The purpose of this study is to determine the potential and contribution of restaurant tax in Kuta district as a source of PAD in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in 73 restaurants, 11 restaurants and 4 bars in Kuta District with the method of determining the probability sampling method, namely simple random sampling. Data collection is done by non-participant observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the potential for restaurant tax in Kuta District is in a very stable (optimistic) condition of 77,787,570,060 rupiahs. In a stable (moderate) economic condition the target was set at 29,429,630,673 rupiahs and in an economic condition that was less stable (pessimistic) at 25,929,190,020 rupiahs. The contribution of restaurant taxes in Kuta district from the number of samples that researchers used in this study amounted to 0.55 percent of the revenue of Badung Regency PAD. The purpose of this  study was to determine how much the potential and effectiveness of restaurant tax collection in the District of South Kuta. This research has been conducted in various  restaurants  located in South Kuta. The number of samples is 94 restaurants, 14 restaurants, and 4 bars, with probability sampling methods, especially Simple Random Sampling. Data collection is done through surveys, non-participant observation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique  used is quantitative descriptive. The analysis shows that the restaurant tax potential in South Kuta District in 2019 is quite large when compared to the realization and target of restaurant tax. The effectiveness of restaurant tax collection in South Kuta District in 2018 which resulted in 108 percent with very effective criteria. Keywords: Potency; Effectiveness; Realization of Revenue.

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the potential, effectiveness of collection, and hotel tax contributions in the District of South Kuta as a source of PAD in Badung Regency. This research was conducted at 54 star hotels, 50 jasmine hotels, and 88 tourist lodges in South Kuta District with the method of determining the sample of simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through non-participant observation and surveys. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the study found the magnitude of the hotel tax potential in the District of South Kuta, amounting to 1,857,185,535,800 rupiah. The effectiveness of tax collection is 66 percent and classified as less effective. The contribution of hotel taxes in Kuta Selatan District is 10 percent of Badung Regency's PAD revenue. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of price, Brand Image and Quality Product. The population to consumers who come to Yamaha dealers in the area of South Jakarta City, the sample size was taken as many as 75 respondents, with probability sampling method, especially Random Sampling. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionaires. The analysis technique used is the method of PLS (Partial Last Square) analysis. ABSTRACT This research aimed to analyze and discuss the effect of brand image and hedonistic life style toward the buying decision of “Zoya” veil study on hijabers community in Surabaya. Population targeted in this research was hijabers community in Surabaya who bought at least “zoya” veil more than a time in a week that minimum 19 years old. Samples were 212 respondents by sampling technique, while the sampling method used Probability Sampling. The sampling conducted by Simple Random Sampling, this is technique of sample selection from the population conducted randomly with no regard to strata in that population. Data collection techniques were using questionnaire, literary studies, interviews and data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression.The result shows that brands image and hedonistic lifestyle affected on the buying decision.   ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan utuk menganalisis dan membahas pengaruh citra merek dan gaya hidup hedonis terhadap keputusan pembelian jilbab “Zoya” studi pada komunitas hijabers di Surabaya. Target populasi dalam penelitian ini komunitas hijabers di Surabaya minimal membeli jilbab “Zoya” lebih dari satu kali dalam seminggu yang berusia minimal 19 tahun. Sampel berjumlah 212 responden dengan teknik pemgambilan sampel Sedangkan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan probability sampling Adapaun penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Tekhnik pengumpulan data angket, studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Citra merek dan gaya hidup hedonis berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Hotel tax is one of the regional taxes as a contributor to the Regional Original Income (PAD) which has the potential to increase in Badng Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the hotel tax potential and its contribution in the North Kuta District of the PAD in Badung Regency. The hotel taxpayer population is 405 units. The sample is determined by the non probability sampling method with the saturated sample technique. Data collection through documentation studies and interviews. The analysis technique used is the calculation of hotel tax potential and calculation of hotel tax contributions to PAD. Based on the results of the analysis, there are potential hotel taxes that can still be explored. The contribution of the realization of hotel taxes in the North Kuta District to the Badung Regency PAD was 6.13 percent and 8.35 percent of the Badung Regency Regional tax in 2018. <em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

The sampling method used was saturated sampling with a total sample of 14 companies. Data collection is done through non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is path analysis carried out using SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on stock returns, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability, influential capital structure negative and significant effect on stock returns, profitability has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, profitability is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on stock returns, and profitability is not able to mediate the effect of capital structure on stock returns. The aims of study to identify and analyze the role of human resources (individual characteristics, quality, and employee competence) on the company's performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. This research using a quantitative approach with survey on the type of research. The sample was determined by simple random sampling method, 51 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results shows that simultaneously, the variable of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence have a positive and significantly effect to the performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. The determination coefficient value of 0.616 indicates that the influence of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence on the change of company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional is 61.6%. Partially, there are positive and significantly influence of employee quality and employee competence to company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. While the variable of employee characteristic have a non significantly effect to company performance Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional.

The Role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to find out how the role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. Research has been conducted in the of BP3K Karang Agung Tengah Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency June-August, 2016. The method used in this study is a survey method, sampling method used in this study is simple random sampling, data collection methods used in this research were interviews and observations of agricultural extension field and farmers instance guided by questions (quisoner ) which has been prepared. The results showed that the role of Agricultural Extension Workers in the BP3K Karang Agung Tengah is a consultant, facilitator, and educator resources to assist rice farmers groups in the of Lalan District Musi Banyuasin Regency.
