The engineering work station room is a server room that has a function to be the control center for all components in the PLTU which will have to be equipped with several sensors, namely the DHT11 temperature sensor, ZMPT101 voltage sensor, ACS712 current sensor to help keep temperature, voltage, current stable . To obtain maximum results, several stages are needed in designing this tool, including literature study, technical data collection, planning process, manufacturing, testing, discussion and conclusions. To maintain the conditions in the engineering work station room, an automatic system and remote monitoring were designed which have a working principle, namely if the temperature in the EWS room is below 18C then the AC motor is off. If the EWS room temperature is at 18C - 23C, the AC motor has a medium start. If the EWS room temperature is above 23C, the AC motor has full power. Meanwhile, the results of reading conditions in the EWS room, namely the conditions of temperature, voltage, and current will be displayed via the Thingspeak web. The results of this study the tool is able to work according to predetermined working principles and data analysis is also in accordance with existing calculations

In implementing the policy of One Way Direction System in Bogor City, it is necessary to have well-coordination between Traffic and Road Transportation Agency (DLLAJ) of Bogor City with related Institutions/Agencies. If one of the agencies do not perform their duty well, then their goal to overcome the congestion will run ineffectively. The purpose of this study is to know the direction of coordination between traffic and road transportation Bogor City with other agencies in applying a one-way direction system. The theory used in this research is by using the coordination theory of Handyaningrat which states that to produce a coordination can be measured through five variables as follow: (1) Communication, (2) Awareness of the Importance of Coordination, (3) Participant Competencies, (4) Agreements, Commitments, and Coordination Incentives, and (5) Continuity of Planning. The method used is descriptive analysis using Qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is to use the calculation of Weighted Mean Score (WMS). Technical data used are literature study, field study, interview and questionnaire. Unit of analysis of this study consist of 11 respondents. While the sampling technique used is saturated sample technique. In general, the results of external coordination conducted by Traffic and Road Transportation Agency (DLLAJ) of Bogor City in implementing one-way direction system is obtained an average score of 3.81 which according to structuring criteria are in good category. While the existing variety in moderate criteria is an indicator of whether or not there are casualties for offenders exist with average score of 3.18. Meanwhile the indicator that produces a very good score is on the indicator of whether or not the executor of the activity with a score of 4.18. In sum, the average score of all indicators is in good criteria. Keywords: Coordination, Implementation, Policy.

According to the principle of equivalent surface area and Nyquist sampling theorem, this paper introduces the method which takes PIC18F2431 SCM as the control center in details, and it forms Single-phase sine inverter power supply by adopting the principle of equivalent surface area directly. This method that can be widely used in controlling Single-phase AC motor speed is simple and cost-effective.

Scientific and logical planning of technical data, which is the foundation to equip technical data efficiently, is an effective way to quickly transfer the equipment into combat effectiveness and support capability. With the transformation of war pattern and increase of equipment complexity, the critical role of equipment technical data in equipment support has become increasingly prominent. This paper focuses on the effective way to work out systematic planning method of equipment technical data. Beginning with equipment technical data concept and status, the paper studies the general idea of equipment technical data planning, makes deep analysis of specific planning process, and puts forward an instructive output model. It is expected to offer an instruction to scientific planning of equipment technical data, so as to accelerate transformation of new equipment into combat effectiveness, and improve equipment support capacity.

The creation of a flight schedule and the associated crew planning are clearly among the most complicated tasks in terms of traffic preparation. Even with a relatively small number of pilots and aircraft, numerous specific constraints arising from real operations must be included in the calculation, thus increasing the complexity of the planning process. However, even in a precision-planned operation, non-standard situations often occur, which must be addressed flexibly. It is at this point that an operational solution must be applied, the aims of which are to stabilize the flight schedule as soon as possible and minimize the financial impacts resulting from the non-standard situation. These problems are resolved by the airline’s Operational Control Center, which also uses various software approaches to solve the problem. The problem is approached differently by large air carriers, which use software products to address it, and small and medium-sized air carriers, which resolve the issue of operational rescheduling intuitively, based on the experience of dispatchers. However, this intuitive approach can lead to inaccuracies that can lead to unnecessary financial losses. In this paper, we present an optimization model that can serve as a tool to support the decision-making of employees of the operations centers of smaller and medium-sized air carriers.

The cost budget plan is one of the controls in the management of a project that will be planned in the company, if in the planning of a project there is no budget plan then a project will be ambiguous in making the report, it also needs to be applied to PT. Bumitangerang Mesindotama to facilitate companies in planning the costs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system that can produce output in the form of detailed reports for planning company budget costs in meeting the procurement system of a project plan. In this study a web-based system is implemented for planning project cost budgets in companies, therefore it is necessary to design a web-based company budget plan system. This system uses web-based input in the process of filling out project activities, details of required materials and budget planning of the required costs so that it can produce final reports in the form of the neat recapitulation. With the creation of a cost budget plan system is expected to solve existing problemsand the company no longer needs to use a manual way to plan budget costs, so that the budget planning process can run more quickly and accurately. In this study, researchers used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which was supported by data collection through observation and literature study.

This research is motivated by the difficulties in monitoring the implementation of Lecture of Real Work Lecture/Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Google Maps digital map application owned by Google is integrated with SMS input data from each KKN service post with various information. This system design method is to conduct initial study problems in the field, observation and literature study as well as interviews about system requirements made. Interviews were conducted to those related to KKN activities, including Coordinator and field supervisor/Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan(DPL) KKN. Research data is used to get the system needs made related to SMS input data, SMS data format, and display, as well as technical data in the field, including signal coverage and cell phone signal strength. From the data collected, it is analyzed to apply Geographic Information System (GIS) based on SMS Gateway to monitor KKN activities in real time. The use of SMS is chosen with consideration of the presence of stronger 2G (phone and SMS) signals than 3G and 4G signals (Internet data signals) in remote locations. The SMS format used is: KKN # LOCATION # INFORMATION. GIS is displayed in the form of markers and  windows information on the Google Maps map containing information that may change according to the content of the SMS sent from each KKN post. Furthermore the system is tested to determine the response to data sent via SMS. Keywords: KKN, GIS, SMS.

One of the learning models in the 2013 curriculum is the inquiry learning model, so researchers are interested in finding out the application of the inquiry learning model in developing students' critical thinking skills in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subjects. The aim is to describe the planning, process, student responses, obstacles and efforts of teachers to the application of the inquiry learning model in developing students' critical thinking abilities in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects. The theory used by the inquiry learning model according to Komalasari (2017) and critical thinking according to Deswani (in Nana Najmina 2017). Research Method Descriptive study qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, literature study, and documentation techniques. Respondents of Pancasila and Citizenship Education Teachers and Class XI Students. Sampling was taken by means of Proportionet Stratified Random Sampling and data processing techniques by means of reduction, display, verification, triangulation. The results showed that with the application of the inquiry learning model students could develop critical thinking skills by solving problems. The obstacles faced are generally from the allocation of time, students and the many efforts made by Pancasila and Civics Education teachers. Keywords: Inquary Learning Model, critical thinking, Pancasila and Citizenship Education
