This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between mathematical logical intelligence with the discipline of students in grade fifthElementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air Kabupaten Aceh Besar. To answer the purpose of this study, researchers used a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this research is 40 students in gradefifthof Elementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air. Data collection techniques used are tests and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between mathematical logical intelligence with the discipline of students in grade fifthElementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the rise and fall of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of mathematical logical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, rcount bigger than rtable at 5% significance level that is 0.370 0.320, it means mathematical logical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between mathematical logical intelligence with the discipline of students in grade  fifthElementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on students' learning motivation at State Elementary School 019 Sungai Beringin, Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Riau Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach. A total of 74 students were selected to participate in this study using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression test. Based on the results of data analysis on variable X, namely Character Education, it was found that 73.69% was categorized as strong. Then, based on the results of data analysis of variable Y, namely Student Learning Motivation, it was found that 77.39% was also categorized as strong. While the effect of character education on student learning motivation obtained Fcount ≥ Ftable = 20.92 ≥ 3.97, so Ho is rejected, which means that there was a positive and significant influence between character education on student learning motivation

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability (ROA), liquidity (LDR), and solvency (DER) to the stock price of banking and find out whether inflation moderates the effect of profitability (ROA), liquidity (LDR), and solvency (DER) to the stock price of banking. Data collection method used is the method of research libraries. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear panel regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics as well as the interaction test Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with significance level of 5 percent. Data were processed using Eviews program ver. 6.0. The results showed that the profitability (ROA) and liquidity (LDR) have positive and significant impact to the stock price of banking, but the solvency (DER) have negative and significant impact to the stock price of banking.. In addition, inflation is moderating influence liquidity (LDR) and solvency (DER) to the stock price of banking. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah teachers in Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency in 2021. This research is quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study is all teachers in madrasah-Ibtidaiyah in Lingsar district of West Lombok Regency which amounted to 102 teachers. This research sample amounted to 50 teachers spread across Ibtidaiyah madrassa of Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is regression analysis, both simple regression and double regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Kacamatan Lingsar West Lombok Regency with a contribution of 57%.

Abstrac "The Effect of Bullying Against Student Confidence in elementary school in the Middle Tobelo District of North Halmahera Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine: The effect of bullying on student confidence in elementary schools in Central Tobelo District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a population of all students in elementary schools in North Tobelo Tengah District of North Halmahera with a sample of 100 students. Data collection using bullying scale and confidence and analyzed using simple regression analysis through the application of SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that bullying has a negative and significant effect on self confidence seen from the t test where t count = -5,570 <t.table = 1,984 while to determine the size of the contribution can be seen in the Determination Coefficient Test, where the contribution of bullying variables to confidence is 24% and other factors by 76%. Thus the results of the hypothesis test that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this test statistically proves that bullying can affect student confidence in elementary schools throughout Central Tobelo District.

This reseach aims to determine the relationship between thanksgiving and happiness in honorary teachers. The research method is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used scale of gratitude and scale of happiness. The subjects of this research were 105 teachers of the State Elementary School in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok district. The analysis technique used is Product Moment Correation analysis by using SPSS 23.00 For Windows. The result of data analysis showed that the coefficient of correlation was R = 0.690 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). This research indicated that the contribution which is given by gratitude to happiness is 47,6 %, it means the relationship between the variables of gratitude and happiness for honorary is very significant.

Abstract :This study aims to analyze the effect of the Adversity Quotient on students' entrepreneurial motivation at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The total population is 1,209 students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 300 students. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used as a technique for collecting it. Simple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect in increasing student entrepreneurial motivationAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efekAdversity Quotientterhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah populasi adalah 1.209 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random samplingdengan sampel berjumlah300 orang mahasiswa. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan angket sebagai teknik pengumulannya. Analisis regresi sederhana merupakan teknik analisis data yang dipakai dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa adversity quotient memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Leadership of principals in order to improve the performance of teachers and employees is very important, it is fitting discipline applied to every school, both government and private. A performance of good teachers and employees is a step towards achieving the goals of a school so that productivity is a determinant in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang. The research design used is quantitative research. The sample of research is 35 employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang and data collection in the form of questionnaire method, interview, observation. While for data processing is analyzed for Validity and Realibility test using Alpha Cronbach formula using computer program. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis.
