This study aims to identify the causes of illegal access for the community in carrying out mangrove utilization activities as raw material for charcoal in Batu Ampar District, Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan. This research was conducted in 3 villages in Batu Ampar Subdistrict, namely Batu Ampar Village, Nipah Panjang Village and Teluk Nibung Village. Data collection was done through field observations, in-depth interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis used descriptive analysis method with the Theory of Access approach according to Ribot and Peluso (2003). The results showed that the causes of illegal access in the use of mangroves as a raw material for charcoal by the community in Batu Ampar Subdistrict were the characteristics of protected forest resources as Common Pool Resources (CPRs) and high exclusion costs and the obmission of local government. The communities get the power of access to protected forests in Batu Ampar mainly through access to capital provided by investors (cukong), both collectors and buyers.

The study in this manuscript discusses the impact on the educational equalization system of Pesantren Salafiyah and designs how Pesantren Salafiyah has always existed in the world of modern education. This research belongs to the type of qualitative study using the document analysis method. The form of data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research approach method in this paper is library research. This study is divided into four methods, namely, the method of determining the subject, the form of the study, the method of data collection, and the method of data analysis. The result is the ability of Pesantren Salafiyah to make certain accommodations and concessions to find a pattern that they consider appropriate enough to face modernization and changes that are increasingly fast and have a broad impact without sacrificing the essence and other basic things in the existence of the pesantren, so that Pesantren Salafiyah still exists in the midst of the hustle and bustle of modernizing Islamic education

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of good school governance on the effectiveness of the management of elementary school operational assistance. The method used is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The sample used saturated samples by showing all treasurers of primary school operational assistance as many as 48 people, data collected by questionnaire techniques while data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that participation had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the management of school operational assistance, transparency had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the management of school operational assistance, while accountability separately did not have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the management of school operational assistance but together participation, transparency and accountability have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of managing school operational assistance.

This study aims to determine the causes of low realization of mudharabah financing at Muamalat Indonesia Bank, Banda Aceh Branch. This research is expected to be a framework or model for other Islamic banks that have the same problem. Data for this study are collected through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. This research uses descriptive analysis method and the results of the data obtained are analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that the minimum factor of realization of mudharabah financing is caused by the bank's difficulty in obtaining the income statement accurately, transparently and routinely. In addition, mudharabah products are very vulnerable to the occurrence of moral hazard from business actors (mudharib) who tend to maximize profits resulting in reduced returns to the bank as shahibul mall. Then other factors are also influenced by the ineffectiveness of the profit-sharing financing model relating to entrepreneurs and the lack of interest in the scheme of profit sharing in business activities.

This study aims to describe the adaptive knowledge of Tidung fishermen about the fishing methods. Then, language data is collected through literature study, field observations with in-depth interviews with informants related to all fishing activities of Tidung fishermen. Therefore, data analysis begins with the grouping of data, analysis of domains, grouping categories of types of fishing equipment Tidung fishermen. After that, the data are described in terms of sentences, phrases, words, and are equipped with tables.The results showed that the fishing methods of Tidung fishermen were adaptive following the categorization and ecology of the fish planned to follow natural conditions so that fish exploitation was not excessive.Keywords: fishing, Tidung fishermen, linguistic ecology

Social networking media became the main media to spread public service announcements related to Covid-19 during a pandemic to prevent the spread of this outbreak. This study focuses on imperative sentences on public service Arabic announcements related to Covid-19 issued by SBS Australia. The purpose of this study is to describe the structure of imperative sentence forms in these advertisements syntactically and to group them into imperative sentence types according to Alwi (2010). This research is included in the research type of descriptive analysis research. The data analysis method used in this study is a method of distribution with the basic technique for direct elements (BUL) which is used to describe and analyze data from data sources. This study found as many as; 5 data are categorized as imperative commands or ordinary orders, 1 data are categorized as imperative subtle commands, 2 data are categorized as imperatives and invitations, 2 data are categorized as imperative prohibitions or negative commands. In addition, the imperative sentence in this ad is preceded by the structure of the predicate-object-complement-description sentence.

The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the shape of social capital that exist in the centers of craft bags and suitcases Tanggulangin. Identify the role of social capital in improve the effectiveness of employees in the center of bags and suitcases craft Tanggulangin. Identify the use of social capital by craftmen in their business development. Sampling method used in this study are done by purposive, decide the informant by selective informant. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result showed that social capital is formed in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases Tanggulangin started from family, relatives, neighbors and their friends, and grow together with local habit. The role of social capital to form a network, a sense of trust, social norms, leadership, and solidarity among employees and craftsmen in Tanggulangin. The benefits of social capital in the industrial centers of bags and suitcases in Tanggulangin found to form a good mutual cooperation among them, the knowledge transfer, and maintained good communication. Efforts to increase social capital is done by sharing the workload and remuneration managed transparently and in accordance with the capabilities and contributions of employees.

Integrity is a quality, character, or condition that an individual possesses to determine what is considered right and wrong in his/her life, and how much it can be shown in his/her everyday actions. Various phenomena in fact indicates the occurrence of various academic integrity violations among students and university students. This study aims to describe the academic integrity of freshmen, especially at University X. Participants amounted to 343 respondents who were freshmen of University X. The study was conducted in November 2019. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the freshmen of X University possess high academic integrity in each dimension of the academic integrity variable (with mean greater than 3.67). However, this study also found that the students of a certain faculty at University X show generally lower scores compared to students of other faculties at University X. Integritas merupakan suatu mutu, sifat, atau keadaan yang dimiliki individu untuk menentukan apa yang dianggap benar dan salah dalam hidup, serta seberapa besar hal tersebut dapat ditunjukan dalam tindakan sehari-harinya. Berbagai fenomena justru menunjukan terjadinya berbagai pelanggaran integritas akademik di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran integritas akademik pada mahasiswa baru terutama di Universitas X., Partisipan terdiri atas 343 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa baru Universitas X. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2019. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa baru Universitas X, memiliki integritas akademik yang tinggi pada setiap dimensi variabel integritas akademik (rata-rata lebih besar dari 3,67). Namun, dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa, mahasiswa dalam sebuah Fakultas di Universitas X, cenderung memiliki lebih banyak yang memiliki skor rendah dibandingkan mahasiswa di Fakultas lain di Universitas X.

This study aims to describe and reveal the presentation form of Galombang dance at a wedding party in Jorong Koto Kociak Tujuah Koto Talago village, Guguak sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota district. This is a qualitative research using a descriptive analysis method. The object of the research was Galombang dance at a wedding party in Jorong Koto Kociak, Tujuah Koto Talago village, Guguak sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota district and was focused on the form of its presentation. The data were collected through literature review, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was done by using triangulation technique which compared the data from observation to those from interview and documentation data. The results of the study generally show that the Galombang dance is performed in groups by11 dancers. It is performed for eight minutes in front of the bride's house, and it is performed at noon after the procession. Interestingly, the Galombang dance in Jorong Koto Kociak, Tujuah Koto Talag village, is performed by 50 year-old dancers and over (elderly). The presentation form of Galombang Dance at a Wedding Party in Jorong Koto Kociak, Tujuah Koto Talago village, Guguak sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota district is a representational form.The elements of the presentation form of this dance are as follows: (1) The motion of respect, the opening motion, the maagiah kaba motion, the maimbau motion, the basuluah motion, the bagalanggang motion, and silang jentik motion. (2) the Galombang Dance uses a floor pattern of two rows backwards and three carano bearers.(3) The music that accompanies the Galombang dance consists of: bansi, gandang, talempong, and tambourine. (4) The property of Galombang Dance isa carano. (5) The make-up used is pretty makeup. The dancers wear baju kuruang basiba, skirts, scarves, tikuluak kompong and accessories such as necklaces. (6) In addition, the Galombang dance is performed in front of the bride's house.Keywords: Presentation, Galombang Dance, Wedding Party

This study aims to describe the meaning of Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The object of this research was Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. The main instrument used was the researcher itself and was assisted by tools such as stationery and cameras to collect data in the field. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by reducing the data, describing the data, and making conclusion.The results show that Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance describes lessons about things a Pangulu (a leader) uses to maintain his crown or honor. These are found in Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance which gives textual meanings elaborated through motion, floor patterns, music, dancers, make-up, performance, and venues. The spiritual crisis is so much engulfed by the urban community with its materialistic life, this leads to a vacuum of heart and leads to serious stress and turmoil. This turmoil mobilized everyone to overcome it, including Café Rumi worshipers. A spiritual café that offers spiritual needs that are being sought by the urban community. Through the application of routine zikir rituals, it can be a solution to this problem This study aims to find out whether the typical ritual remembrance activities at Café Rumi can have a significant impact and influence on the sobriety of the pilgrims who regularly attend zikir activities that are there. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis approach through direct observation, in-depth interviews and documentation process. After that, it is done with the data analysis process, compared, described later until the final conclusions are obtained. The target of being a researcher is the Cafe Rumi congregation, most of whom are city residents. This study yields conclusions in the form of the meaning of remembrance in Café Rumi is not merely a ritual but rather a zikir in an act of sharing with others. And from the reading side there is a modification of the addition and subtraction of the number of zikir. Zikir activities are carried out in three forms, namely spiritual meditation with zikir together led by kiyai, culture through sholawatan and Sufi dances accompanied by hadrah music, and social activities in the form of sharing food to people in need at a crossroads. The ritual of the typical Sufi ritual of remembrance is also able to increase the sobriety for worshipers at Café Rumi.
