This article discusses the poem "Sajak Pertemuan Mahasiswa" by W.S. Rendra. The discussion of this poem is motivated by efforts and efforts to apply the concept of poetry structure put forward by Lévi-Strauss. The description of the structure of this poem aims to display the structure of the poem consisting of the outer structure (surface structure) and the inner structure (deep structure). The outer structures that will be discussed are forms of text, diction, and sound, while the inner structures that will be discussed are imagery, compounds, and themes. The method used in this study is descriptive of analytics with a type of qualitative research, namely placing the text of poetry as the object and research data. Data collection techniques are done by identifying, classifying, and recording. Data anlysis is done by meaning direct and directed content. Analysis is done by discussing the structure of poetry consisting of text, diction, and sound, imagery, compounds, and themes. The results showed that the structure of Lévi-Strauss poetry can determine the overall meaning and message of poetry. The use of blank verse, simple diction, dominance of vocal sounds /a/, thought imagery, and metaphorical-rhetorical majas refers to the theme of "openness". This theme can be interpreted very broadly, namely openness to justice, education, employment, income, and livelihood. This openness is tried by students as agents of change and a bridge between the government and the people.

This study aims to determine the prohibition of inter-caste marriage in Ngafan Village, Southeast Maluku, and Islamic legal views on caste marriage in the customs of the Kei tribe, especially in Ngafan Village, Southeast Maluku Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research (Field Research). The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The prohibition of inter-caste marriage (not equal) carried out by some people in Ngafan Village is the prohibition of marriage between women from the Mel-Mel caste (highest caste) and men from Riy-Riy (lowest caste). If there is a marriage between these castes, it depends on their family, if they agree then the marriage is still safe, but if they refuse the marriage can be canceled. 2) In Islamic law the scholars differ on the issue of caste (equality) in marriage. Jumhur ulama said that the caste referred to in marriage is religion, independence, social strata and, descent. Imam Malik said that the caste in question was the religion and was free from diseases that were deemed incurable. Meanwhile, the al-Ẓahiriyyah mazhab said that only Muslims were the conditions for marriage. The scholars do not require that caste be part of the legal requirements of marriage, but caste is included in the category of luzu> m requirements, a condition that allows a female guardian to request an annulment of marriage if the male partner is not in the same caste. So the prohibition of marriage is not equal in Ngafan Village can be justified based on the opinion of some scholars. The implementation of this research is expected to contribute theoretically and practically to religious leaders, parties with special interests, and society in general.

Abstract This research try to raise the perspective of Islamic law answering the problems in society by using the Al-Istihsan method of Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi. The complexity of the existing regulations has not been able to answer the problems in society, so we need a way to find the law. This research is a qualitative research with a conceptual approach with data collection methods obtained through the work of Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi and literature that discusses about Istihsan. The results of this study found that; First, Istihsan can be used as a argument for syariah because istihsan does not stipulate law with analogy, istihsan is a method of legal istinbath that can be accounted for because it is based on a strong foundation (sanad); Second, after describing istihsan in ushul fiqih in the view of the Hanafi school, it can be said that in essence istihsan is one of the efforts of the mujtahid to find a way out of the power of general principles or qiyas to aparticular problem in order to find legal provisions that are more in accordance with The soul and spirit of the Shariah, because indeed the texts cannot be understood only in language but also understood by using the broad logic of making shari'a (Al-Mantiq Al-tasyri'i) which gives the mujtahid the opportunity to realize the will of Al Shariah. Keywords: Al-Syarakhsi, Istihsan, Law, Society. Natuna Regency is one of outermost areas of the Republic of Indonesia that is considered to have disintegration potential. Moreover, Malaysia once claimed that Natuna should have entered to its territory. The problems in this paper are: (1) What about spirit of nationalism of people in Natuna is that geographically, economically and socio-cultural are closer to Malaysia than Indonesia? (2) Is there a potential for Natuna people to disintegrate themselves and choose to become a part of Malaysia? (3) What is government's effort to protect Natuna from being separated from the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia? The aims of this paper are to gauge the factors that determine the sense of nationalism and potential disintegration of Natuna community and to estimate the government's efforts to safeguard it as a part of its territory. This paper is qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and literature studies.
