This research examines Nadzir's professionalism in managing cash waqf, to map the quality of waqf institutions in the management of cash waqf in transparency and accountability in accountability to stakeholders and Allah SWT. This research uses qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and document review. The results obtained show that several Nadzir waqf, such as the Pesantren Islam Al-Azhar Foundation, the Dompet Dhafa Foundation, the Daaruttauhid Foundation, and the Semai Sinergi Ummat Foundation (Waqf Pro99), have demonstrated the management of cash waqf in a professional, transparent and accountable manner. The financial management system uses the zakat accounting standard PSAK 109. The results of an independent public accountant audit show an unqualified opinion (SWO). On average, 90% of the business results are used by social activities and community empowerment through the Wakaf Integrated Farming (WIF)  program, which is focused on the field of sheep farming using the mudhorobah system. Theoretically, this research contributes to the scientific development of Islamic Institutional Management at the Faculty of Da'wah, and can be used as a reference for Nadzir waqf in managing cash waqf and waqf assets in general.

This paper discusses the development of cash waqf benefits which is directed at empowering the community's economy carried out by the synergy foundation in West Java. Cash waqf as one of the shari'ah financial instruments should be able to provide added value usefulness and a multifier effect in reviving the community's economy. The aim is to map the quality of institutions in managing the benefits of cash waqf for the economic empowerment of the people. The approach used is case studies with qualitative methods, the data were analyzed descriptively with a phenomenological naturalistic paradigm which emphasizes the nature of social reality and studies what appears in society. The results obtained in the field Sinergi Foundation have carried out professional, transparent and accountable, financial management using the accounting standard for zakat PSAK 109. The financial reports are audited by an independent public accountant and the results are Unqualified (WTP).

<p>The vigorous development of Internet finance is very important for the sustainable development of China's economy. In recent years, Chinese government has vigorously supported the development of enterprises, and issued a series of policies related to finance, tax and financing guarantee support. For enterprises, this is not sufficient. ABSTRAK        Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produk kerajinan anyaman tas dari limbah tali pengepak di Kabupaten Jember 2) Meningkatkan kemampuan SDM pelaku usaha dan ibu-ibu di lingkungan sekitar usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan pengumpulan referensi untuk mendesain dan membuat alat pemotong dan pengukur tali plastik, pemberian pelatihan manajemen usaha dan sistem pengelolaan keuangan dan pemberian pelatihan menganyam. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah alat pemotong dan pengukur tali pengepak. Alat ini terdiri dari 3 komponen, yaitu pisau pemotong, roller dan meja. Pisau pemotong terdiri dari 2 mata pisau yang dihubungkan pada statis geser sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan panjang tali yang diinginkan. Adapun panjang mata pisau adalah 40 cm dengan panjang statis 130 cm. Roller terbuat dari besi silinder dengan ukuran diameter dalam 15 cm dan panjang 26 cm. Meja dengan tinggi 40 cm sebagai alas penyangga alat potong. Hasil potongan tali adalah 10 potongan tali dengan ukuran yang seragam dalam sekali potong. Alat ini telah meningkatkan kuantitas produk yang dihasilkan hingga mencapai 3 kali lipat. Selain itu, juga terjadi peningkatan kualitas dari produk anyaman tas yaitu tas menjadi lebih rapi karena ukuran tali yang seragam. Hasil luaran yang lainnya adalah adanya peningkatan kemampuan SDM pelaku usaha dan ibu-ibu di lingkungan sekitar usaha yang dengan sebelumnya hanya memiliki keterampilan mengayam tali pengepak menjadi mampu menganyam kerajinan anyamanbaru dengan bahan yang lain seperti menganyam tempat buah dari pitrit dan adanya tambahan jenis /model baru dari bentuk tas anyaman yang sudah ada.Kata Kunci: Tali Pengepak, Alat Pemotong dan Pengukur, Tas Anyaman ABSTRACT        The direction of this program are: 1) Increasing the quantity and quality of handicraft bag products with matter of waste plastic packing strap in Jember, 2) Improving human resource capacity of agents and mothers in business environment. The method used are discussion and accumulation the reference to design and cause the cutting device and plastic strap gauge, a business management training and financial management system for agents and weave training. The result in this program is cutting device and plastic packing strap gauge. The device are consists of 3 components, are cutter knife, roller, and buffer. The cutting device consists of 2 knifes which are connected to static work so it can be used to determine the desired length of the strap. The length of the knifes is 40 cm with a static length is 130 cm. Roller is made of iron form of cylinder with diameter size of inner is 15 cm and length is 26 cm. Buffer 40 cm of height as a cutting device pedestal. Result of piece a plastic packing strap is can 10 pieces of strings with a uniform size in one to cut. The device has increased the quantity of products produced up to 3 times. In addition, there is also an increase in the quality of woven bag products that becomes more tidy because uniform size of strap.The other outcome is to improvement of human resource capacity the business agents and the mothers in the environment around the business who previously only have the abilityto weave the plastic packing straps to be able to weave new woven crafts with other materials such as weed the fruit of the pitrit and the addition of new types or models of the form of woven bags that have been there before.Keywords: Plastic Packing Strap, Cutting Device And Gauge, Handicraft Bag

Regional Public Service Regency (RPSR) to provide services to the community without priority to seek profits, with existing data in unit Region Indra Center of West Sumatra Province has not been optimal yet in financial management, lack of the  services have not  standards, this study aims to evaluate the readiness of the implementation of the Financial Management Regional Public Service Regency (RPSR) at unit region Indra Centre of West Sumatera Province in 2016. This study uses qualitative study conducted in May to October 2016, with informants as much as 6 (six), data collection using indepth interview, document review and observation, analyzed by triangulation method and source. The results of the research show that the inputs are not well available yet, namely the regulations related to the implementation of the Financial Management Model of the Regional Public Service Regency (RPSR), human resources, limited budget, facilities and infrastructures are not yet eligible. In the process of substantive requirements have been eligible, technical requirements of service performance is quite good. and administrative requirements by assessing 6 documents have > 60% that is with a value of 80.3% which means the documents qualify administrative requirements. The conclusion of the study on the implementation of the Financial Management Model of the Regional Public Service Rgency (RPSR) at Unit Region Indra Centre West Sumatra, Unit Region Indra Centre is able to implement the full RPSR. Researchers suggest that it is necessary to draft the West Sumatra governor’s regulation on RPSR and complete administrative documents and improve the quality of services through improved management.

Aims of research is to determine the quality of financial management at the madrasah tsanawiyah in the region of the office Ministry of Religious Affairs Bandung district. The issue is how much influence the accountability and transparency to madrasah financial management at public madrasah Tsanawiyah in Bandung district. The method used is survey method explanative with quantitative data analysis, data collection techniques conducted through questionnaires and document review and interviews. The results showed about madrasah financial management in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Bandung district, as follows: 1. the magnitude of the relationship simultaneous between X1 and X2 to Y is high which 0.768. While the contribution together variables X1 and X2 to Y by 59%. The results of descriptive analysis of the variable Y, the most powerful indicator of the organization and coordination of 83.36% while the lowest indicator is 77.99% for controls; 2. The relationship variable X1 on Y is 0.762 while the contribution of variables X1 to Y by 58.1%. The testing of hypothesis saw that significantly affects the accountability to financial management. The results of descriptive analysis of the variables X1, the most powerful indicator is periodic and annual financial statements of 82.31% while the weakest indicator is the quality of the preparation of APBM of 66.85%; 3. The relationship variables X2 to Y is 0.636 while the contribution of variables X2 to Y by 40.4%. The testing of hypothesis saw that significantly influences the transparency to financial management. The results of descriptive analysis on the variables X2, the most powerful indicator is the assurance of integrity by 81% while the weakest indicator is the availability of information to the public at 68.81%; 4. In general it can be concluded that the accountability and transparency of financial management in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Bandung district has been running well but there needs to be increased to achieve the expected results.

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

Community empowerment in education is needed especially to support the implementation of good schools. The level of community participation in the education process in this school seems to have a major influence on the progress of the school, the quality of learning services in schools which will ultimately affect the progress and learning achievement of children in school.
