This study aims to find out the influence of some items in Tokopedia's product pages (product popularity, customer reviews, store reputation, and gold badges) toward sales. We were using quantitative as the research design, descriptive research analysis and correlation category. We collect data and tested it using the multiple regression analysis method with SPSS version 21. The results show that product review is the most important variable than other variables such as popularity, reputation, and gold merchants. Keywords : C2C, Marketplace, Online, Sales, Tokopedia

AbstractInternet addiction has become a worrying phenomenon for Indonesian teenagers. This research was conducted to determine whether the psychological factors will influence internet addiction in adolescents. This research uses quantitative with multiple regression analysis method. The winning sample is 200 adolescents. The instrument collects data using a scale internet addiction scale that compiled by Griffiths (2005) and developed by Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) developed by Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) developed by Riggio (1986), and A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale compiled by De Jong Gierveld (2006).  The results showed that there were significant differences in the parenting style, social skills, and loneliness on the tendency of internet addiction in adolescents.AbstrakAdiksi Internet menjadi salah satu fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan untuk remaja Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor psikologis apakah yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 remaja dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur sebagai berikut, alat ukur adiksi internet yang dikembangkan oleh Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) yang dikembangkan oleh Riggio (1986), dan A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale yang disusun oleh De Jong Gierveld (2006). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ditemukan pengaruh signifikan gaya pengasuhan, keterampilan sosial, dan kesepian terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. This research purpose how the influence of their own capital and loan capital of net income cooperative in Sukabumi City. This research is quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sampling is based on certain criteria. From the established criteria, obtained 11 (eleven) sample cooperative in sukabumi city with the observation period of 2 (two) years for each sample cooperative. The research analysis tools using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F and partial test using t-test with a probability level of 5 percent (0,05). F-test result explain that the own capital and loan capital Simultaneous have a positive and significant effect on net income cooperative. t-test results showed that the own capital have a positive and significant effect on net income. While loan capital is not have significant impact on net income cooperative in Sukabumi City.Key words : Equity, Loan Capital, Net Profit Margin

In this research, we investigate impact of Inflation Rate, Interes Rate and Earning per Share as independent variable to the PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk. stock price. We use causality research with multiple regression analysis method to answer the hypothesis. As conclusion that find, all independent variabel have impact significantly to the stock price in 0.78%. In partial, inflation has no impact to the stock price. In other way, interest rate have significantly influence to the stock price. But the influence is negative. EPS fositive have influence significantly to stock price.

SynopsisParental representation was assessed with the Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI) in 12 monozygotic (MZ) and 19 dizygotic (DZ) same-sexed twin pairs discordant for DSM-III-R schizophrenia. The schizophrenic twins reported less care and more overprotection from both parents than the non-schizophrenic co-twins. Multiple regression analysis disclosed that the results were independent of sex and age. Furthermore, the analysis demonstrated that whether the twins were monozygotic or dizygotic had no impact on the results. A stepwise discriminant analysis showed that difference in perceived paternal protection was the most important variable distinguishing between schizophrenic probands and their non-schizophrenic co-twins.

This study aims to examine and analyse the effect of ease of shopping, online customer reviews and perceptions of maslahah on online shopping decisions among UINSI and UMKT Samarinda students. The type of research used is field research. The sample in this study was 198 people who had shopped online. The method of collecting data is a questionnaire is distributed online using Google form. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that of the three variables of ease of shopping, online customer review and perception of maslahah simultaneously affect online shopping decisions. From the calculation of SPSS 23. For the Ftest, it is known that Fcount = 187.146 > Ftable 2.65 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.5. Partially, it is known that the ease of shopping, online customer reviews and the perception of maslahah have a significant effect of online shopping decisions. In addition to the Ftest and t-test, the R2 test is known to have an R square value of 0.743 which means the magnitude of the independent variable 74.3%.

In the recent years, the influence of celebrity in promoting a brand is promising. Without a doubt, celebrity endorsement will boost business brand awareness with an endorsement. This research objective is to analyse the effect of celebrity endorsement and brand image toward the customer buying decision. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for both the brand and celebrities regarding to endorsing. The population was the consumer of Maybelline in Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used in this research with 216 respondent. Multiple regression analysis method was used in this research. This research implies that celebrity endorsement and brand image affected the customer buying decision and the result is that Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image of Maybelline have a positive significant influence on the buying decision.

This study aimed to determine and analyzing the effect of the enterpreneurial competencies, farmers institutional and government support on productivity of cocoa farmers in Polewali Mandar, West of Sulawesi. The benefits of this research are (1) as a information for the various parties, especially in Polewali Mandar district to take wisdom strategic to the empowerment of cocoa farmers to their territory with effort to improve the entrepreneurial competences , farmer institutional, and government to improve productivity of cocoa. (2) Contributed to the next study that interested in discussing problems about productivity of cocoa, (3) as point of reference to increased productivity cocoa farmers in West of Sulawesi, especially in the district of Polewali Mandar. This study is descriptive research, data collecting used interview and questionnaires. The population of this study is the cocoa farmers in Polewali Mandar as much as 35.000 and take the sample of in purposive and random sampling with the number of samples 100 respondent. Data was analiyzed using multiple regression analysis processed by SPSS software version 20 for windows. The results of research suggests that enterprenurial competence, farmers institutional and government support positive and significant affected to productivity of cocoa, either simultaneous and parsial. Enterpreneurial competence variable was the most dominant affected on farmers cocoa productivity in Polewali Mandar. This matter because the competency of farmers is the main ability owned by farmers in managing the land and doing the treatment of cocoa. The ability of farmer about how to manage the land, how to fertilizer, how to using insecticide in right and good well managed cocoa management coupled with innovation and creativity will increase the productivity of cocoa.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the leadership, and organizational culture on the employee performance. This is an associative explanatory research with multiple regression analysis method used. Total numbers of samples of this research is 40 people, which their data collection are taken using questionnaires. Research shows that simultaneously leadership, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. While partially, only organizational culture is affecting positively and significantly to the employee performance.
