Nowadays the Internet occupies the primary place in many people’s lives. It gives people many different opportunities including online shopping. The deep understanding of all the elements of trust building mechanisms is essential in order to guarantee future prosperous development of the e-commerce sphere as trust seems the key point of e-commerce success. The current study aims to assess trust building mechanisms of online shopping, namely customers’ comments, using the linguistic tool. By adopting the discourse analysis methodology this paper explores the language units used in the comments. First of all, the importance of feedbacks (customers’ comments) was assessed by means of self-compiled questionnaire and the results of the analyses indicate that feedbacks were proved to be significant for customers while forming the buying intention. Then qualitative data was collected from Amazon website. Customers’ comments were collected, systematized and grouped according to the specification of the comment. The following groups were singled out: attitude, duration of usage, quality, price, purpose of usage, function. Comments were divided into positive and negative as well and later on analyzed by means of discourse analysis. Two types of comments were pointed out, namely explanation and evidence (photo). Special features of online comments were pointed out.

Programs via the Internet are uniquely positioned to capture qualitative data. One reason is because the Internet facilitates the creation of a community of similar individuals who can exchange information and support related to living with a chronic illness. Synchronous conversations via the Internet can provide insight into real-time social interaction and the exchange of social support. One way to analyze interactions among individuals is by using qualitative methods such as content, conversation, or discourse analysis. This manuscript describes how we used content analysis with aspects from conversation and discourse analysis to analyze synchronous conversations via the Internet to describe what individuals talk about and how individuals talk in an Internet-mediated interaction. With the increase in Internet interventions that facilitate collection of real-time conversational data, this article provides insight into how combining qualitative methods can facilitate the coding and analysis of these complex data.

Relevance. In applied psychology, researchers are increasingly faced with the task of analyzing large amounts of text, both verbal and visual. For these purposes, various methods of analysis have been developed and various computer programs have been created. Objective. The possibilities of computerized qualitative text analysis are analyzed. The spectrum of problems solved by various methods of qualitative text analysis is considered. Methods. The theoretical analysis of classical methods of qualitative text analysis is carried out. The specificity of the method of computerized discourse analysis is analyzed. The Internet searched for the most popular programs for qualitative text analysis, considered the main options and requirements for working in the program. Results. Methods of content-, discourse-, intent-analysis, conversion and narrative analysis are briefly characterized. The computerized discourse analysis (CMDA) approach is described. An approach to solving problems of various methods of qualitative analysis of text in computer analysis of qualitative data (Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis; CAQDAS) is presented. The possibilities of some software packages developed within the CAQDAS approach are considered. Conclusions. The advantages of using computerized discourse analysis are shown. The topic of research of methodological problems accompanying the use of CAQDAS is outlined.

This study on the political strategy in the language use in Susilo BambangYudhoyono’s speeches is focused on the language behaviors. The data were collected from the internet sources containing his speeches in several occasions with regard to political policies during his presidency. The data were analyzed using the critical discourse analysis approach. The results show that his political strategy in the language use is reflected in the uses of words, sentences, and figures of speech. The language use helps public understandings of the conditions that Indonesian people are now facing and supports his presidency. From the language praxis, his political strategy in the language use is relevant to language behaviors in general.

This is a R&D Paper. It describes an analysis coming from a research project about opinion measurement and monitoring on the Internet. This research is realized within "Paragraphe" laboratory, in partnership with the market research institute Harris Interactive (CIFRE grant beginning July 2010). The purpose of the study was to define CRM possibilities. The targets of the study were self-employed workers and very small businesses. The discourses analysis is linked to a qualitative study. It turns around three types of discourses: brands, journalists and clients’ discourses. In the brand discourses analysis we benchmarked brand websites belonging to several businesses. In this first step, we tried to identify the most used words and promises by brands to the target we were studying. For that benchmark, we downloaded "Professionals" sections of the websites. Clients’ discourses analysis is based on opened answers coming from satisfaction questionnaires. The questions we are studying have been asked after a call to a hot line or after a technician intervention. Journalists’ discourses analysis is based on articles, published on information websites specialized in Harris Interactive's client sector. These websites were chosen because we considered them to be representative of information sources, which the target could consult.

The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of classroom talk in 2 Chilean schools located in Santiago. Both schools, which were purposively selected, have a shared interest in dialogue, but serve students from different socioeconomic status [SES] backgrounds. Observations of naturally occurring verbal interactions in 3 consecutive science lessons were conducted in 4th grade classrooms. Interactions between the teacher and the whole class were examined adopting a sociocultural discourse analysis approach, using both quantitative and qualitative data. Results show that verbal interactions with students from a lower SES background tend to be more concrete and adult-dependent. Talk in this classroom was characterised by a predominance of closed questions; however, this is not a sign of less productive interaction, but evidence of a different way of using language in academic interactions taking place in more vulnerable contexts. It is suggested that teachers and researchers need to acknowledge these linguistic characteristics of students from lower SES backgrounds in order to promote meaningful classroom talk.

There are many impacts of the conflict Ambon that occurred years ago which are still found in society. Two of them are collective trauma memory and settlement religious-based segregation. The focus of this article is the communal discourse on the settlement pattern of religious-based segregation. The theory as the basic perspective of this study is a socio-linguistic theory developed by Norman Fairclough through Critical Discourse Analysis Approach. The principle notion of this approach is that discourse has an important role in shaping a society. Therefore, the aim of this article is to remind all that because of the complexity faced by the society after the conflict, trust-building, and trauma-healing are programs that all must work on, especially when one talks about religion and nationalism in the Moluccas context.

Background/Objectives: In this study, research to improve efficiency of online advertising market, we would like to propose a new performance index called "Leakage Ratio" which can increase the efficiency of advertisement. Methods/Statistical analysis: Naver, the Internet portal site in Korea, is the most influential medium for online keyword search advertising. In this study, Leakage Ratio management is applied to online keyword search ads for five medium and large size online shopping malls at Naver. Based on the performance trend of each search keyword, we tried to improve the efficiency of the whole advertisement by changing the bid of the low efficiency keyword.

The Retailers all over the world are prospering from the burgeoning trend of online shopping. Kurdistan Regional Government is still struggling to grow its e-commerce markets. On the other hands e-commerce in Various countries in the Middle East have some of the world’s highest internet and mobile penetration rates. Alternative payments methods are quickly expanding, and having access to some of the world’s most coveted natural resources that allows countries in their region to have some of the highest GDP in the world. There are several challenges prevalent in the KRG Region market that will require international merchants to develop strategies based on innovation and vigilance. This unique region is plagued with complications many other countries have little to no experience with e-commerce, which highlights the need for retailers to have a deep understanding as to how this region operates before they can begin finding solutions. One of the biggest concerns today's consumers have is the risk of fraud when they are shopping online. With highly sophisticated malware and perceptive cybercriminals, customers' card and bank information can easily be stolen if a merchant does not take the proper security measures. In this paper we summarize all challenges need to be addressed in KRG in order to make correct steps to apply e-commerce in KRG. Finally, the recommendations and framework are proposed for e-commerce to encourage government, organizations, and people to take advantages from e-commerce.
