The role of social media is increasingly recognized in boosting business or brand performance. Developing creativity in entrepreneurship among students with the use of social media is a positive impact on the use of social media itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of use of social media and motivation towards entrepreneurship interests. This research was conducted at the College of Management Study Program located in the city of Denpasar. The sample used was as many as 100 people or about 90% of the total active students of management courses in high schools in the city of Denpasar. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, F Test and t Test. The results of analysis in this study indicate the level of use of Social Media has a positive and partially significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, it can be seen from the t-value of the variable Organizational Commitment is 8.417 is greater than the t-table value of 1.661. Motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, it can be seen from the t-count value of Organizational Culture variables is 5.736 greater than the t-table value of 1.661.

This study aims to explain the role of Social Media "Facebook" and its impacts ahead of the elections of regional heads in 2017 in Aceh Jaya district. Data required in this study was obtained through literature and field research. The research literature is done by reading textbooks, legislation, and other reading materials related to this research. While the field research conducted by interviewing informants. The results showed that social media "Facebook" very effective way of delivering a variety of things including the introduction of a track record as well as the vision and mission of the future leaders of Aceh Jaya fore. Campaigns that use social networking "Facebook" more influential than campaigns that are only focused on the delivery of any information or content (in the sense of simply using billboard and his card only). In the use of social media "Facebook" there are various impacts. There are two impacts: the effect of positive and negative impacts. The positive impact of the using social media "Facebook" in the election of Aceh Jaya, namely (1) the establishment of kinship fellow Team (timses) of each candidate, (2) can foster public participation in politics (3) provides information on the dynamics of the election in Aceh Jaya (4) to introduce the candidates (5) to introduce the vision and mission of the candidates. The study aims at finding out the characteristic of the millennial tourists who visit Labuan Bajo and identifying the influence of the social media influencers’ credibility on their decision to visit Labuan Bajo. In selecting the sample, the study used the purposive sampling method in which some online questionnaires were given to 100 respondents via Google Form feature. The techniques of analyzing the data applied in the study were descriptive qualitative and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25.0 for Windows application. The result of the study shows that, partially and simultaneously, there is a positive impact of the social media influencers’ credibility on the millennial tourists’ decision to visit Labuan Bajo. The results showed that partially, the influencers' credibility positively and significantly affected the millennial tourists’ decision to visit Labuan Bajo. The sig. value of each are as follows: Attractiveness (X1) of 0.043 < 0.05; The Trustworthiness (X2) of 0.047 < 0.05 and the Expertise (X3) of 0.000 < 0.05. While simultaneously, there is a positively and significantly affected the social media Influencers’ credibility on the Millennial tourists’s decision to visit Labuan Bajo, with a sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the waqf motivation in carrying out waqf in Bogor City. Primary data and questionnaire techniques were used by distributing to 103 waqif respondents. Factors were grouped into 2 categories, internal and external. Internal factors were religiosity, waqf literacy, trustworthiness in waqf institutions, income & wealth. Meanwhile, external factors included performance efficiency, tax incentives, the role of government, and the role of scholars. The method used was path analysis for internal factors and multiple linear regression analysis for external factors using SPSS 21. The results showed that waqf literacy and trustworthiness affected religiosity and also to waqf motivation while income & wealth had no effect. The role of government and the role of scholars had a significant positive impact on waqf motivation, but the performance efficiency of the institution and tax incentive had no significant effect. الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دوافع الوقف في تنفيذ الوقف في مدينة بوجور. تم استخدام تقنيات البيانات الأولية والاستبيان من خلال توزيع ما يصل إلى 103 من مستجيبي الواقف. تم تجميع العوامل في فئتين، داخلية وخارجية. العوامل الداخلية هي التدين، ومحو الأمية الوقفية ، والجدارة بالثقة في مؤسسات الوقف، والدخل والثروة. وفي نفس الوقت، تشمل العوامل الخارجية كفاءة الأداء، والحوافز الضريبية، ودور الحكومة، ودور العلماء. كانت الطريقة المستخدمة هي تحليل المسار للعوامل الداخلية وتحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد للعوامل الخارجية باستخدام SPSS 21.  وأظهرت النتائج أن محو الأمية الوقفية والجدارة بالثقة أثرت على التدين وأيضًا على دافع الوقف في حين أن الدخل والثروة لم يكن لهما تأثير. كان لعامل دور الحكومة ودور العلماء تأثير إيجابي كبير على دافع الوقف، ولكن عامل كفاءة أداء المؤسسة والحوافز الضريبية ليس لهما تأثير كبير. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi motivasi wakif dalam menunaikan wakaf di Kota Bogor. Data primer dan teknik kuesioner digunakan dengan disebarkan kepada 103 responden wakif.  Faktor dikelompokkan menjadi 2 kategori, internal dan eksternal. Faktor Internal yaitu religiositas, literasi wakaf, Kepercayaan terhadap lembaga wakaf, pendapatan & kekayaan. Sedangkan, Faktor eksternal diantaranya efisiensi kinerja, insentif pajak, peran pemerintah, dan peran ulama. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path) untuk faktor internal dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk faktor eksternal menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi wakaf dan kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap religiositas dan juga ke motivasi wakaf sedang pendapatan dan kekayaan tidak berpengaruh. Faktor peran pemerintah dan peran ulama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi wakaf, akan tetapi efisiensi kinerja lembaga dan faktor insentif pajak tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence on the development of Padas Stone Crafts, the influence of creativity on the development of Padas Stone Crafts and the influence of the use of social media on the development of the Padas Stone Craft Business. This research was conducted on a number of Padas Stone Carving Art Crafts in the Banjar Silakarang, Sukawati, Gianyar Bali. Data collection was conducted with a questionnaire to 36 respondents. The collected data was analyzed by multiple linear regression, analysis of determination and significance test with t test. The results showed that 1) The amount of the t-count for the entrepreneurial competency variable was 4.702> t table 1.697 with a significance level of 0.000. This means that partially entrepreneurial competence has a real influence on the development of the Craft Business. 2) The amount of the tcount for the creativity variable is 2.962> ttable 1.697 with a significance level of 0.006. This means that partially creativity has a real influence on the development of the Craft Business. 3) The amount of the tcount for the variable social media use is 2.116> t table 1.697 with a significance level of 0.042. This means that partially the use of social media has a real influence on the development of the Craft Business.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of social media utilization, motivation and knowledge of student interest in entrepreneurship at the Economic University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo either partially or simultaneously. Research conducted a quantitative study. The population in this study Economy class students in 2009-2010 to 650 with a total sample of 247 students. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the partial use of social media and motivation significant effect on student interest in entrepreneurship at the Economic University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, while knowledge has no influence on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Simultaneous use of social media, motivation and knowledge significantly influence student interest in entrepreneurship at the Economic University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of lecturers in utilizing social media as a means of learning literacy for students of IAI Curup Study Program. Research methods, descriptive qualitative. Data obtained by interview, observation and documentation analysis. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study found four themes in the role of lecturers in utilizing social media as a means of literacy namely; first, instructing students to look for current phenomena that are being updated in various social media to be analyzed and related to the learning material being studied. Second, instructing students to see various forms of daily behavior expressed through stories and writings that are updated on various social media to be analyzed and linked to the learning material being studied. Third, instructing students to share learning materials and products on various social media that they have. Fourth, inviting students to be able to analyze the news that is spread in various social media that is used as a reference for learning by accessing other sources as a reinforcement or comparison of information on social media so as to avoid Hoax news. Conclusion, the role of lecturers in the use of social media is done by; lecturers as instructors, lecturers as role models, as disseminators of knowledge and as servants of education. In the current era of information technology and social media development. This article describes the role of social media in the empowerment of women entrepreneurs. Through survey analysis, the researcher will explore the role social media plays for women in business in India. This research has studied the utility of social media for women entrepreneurs. This is done by using a grounded theory approach to data analysis. The findings show that social media has had an overall positive impact on the lives of women entrepreneurs.

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on performance through knowledge management. The sample in this study amounted to 259 lecturers at private universities in the city of Bandung. Two-level hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) is used to analyze hierarchical structure data in this study, namely at the lecturer level as an individual and at the study program as a group level. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on knowledge management, knowledge management had a significant positive impact on performance, and organizational culture had a positive and significant impact on performance directly or indirectly.

The study was aimed to know information regarding the influence of parent socio-economic status and use of social media on student consumptive behaviour in State Junior High School 1 Sidoarjo. Research had been conducted on October 19th, 2019 at the nine grade class in State Junior High School 1 Sidoarjo. Respondents were asked to fill out a questionnaire which contains the socioeconomic status of parents, the use of social media and its influence on the consumption behavior of students. Based on the existing problems, this study was undertaken using quantitative research methods, because the data used based on the numbers then processed and analyzed using appropriate statistical models and using SPSS version 24. Researchers concluded the consideration described above, the initial phase for sampling using proportional random sampling technique. Total sample size in this study that as many as 40 students. Researcher used multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of socio-economic status of parents and the use of social media on consumptive behavior of students in the state junior high school 1 in Sidoarjo. The result of multiple linear regression analysis is β coefficient value on the socioeconomic status of parents at 0.930, indicating that any increase in the parent socio-economic status variable, then it will increase student consumptive behavior amounted to 0.930 and then β coefficient value on the use of social media at 0,438, indicating that any increase in the use of social media variable, then it will increase student consumptive behavior amounted to 0,438. In this partial effect, Parent Socio-Economic Status variable has a value of tcount 2.927 > ttable 2,021 and significance 0.006 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means partial socio-economic status of parents variable significantly influence consumer behaviour variables SMPN 1 Sidoarjo. The Uses of Social Media variable has a value of tcount 2,083 > ttable 2,021 and significance 0.044 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means in partial use of social media significantly influence student consumptive behaviour variables.

The role of the principal and organizational culture has a strong influence on school excellence. Principals who are professional and good organizational culture will have a positive impact and fairly basic changes in reforming the education system in schools. This study aims to determine the effect of the role of school principals on school excellence and organizational culture on school excellence in SD Muhammadiyah throughout Bandar City. Lampung. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of the principal's role and organizational culture on school excellence was 59.4% while the remaining 40.6% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the role of the principal and organizational culture on school excellence, the higher the school excellence.
