In this study, the researchers used qualitative research methods to explore a fact, symptom and event of the influence of health protocol services on users. Researchers wish to research results in more complex data details about phenomena that are difficult to express by quantitative methods and do not require statistical data processing. The results of the qualitative research needed by researchers are in the form of in-depth information about the effect of implementing the Covid-19 health protocol on the behaviour of library users (users).

The performance of companies has been of great interest in the organizational and academic world. In Brazil it became a matter of survival, given the high number of premature corporate deaths, especially in the field of micro and small enterprises. Following this same interest, the authors began this exploratory qualitative research to find information about the specifics of some companies that manage to remain in the market with reasonable competitiveness and for many years. In this universe, they selected three companies located in the city of Teresina (PI) that presented a significant boost in the face of a turbulent and unpredictable environment. Some characteristics, behaviors, and skills have been highlighted as likely indicators of dynamic capacity leading to the achievement of a competitive advantage, which, consequently, cause these companies to be remembered and chosen by consumers among others existing in the same place or region.

The paper considers, proposes and describes possibilities and methods to solve problems in providing services in smart cities, where citizens have to appear in person in the city or municipality premises or at the teller/counter of the institution. In this way, by using information and telecommunication technologies, Web based solutions and Internet, citizens obtain services online, from their homes or working places, using all types of their PC equipment or smart mobile telephone, and do not waste their time in the city or municipality premises. Their contacts are also reduced, which is very important in the context of actual Corona virus pandemic. The services are provided and charged automatically and online. No cash is used, which is also a potential carrier of the Corona virus. The proposed method and proposed solution are based on application of the specially developed algorithm for service automation, developed and implemented adequate software application and designed hardware solution that fully supports the software solution and the process of service delivery automation.  The proposed system decreases costs and increases availability, quality and speed of services realization in smart cities and municipalities. Also, the proposed solution uses reliable methods for identification and authentication of a person using a service. For identification are used pictures, taken by a Web camera or a smart mobile telephone, of an identity document and of the face of the user and appropriate software for text and face recognition.

Brisbane author Nick Earls holds a position of exceptional significance for a writer in his home town. After some 10 years in the literary limelight, Earls was chosen as the face of the city in a television and print media campaign for Brisbane tourism (the ‘It's happening’ campaign), suggesting that he and his work would be widely recognised, and his opinions respected — key reasons for choosing a celebrity to promote any product. Earls represents a new type of public role for writers, who often must cross boundaries of intellectual respectability and popular cultural or ‘celebrity’ appeal to succeed in the current media climate. Leading up to the Brisbane promotional campaign, Earls had a long association with the local press, which enabled him to work simultaneously as a serious author, comedian, boy-next-door and social commentator. His decision, in his early published novels, to make maximal, unapologetic use of Brisbane as a setting earned him the title of ‘Brisbane's favourite son’ (MacColl 1998). At times he has used this title to his advantage; at other times the press has made him work in an ambassadorial role for Brisbane even as the themes and scenes of his writing were changing. Earls has also had considerable international success, particularly with his first novel for adults, Zigzag Street. Using theories about the production of celebrities and close analysis of Earls' press coverage, this article examines the author as a text, looking at the interaction between Earls, his novels and the broader condition of the contemporary publishing and media industries for clues as to how Earls, over other Brisbane writers, found himself with the keys to the city.

The Corona virus pandemic exploited by irresponsible elements.  They do a cunning business strategy, which is to hoard goods, in fiqhi terms known as iḥtikār. In the Islamic view, iḥtikār is a prohibited business practice and will be met with a painful punishment in the afterlife.  The purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding about the impact of COVID 19 on the practice of buying and selling (iḥtikār).  This paper uses qualitative research methods in the form of library reseach using the shar'i approach.  From this study it can be concluded that the behavior of hoarding goods with the aim of reselling them at high prices to obtain large profits.  In Islamic Shari'ah, iḥtikār‘s law is haram because it contains elements that harm others.  This is very clearly stated in QS al-Humazah/109: 1-2 and punished by sin as stipulated in the hadith of the Messenger of Allah.

This text seeks to explore the Argentine films Castro (Alejo Moguillansky, 2009) and El asaltante (Pablo Fendrik, 2007) from within the displacement of their characters through the city. This transit configures the organising element of the plots, determining the direction and rhythm of events. The escape motto will structure the film analyses, which are also twinned by the sensory apprehension that comes from the spaces they travel through. The notion of escape, as explored by Esteban Dipaola in Argentine cinema of the 1990s, continues to throb in mid-to-late 2000s production, and in these films represents the means by which the protagonists deploy critical attitudes—sometimes radical and explosive, sometimes silent—in the face of fixed notions, suggesting some scepticism about the “stability” and “order” that they (dis)encounter in normality.
