Indonesian water consumption is influenced by the people growth. One of Water consumption fulfilment by groundwater aquifer. Bandorasawetan is one of the areas which predicted have proper potential due to located in East of Mt. Ceremai that predicted recharge area. Based on regional geological data, Bandorasawetan is an undifferentiated young volcanic product which consists of lava, breccia, lapilli, and tuffaceous sand. Geophysics method for groundwater prediction is 2-D geoelectrical with Wenner – Schlumberger configuration. The result of acquisition is obtained resistivity value from 0 - >1000 Ohm. m. Interpretation from data distribution is consist of two resistivity range that describes lithology on the research area, such as: 0 – 150 Ohm.m contributed as aquiqlud with tuffaceous sand lithology and > 150 Ohm.m interpreted as volcanic breccia lithology. Volcanic breccia has a role as aquifer in study area, the conclusion is distribution of resistivity value with range > 150 Ohm.m be the reference to developing groundwater resource in study area. Depth of aquifer is varying, deeper to the east. In Line – 1, depth of the aquifer is 48 meters and in Line – 2, depth of aquifer be 60 meters.

A group approach having an excess because its scope broader, and in accordance with communal culture of the people. Group dynamics and independency farmers become a yardstick to judge whether the programs the government (the course of development) involving group cattle farmers cut is sustainable or not, so that it can be evaluated for sustainability the next. The purpose of research are (1) analyze group dynamics formed in the group spr mega jaya, (2) analyzed levels of independency of farmers in the farmers spr mega jaya, (3) analyze relations group dynamics and independency of farmers with the success kejar farmers spr mega jaya. Data analysis of analysis descriptive statistics (a frequency, the percentage, on the average), and statistic analysis inferential by test a correlation coefficient rank the spearman. The research results show that group dynamics spr mega jaya tends in category high, and independency of farmers spr mega jaya tends in category enough, while test relations shows that there is a positive connection welfare between group dynamics the cattle farmer and independency of farmers with the success kejar cattle farmers cut. This means that the more dynamic group spr mega jaya and independency of felt farmers high, so the success of the program group farmers who reached the higher.Keywords: group dynamics, independency of groups, sekolah peternakan rakyatABSTRAKPendekatan kelompok memiliki kelebihan karena cakupannya yang lebih luas, dan sesuai dengan budaya masyarakat komunal. Dinamika kelompok dan keberdayaan peternak menjadi tolok ukur untuk menilai apakah program pemerintah (program pembangunan) yang melibatkan kelompok peternak sapi potong bersifat sustainable atau tidak, sehingga dapat dievaluasi untuk keberlanjutan program selanjutnya. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah (1) menganalisis dinamika kelompok yang terbentuk dalam kelompok SPR Mega Jaya, (2) menganalisis tingkat keberdayaan peternak pada kelompok peternak SPR Mega Jaya, (3) menganalisis hubungan dinamika kelompok dan keberdayaan peternak dengan keberhasilan program kelompok peternak SPR Mega Jaya. Analisis data berupa analisis statistik deskriptif (frekuensi, persentase, rata-rata), dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji koefisien korelasi rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika kelompok SPR Mega Jaya cenderung pada kategori tinggi, dan keberdayaan peternak SPR Mega Jaya cenderung pada kategori cukup, sedangkan uji hubungan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara dinamika kelompok peternak dan keberdayaan peternak dengan keberhasilan program kelompok peternak sapi potong. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin dinamis kelompok SPR Mega Jaya dan keberdayaan yang dirasakan peternak tinggi, maka keberhasilan program kelompok peternak yang tercapai semakin tinggi.Kata kunci: dinamika kelompok, keberdayaan kelompok, sekolah peternakan rakyat

Wayang Topeng (Mask Puppet) in Jombang is a folk performance whose presence is needed by the society. Along with the development of the society, it experiences downturn. Currently, various attempts have been made by artists in Jombang to preserve the performance. The study aims to investigate the function and continuity Wayang Topeng functions in todays society. Observation, interviews and literature studies were used to collect the data. The interactive analysis was used as the data analysis model. The result of the study shows that Wayang Topeng in Jombang still has manifest functions such as a vow ritual, a giver of inner experience, a breadwinner, and an entertainment; and latent function which is to form social solidarity. The life of Wayang Topeng after being raised by Purwa has received good response from the people and gained popularity. However, because the regeneration process is not well managed, the existence of this art performance is at the tip of torpor and deterioration. The revival of Wayang Topeng in Jombang is realized soon after a primary school teacher has tried to revitalize it.Wayang Topeng di Jombang merupakan pertunjukan rakyat yang kehadirannya dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat.Seiring dengan perkembangan masyarakat wayang topeng ini mengalami kegoncangan sehingga hilang. Berbagai usaha telah dilakukan oleh seniman-seniman di Jombang hingga saat ini telah muncul kembali. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui fungsi wayang topeng di masyarakat saat ini dan mengetahui kontinuitas kehidupannya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, dan analisis interaktif sebagai model analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wayang topeng di Jombang masih memiliki fungsi manifes yaitu fungsi ritual nadzar, sebagai pemberi pengalaman batin, sebagai pencari nafkah dan sebagai hiburan; serta fungsi laten yaitu pembentuk solidaritas sosial. Kehidupan wayang topeng setelah dimunculkan oleh Purwa mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik oleh masyarakat sehingga cukup eksis, namun karena proses regenerasi tidak dilakukan menyebabkan kesenian ini mati suri dan kemerosotan.Kebangkitan kembali telah dialami oleh wayang topeng di Jombang setelah ada seseorang guru SD berusaha untuk melakukan revitalisasi.

In this paper I investigate the problems of data collection, data analysis and the final communication of the results of our research, when doing social science that we, ourselves, are part of. Central to this are the concepts life world, language games and stories and narratives. How do we collect stories and narratives in the field, how do we construct scientific narratives that are both reliable and valid? And finally, how do we, as researchers present our newly constructed narrative to a – hopefully – interested audience? That is, how do you, as a consumer of scientific narratives, read what I have been writing? Finally, I will discuss the problem of handing over research results to the people that we are doing research with. This is all done within a framework of a pragmatic constructivist paradigm.

Tanjung Tedung Coastal Coast is located in Tanjung Pura Village, Sungai Selan Subdistrict, Bangka Tengah. Regency which has the potential to be developed into a mangrove ecowista area, because almost along the coastal area is overgrown with ecosystem mengrove. This study aims to identify the potential of mangrove ecosystems and calculate the Tourist Compatibility Index (IKW) potential of mangrove area as ecotourism area of mangrove. The data were collected from March to April 2018 in Tanjung Tedung Coastal Coast. The research method used is Purposive Sampling. Research area taken as many as 3 stations. The data analysis is based on tourism conformity index matrix (IKW). Data of mangrove tourism conformity parameter consisting of: mangrove thickness, mangrove density, mangrove species, tidal and biota object. The result of measurement of mangrove tourism match parameters are thickness at station I worth 303,57 m, station II worth 366,57 m and station III worth 1,061,44 m. Density of station I with value 0.11 ind / m². Station II worth 0.10 ind / m² and station III with value 0.16 ind / m². Found 9 Species of mangroves and other biota such as: fish, shrimp, crab, molluscs, reptiles, birds and other biota. The result of conformity analysis to be used as ecotourism area with IKW value of station I worth 78.95% with Appropriate category. Pada era milenial saat ini masyarakat membutuhkan suatu iklan baik melalui media elektronik maupun cetak. Salah satu iklan yang digandrungi masyarakat Indonesia adalah toko jasa jual beli online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menelaah struktur iklan “tokobagus.com” menggunakan struktur model Van Dijk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah iklan “tokobagus.com”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, superstruktur, yang terdiri atas struktur headline (kepala iklan), illustration (ilustrasi), body copy (isi iklan), dan signature line (logo). Kedua, struktur mikro, yang terdiri atas unsur verbal dan unsur nonverbal. Ketiga, struktur makro, yang terdapat unsur makna iklan dan pesan iklan. Struktur wacana iklan tokobagus.com telah menggunakan struktur wacana iklan yang lengkap, sehingga pembaca dapat menirunya untuk memasarkan produk atau jasa dan mampu menarik minat pembeli untuk membeli produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan.(In the current millennial era, people need an advertisement either through electronic or printed media. One of the advertisement that is loved by the people of Indonesia is online buying and selling shop. The purpose of this study is to describe and examine the structure of the Tokobagus.com advertisements by using the Van Dijk model structure. The type of this research is qualitative research. The data analysis technique is done qualitatively. The object of this research is Tokobagus.com advertisement. The analysis results show three points. First, superstructure consists of the headline, illustration, body copy, and signature lines. Second, microstructure consists of verbal elements and nonverbal elements. Third, the macrostructure, there are elements of the meaning of  advertising and advertising messages. The discourse structure of the advertisement for Tokobagus.com store has used a complete structure of advertising discourse, so that it can emulate it to market a product or service and be able to attract buyers to buy the product or service offered.)

This study aimed at finding out the figures of speech used by the government in the political language variation and the purposes to which they serve. On the basis of the data analysis, it was found that there are sixteen types of figures of speech contained in the political language variation, for example, euphemism, repetition, parallelism, personification, parable, anticlimax, sarcasm, trope, hyperbole, pleonasm, climax, antithesis, synecdoche, anaphor, allusion, and metonymy. The purposes of their uses are to vary sentences, to show respect, to express something in a polite manner, and to give an emphasis or stress meanings. The suggestion made in relation to the uses of the figures of speech in political language variation is for the authority (government) to use words or phrases that are simple to make it easy for the people to understand.

Based on preliminary observations, it was found that the people in Nias Islands,North Sumatra province had used medicinal plants for a long time and had inheritedthem from generation to generation. So that many people still use medicinal plants.This study aims to determine the types of family medicinal plants used by thecommunity, how to mix or process family medicinal plants, and public perceptionsof family medicinal plants. This research is a type of qualitative research withdescriptive methods with 125 respondents. Collecting data by observation,interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namelydata reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Fromthe research results, there were 23 plant species used by the community in NiasIsland as Family Medicinal Plants. The method of concocting family medicinalplants varies greatly, depending on the type of plant and disease, the people ofSambulu village have good perceptions about family medicinal plants. Suggestionsare expected to maintain the habit of using medicinal plants, and also teach them tochildren or young people.

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

The research in this paper leads to peace education in Poso. Local wisdom approach focus to achieve it. Local wisdom in question is a tradition of cultural in sintuwu maroso and padungku. Researchers considered that culture sintuwu maroso and padungku a primal's hospitality owned Poso then and now. The distinctive feature of this research center at the local wisdom area. That approach is not without reason. Social unrest conflicts that have occurred in Poso, leaving wounds that are difficult unresolved grudges. Seventeen years ago the conflict was going on, now remaining trauma and feels haunted. Yet the return of all refugees to their original place, not awakening back all the buildings or houses in the former debris destruction mass, separation is expressly settlements Islamic-Christian, social community is still limited, and military approach that is very dominant, not apart from monitoring the author. Watched it is balanced with the security situation, a conducive atmosphere andhospitality of the people of Poso today. Objectives achieved in this study were (1) to find out how the understanding and meaning of the Poso community’s hospitality (2) to find out ways of appreciation and practice of cultural sintuwu maroso and padungku as a form of tradition's hospitality in Poso and (3) to determine the role and the application of hospitality in traditions of cultural sintuwu maroso and padungku for peace education in addressing the conflict in Poso. The data collection process is conducted qualitatively. Interviews and observations is his method, followed by a description of the data. Analysis of data using analytical approachto Theology-CRE (Christian Religious Education). This approach was chosen because they are the research student of CRE. After conducting research and data analysis as a whole, the picture of hospitality in Poso this time will be presented in a straightforward and unequivocal. Likewise, appreciation and practice of cultural sintuwu maroso and padungku in everyday life. In the end, the author proposes an approach to education for peace in Poso, that is approach through cultural traditions in sintuwu maroso's hospitality and padungku Key words: Hospitality, Sintuwu Maroso, Padungku, Peace Education.
