacts of using technology in education include, among others, the existence of technical disturbances that make the learning process disrupted. In this case, it turns out that the technology we use is no longer helpful. For example, if in the learning process that utilizes the LCD suddenly the power goes out, it will be difficult for us to convey the material that has been prepared (Susilana & Riyana, 2008). Another negative impact is, due to technological advances, individuals tend to be individualistic and less social in life. And sometimes some individuals often misuse technology, thus wasting their time with activities that are less useful.

The world of education is again disturbed by the massive spread of the COVID-19 virus or coronavirus disease. The use of technology is considered to facilitate and be a solution and innovation in the learning process that can be a way out so that the teaching and learning process during the COVID-19 period becomes more effective. One of the innovations that teachers can do as educators in delivering learning materials is using models in collaboration with technological advances in the learning process, especially in science learning. This research is descriptive in the form of a literature study. Data sources come from 15 scientific articles from national journals and accredited national journals. Based on the literature review that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the use of online learning models in collaboration with technology such as the Zoom platform, google classroom, WhatsApp, and others can be used in the science learning process at all levels of education during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is because this learning model is centred on students so that they are not dependent on the teacher, which is in line with the basis of online learning, which requires students to think critically, be active in exploring or understanding the subject matter presented. Students are required to establish communication between fellow students and the teacher who acts as a moderator.

The rapid development of information technology has a positive and negative impact on the enforcement of Copyright law. The positive impact is in line with technological advances, especially the internet, so it's easy to buy original songs or music through online shopping facilities. While the negative impact is the increasing number of links downloading songs or illegal music in cyberspace, as well as the easier the piracy of voice recording works in the real world.     The research method used in this study is a library research method that is normative juridical, namely research that refers to legal norms that exist in legislation, literature, expert opinions, papers, etc. In this case the copyright registration of the song and music is not an evidence if there is a copyright dispute over the song and music on the internet media, if there is prior publication carried out by one of the parties to the dispute then someone who can prove the authenticity of his creation will be the copyright holder of the disputed song or music. In Article 35 paragraph (4) the Copyright Act explains that the provisions on registration of work are not an obligation to obtain a Copyright, because Copyright protection arises automatically, (Automatic Protection) since the creation is manifested in a tangible form, without having to go through registration procedure

Application of School Based Digital Literacy Model To Build Positive Content On The Internet ABSTRACT It is undeniable that the Internet has a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents because it facilitates obtaining the latest information, information related to school tasks and increases creativity, strengthens communication between friends and others. Like the two sides of a coin, Internet technology also has a negative impact that affects the dignity of oneself and the lives of today's teenagers. The emergence of several cases of cybercrime, pornography addiction, and online games, is a real test of the very vulnerable negative influence of Internet development in the world of children. Digital literacy skills are one of the preventive and educational steps to achieve positive impacts and minimize the negative impacts of the Internet. Schools can be the main drivers for campaigning and providing digital literacy skills to their students. But there are some problems to implement digital literacy in schools. First, there is no curriculum for digital literacy skills with standard references. Secondly, the loss of Information and Communication Technology lessons that should have been a means for digital literacy advice. Third, the lack of digital literacy skills that teachers possess. This also happened in Madrasa Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Ponorogo, so there must be a training or digital literacy workshop at the school to support the cultural success of the school literacy movement. Based on the evaluation of the digital literacy workshop, participants responded well to the material and the assessment of standard skills. Participants can follow well and understand all personal information and privacy material, fingerprints and Wi-Fi security..Keywords: cybercrime; digital literacy; madrasah.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

Currently, the 2019 Coronavirus Disease pandemic has caused serious damage to health throughout the world. Its contagious capacity has forced the governments of the world to decree isolation and quarantine to try to control the pandemic. The consequences that it leaves in all sectors of society have been disastrous. However, technological advances have allowed people to continue their different activities to some extent while maintaining isolation. Universities have great penetration in the use of technology, but they have also been severely affected. To give continuity to education, universities have been forced to move to an educational model based on synchronous encounters, but they have maintained the methodology of a face-to-face educational model, what has caused several problems in the learning of students. This work proposes the transition to a hybrid educational model, provided that this transition is supported by data analysis to identify the new needs of students. The knowledge obtained is contrasted with the performance presented by the students in the face-to-face modality and the necessary parameters for the transition to this modality are clearly established. In addition, the guidelines and methodology of online education are considered in order to take advantage of the best of both modalities and guarantee learning.
