Political Conflict on the Results of Recapitulation in Regional Head Elections in North Borneo Province in 2015

The conflict that occurred amid the people of North Borneo Province in the Regional Head Election for the first time in 2015 was the non-acceptance of one of the candidate's supporters after the recapitulation of the vote count. Demonstrations of facilities damage conflicts include burning the Governor's office, burning of the Regional Election Commission (KPUD) office, banners, burning tires, and burning cars. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach, in data collection with in-depth interviews with resource persons including Chairperson of Regional Election Commission (KPUD), Commissioner of Regional Election Commission (KPUD), Members of Regional Election Commission (KPUD), and Regency Communities Bulungan. This research is also inseparable by collecting books, journals, reputable websites, and the like related to research. Furthermore, the data is managed using the Nvivo 12 Plus software, with Crosstab Analysis feature in common sentences, then concluded. The results showed that the trigger for the reaction that resulted in the conflict was due to regional sentiment, indicating that there was an indication of money politics, the state civil apparatus (ASN), and the lack of C6 forms.

<div class="translate-tooltip-mtz hidden"><div class="header"><div class="header-controls"><em>The people of Gunung Meriah still find many addictions to drinks that can be intoxicating, such as drinking tuak. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the supervision of the government and the community in minimizing wine drinkers and sellers in Gunung Meriah District and Islamic views on the law of drinking tuak, as well as how to sanction those who drink it. To complete this research, the writer uses qualitative research. The techniques used in data collection are observation and in-depth interviews with informants. The result of the research shows that some of the people of Gunung Meriah like to drink tuak, both from officials and ordinary people. 25% of Mount Meriah people are addicted to this tuak drink, it is drunk on certain occasions such as parties or other days. The government does not pay much attention to the problem of tuak drinks, which can be seen from the lack of cases of drinkers and sellers of wine being appointed and given appropriate punishments, only a few people have reached the stage of punishment. Likewise, the community does not interfere too much in dealing with the problem of tuak drinkers and sellers, even though this problem is very serious. Drinking tuak, in the perspective of Islamic law, is a drink that is prohibited because it is intoxicating.</em></div></div><div class="controls"> </div></div>

Background: Autism is a developmental disorder in children that affects their social and imaginative lifes. Parents’ acceptance on their children’s autism will have impact on how they treat their children. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the parental acceptance of children with autism in the Autism Services Center (ASC), Yogyakarta. Methods: This study was a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection was conducted by in-depth interviews with three informans. Results: All the informants accepted their children’s conditions, after getting information about autism. Acceptance of parents indicated their satisfaction with the children’s talent. Parents provide facilities to support the children's talents. In addition, the acceptance of parents indicated by the acceptance of the cildren’s limitations. Conclusion: Participants accepted their children’s conditions, talents and limitations. Keywords: Autism, Parental Acceptance.

In responding to the corona virus outbreak, each region has a different way. Aceh, which is identical to Islamic law, also has a different way of dealing with the Corona Virus Outbreak. One of the ways that the Acehnese people do is to revive the Tulak Bala tradition. This study aims to examine how an outbreak is in the historical perspective of the Acehnese people and how the Tulak Bala Tradition is carried out by the people of Aceh in dealing with the Corona Virus. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation and interviews and data presentation was carried out descriptively. The results showed that an epidemic was not something new for the people of Aceh. The epidemic has occurred since the 2nd Dutch aggression with the spread of a cholera epidemic that killed many people. The Tulak Bala tradition carried out by the people of Aceh is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation to its predecessors. This tradition does not believe that it can prevent and eliminate all forms of plague and calamity. The people of Aceh believe that the plague is an offering of Allah SWT so that to be able to deal with it, they must ask for help from the Creator.Keywords: Aceh Community, Tradition, Tulak Bala, and Corona Virus.

<p><em>This study aims to compare eight groups of zakat recipients in the opinion of ulama and the actualization of amil zakat institutions to eight groups of zakat recipients. This research used qualitative research with phenomenological approach as a part of qualitative research that explore a phenomena based on perspective and people awareness. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The object used in this study is the opinion of ulama, Amil Zakat institution Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency. Method of data collection are interview, documentation and observation. While data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques.</em><em>The results of this study, there are similarities in the analysis text that is based on the opinions of </em><em>ulama</em><em> and contexts which are actualization by the amil zakat institution, both Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency.</em><em> </em><em>Except for the riqab group which in the actualization by LAZISMU Malang Regency which had expansion meaning, so that the distribution of zakat was not only for the people free from slavery but also for those who are in opressed.</em></p><br /><em> </em>

This study aims to inventory various forms of Karo ethnic local wisdom in the use of various types of local plants, medical processing, food, cosmetics, rituals, and boards. Another goal is to analyze the potential of micro and macroeconomic elements in the marketing of processed plants. The cornerstone of thinking in this study is the concept of ethnobotany, ethnoecology, and local wisdom. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews, document studies, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that there were at least 218 local Karo ethnic plants that grew and were known to be Karo ethnicity and their usefulness. Local plants for medical are 183 species, for culinary ingredients a total of 53 types, for cosmetics a total of 32 types, for magical number of 27 types, and for the cancellation of households (boards) of 7 types. Local plants / plants that function ethnobotany are those that have multiple functions, so that the total number of plants can exceed the number of local plants / plants used by the people. As for some of the Karo Ethnic local knowledge related to its processing, it was produced in the form of making karo oil, yellow/param, injecting betel nut, enough, spraying beltek, my erpangir rituals and others

The purpose of this study is to explore the interest of the community in the participation of BPJS in health centers including; Public perceptions about the Mandiri Health BPJS, Access and Types of services in the Puskesmas and Quality of services at the puskesmas are safe for BPJS Health participants. This type of research is qualitative research. Informants in this study were people in the puskesmas working area who did not have or had not participated in the BPJS. The informant taking method was purposive sampling. The numbers of informants in this study were nine informants. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews. Furthermore, the data were analyzed qualitatively by data credibility testing and source competing. The results of the study found that there were still many people who did not understand the term BPJS / Jamkesmas / KIS. Furthermore, the people also want the BPJS but for free, if they pay, most of the information is objected because of economic reasons. According to informants, access and service and service quality are quite good, but there are still problems with relatively difficult referral requests

<p>The aim of this study is to analyze the role of women in preserving the environment in the Karimunjawa Islands. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection used are in-depth interviews and observations. The data analysis research used is coding, by putting the codes on the material obtained. Coding is intended to be able to organize and systemize data in a complete and detailed manner so that data can appear in the description of the topic under study.</p><p>From the findings of the study it can be concluded: one of the roles of women in preserving the environment in Karimunajawa Islands is to manage waste, which is done by forming a waste bank and inviting families and other people to manage waste. While informants who have lodging houses also use water wisely and sort waste in the form of organic and non-organic waste. For informants who are teachers, besidesplanting crops that is needed everyday, they are able to invite their students to take care of the environment around the school and clean the beach.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> karimunjawa, environmental conservation, women's role</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong></strong></p><p>Tujuan Penelitian adalah menganalisis peran perempuan dalam melestarikan lingkungan di Kepulauan Karimunjawa. Penelitian ini adaah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan. Dalam penelitian analisis data yang digunakan adalah koding, dengan membubuhkan kode-kode pada materi yang diperoleh. Koding dimaksudkan untuk dapat mengorganisasi dan mensistemasi data secara lengkap dan mendetail sehingga data-data dapat muncul gambaran tentang topik  yang diteliti. Dari hasil temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan: salah satu peran perempuan dalam melestarikan lingkungan di Kepulauan Karimunajawa  adalah  mengelola sampah, yang  dilakukan dengan membentuk bank sampah dan mengajak keluarga serta orang lain untuk mengelola sampah. Sedangkan informan yang memiliki rumah penginapan juga menggunakan air secara bijak dan memilah sampah dalam bentuk sampah organik dan nonorganik. Untuk informan yang berprofesi guru selain menanam tanaman yang bisa diperlukan sehari-hari juga mengajak muridnya dalam menjaga lingkungan di sekitar sekolah dan upaya melakukan bersih-bersih pantai.</p><p> </p><p> </p>

This paper aims to examine the values ​​of religiosity through the mujahadah tradition at Islamic Vocational School Ulul Albab Nganjuk. This research departs from two research questions, "How is the mujahadah tradition in Ulul Albab Nganjuk Islamic Vocational School? What are the religious values ​​contained in the mujahadah tradition at SMK Islam Ulul Albab Nganjuk?". This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach.  This research conducted in Ulul Albab Islamic Vocational School. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and partisipan observation. With these two questions, the results of the study found that (1) the mujahadah tradition is a behavior to fight lust, as an effort to combat all bad attitudes caused by lust of anger. Meanwhile, the mujahadah tradition at Ulul Albab Islamic Vocational School contains the recitation of Hizbul Quran and Rotib Hadad, then continued with sunnah prayers, reading rotib istigasah then tausiyah after that it is continued with dhuhur prayer in congregation and ends with mushofahah. (2) Mujahadah which is held at Ulul Albab Islamic Vocational School is intended so that all students can become better individuals and so that their spiritual souls can increase, and also so that their spirituality will mature. The results of observations on the implementation of the mujahadah at Ulul Albab Islamic Vocational School show that students' awareness of the importance of the mujahada is still lacking, but in its implementation they are very enthusiastic and happy in doing it, although the changes seen are still not optimal.

The Prophet's Maulid celebration is one of the celebrations of Muslims day. Almost all over Lombok always commemorates the celebration of the Prophet's Maulid with joy. One of theareas in Mataram city that has uniqueness on the celebration of the Prophet's Maulid is Kelurahan Dasan Agung, the community has a unique ritual in the celebration of the Prophet Maulid because of the procession and celebrations that are packed such as parties equipped with Music. This uniqueness is a form of cultural change in the celebration of the Maulid of the Prophet Muhammad. The research methods used are qualitative research. This is because the research aims to understand the linkages caused by the change of meaning and social change of culture that occurred in the celebration of the Prophet Maulid. The data required in this study are primary data such as interviews and documentation results, as well as secondary data such as Kelurahan profiles, citizen documentation, and community Journal Records. Data collection techniques in four ways are field and data observation, document tracing, interviews, and documentation. The Prophet's Maulid celebration for the people of Dasan Agung still has the same usage of the Prophet's Maulid celebration in general. However, on some series of celebrations of the Prophet's Mawlid in Kelurahan Dasan Agung have changed. One of the series of celebrations of the Prophet Muhammad SAW that is quite a lot of change is in Praje. Praje is one of the series of the Mawlid celebration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the village of Dasan Agung who has existed since the first time. The music accompanying the Praje also underwent a change in the early 80 's from religious music to Dangdut music, until now using a variety of music.
