The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence related to the influence of Independence, Motivation, Professional Skills, Level of Education, and Work Experience on Internal Supervisor Performance. This research was conducted in 74 LPD in Klungkung Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Independence, Motivation, Professional Skills, Level of Education, and Work Experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of internal supervisors. This shows the higher independence, motivation, professional expertise, education level, and work experience of a supervisor, the supervisor's performance will be better. For the LPD the results of this study can provide additional information related to factors that influence the performance of internal supervisors, so it is expected to be useful in improving the performance of LPD supervisors in Klungkung Regency. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of independence, professional expertise, work motivation, work experience and level of education on the performance of cooperative supervisors in Klungkung District. This research was carried out in all cooperatives in Klungkung District. The population is 126 supervisors. The number of samples taken was 66 supervisors with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that independence, professional expertise, work motivation, work experience and education level simultaneously had a positive effect on supervisor performance. Partially that independence, professional expertise, work motivation, work experience and level of education also influence the performance of supervisors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence, professional expertise, and work experience on the performance of Koperasi Serba Usaha. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that independence, professional expertise, work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Multipurpose Cooperative supervisors in East Denpasar Sub-District. Adjusted R2 is 0.831. This shows that 83.1% of the variation in supervisor performance can be explained by the variables of independence, professional expertise, and work experience, while the remaining 16.9% is explained by other variables outside the model. This study aims to examine (1) the effect of capital on the income of sweet corn farmers in Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency (2) Effect of farming experience on the income of sweet corn farmers in Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency (3) Effect of education level on income of sweet corn farmers in Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency. (4) Effect of capital, farming experience and education level on the income of sweet corn farmers in Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The population of this study is sweet corn farmers in Tanjung Raya sub-district, Agam district. The sample was determined based on the total sampling method, as many as 50 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with t test and F test. he results showed that (1) Capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of sweet corn farmers in Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency (sig 0,000 <α = 0.05) with a magnitude of 19,164% (2) Farming experience has a positive and not significant effect on income Sweet corn farmers in Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency (sig 0.360> α = 0.05) with a large influence of 0.923% (3) The level of education has a positive and insignificant effect on the income of sweet corn farmers in Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency (sig 0.2333 > α = 0.05) with a magnitude of effect of 1.207%. Capital, farming experience and education level, together have a significant effect on the income of sweet corn farmers in Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency (sig 0,000 at the level of α = 0.05) with the results of the analysis obtained Fcount 159.98> Ftable 2,807. Based on the results of the study, it is advisable for sweet corn farmers to increase the amount of capital and increase knowledge related to maize cultivation, so that the sweet corn farming business gets great results. Keywords : Income, Capital, farming experience, and level of education.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professional expertise, independence, level of education and work experience on the performance of BPR Lestari Bali's cash supervisors. The sample collection technique used is the purposive sampling method. The determined number of samples was 31 Cash Supervisors at PT BPR Lestari Bali. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that professional expertise, independence, level of education and work experience had a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPR cash supervisors. This indicates that the higher the professional expertise of the cash supervisor, the higher the independence attitude of the cash supervisor, the higher the level of education and the higher work experience a cash supervisor has, the more the performance of the BPR's cash supervisor in BPR Lestari Bali. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of religiosity, trust in the apparatus, education level and tax knowledge on Non-Employee Individual Taxpayer compliance. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama, South Malang. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling method using accidental sampling method. Data collection is done through questionnaires. The   data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that religiosity, trust in the apparatus, education level and tax knowledge have a positive effect on tax compliance. The role of supervisors as cooperative internal auditors is very important. Supervisors are tasked with supervising the operations of the cooperative and helping to achieve the goals set by the cooperative. This study aims to determine the effect of independence, competence, training, work experience, and education level on the performance of cooperative supervisors in Buleleng District. The number of samples in this study were 79 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Research shows that all variables have a positive influence on supervisor performance. This study confirms the attribution theory. This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. <p>This study aims to 1) Describe the characteristics of the merchants of the market in the setono betek kediri which includes age, education level, family burden and work experience dependent on the access of capital to develop their business, 2) to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the merchant of the market in the setono betek kediri towards their capital access to develop their business .The population in this study were vegetables and food street vendors, amounting to 120 traders. The number of samples used was 55 respondents with sampling technique using Slovin formula. The analysis used is Chi Square is to see the relationship between traders characteristics with access to their capital in developing their business. The results showed that the age of traders has a relationship to access capital, this is evidenced by the value of perason chi square 0.000 &lt;0.05. The level of education of traders is also associated with capital kases with pearson chi square value 0.001 &lt;0.05. The number of dependents of family burden is related to access to capital with pearson chi square value 0.001 &lt;0.05. The work experience of traders is related to their capital access in developing the business with pearson chi square value 0.005 &lt;0.05.</p><p><br />Key words : Age, education level, family burden, work experience, street vendors</p>

Tax evasion is a tax deductible scheme that is owed by violating the provisions of taxation (illegal). Tax evasion is usually done by the company by making false invoices, not recording some sales, or preparing fake financial statements, but the practice of tax evasion like this is often caught, thus the mode of tax evasion is now changing. Perception is the response of something or is the process of knowing some things through the senses. This research is interested to prove the perception of the students of economics faculty regarding the tax evasion, where these students have received taxation class and practice. This study uses questionnaires to obtain students perception data, and use purposive sampling in obtaining sample research. Data analysis technique used is multiple-linear regression. The result of research shows that only discrimination variables affect the tax evasion based on the perception of the students of economics faculty, while the variables of justice, taxation system and understanding of taxation do not affect tax evasion based on the perception of the students of Economics Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.
