This study aims to determine the effect of routine and capital expenditure allocations on the human development index in the regency/municipality of Papua province. This study covers 29 districts/cities in the province of Papua using an associative quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that routine expenditures have a positive and significant effect on the human development index, while capital expenditures have a negative and non-significant effect on the human development index. The failure of capital expenditures to affect the human development index occurred, in addition to the low amount of capital expenditure allocated in an effort to improve people's welfare, also due to the allocation of capital expenditures that had not been carried out on target. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of local revenue on the increase in the human development index in West Papua province and to empirically determine the effect of capital expenditure on the increase in the human development index in West Papua province. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the Original Regional Income has a positive and significant effect on the increase in the District / City Human Development Index in West Papua Province. This shows that an increase in Regional Original Income (PAD) will tend to increase the Human Development Index. Capital expenditure has a positive and significant effect on increasing the District / City Human Development Index in West Papua Province. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of operating expenditure and capital expenditure allocation on the human development index. This research was conducted in 9 regencies / cities in the province of Bali. The population in this study is the entire Report on Realization of Regional Revenues and Expenditures and the Human Development Index of all Regency / City of the Province of Bali in 2013-2017. The method of determining the sample used is a saturated sample, with a total sample of 45 observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that operating expenditure has an effect on the human development index and capital expenditure has no effect on the human development index. The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

<p>This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.</p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital expenditure and economic growth simultaneously on the Human Development Index (HDI) in districts/cities in North Sumatra. This type of research is a descriptive-quantitative approach that suppresses its analysis of numerical data that is processed by the statistical method. Sources of data in this study were taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatra for the HDI data. The sample in this study is all districts/cities in North Sumatra for the period 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used in this study uses panel data regression with Eviews 7 because, in this study, there are characteristics of cross-section and time-series data simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that capital expenditure partially has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index in districts/cities in North Sumatra. Economic growth partially has a positive and significant effect on the HDI in districts/cities in North Sumatra, and capital expenditure and economic growth have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the Human Development Index in districts/cities in North Sumatra.

 ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. In this case numerous factors should be considered in improving performance of SMEs such as entrepreneurship and market orientations, so this study was conducted with aim to examine the crucial effect of entrepreneurship and market orientations on the business performance to MSMEs. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. The Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the data and information used by local governments to measure the achievement of human development. HDI is formed by three basic dimensions, namely a long and healthy life, knowledge, and a decent standard of living. This study explain whether there is an influence and to obtain the magnitude of the influence of the expected number of years of schooling, the average length of schooling, and the per capita expenditure together on the Human Development Index in Central Java Province. This study was completed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 1.6 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) software. The results of this study indicate that the expected length of schooling, average length of schooling, and per capita expenditure have a significant effect on the human development index, which is 97.8% and only 2.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract This study aims to determine and explain the effect of social media promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. To achieve this goal, research was conducted at Social Media Café Abdullah Lubis using 100 people as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: First, social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Third, service quality plays a greater role in increasing the sensitivity of consumer purchases when compared to social media promotion. Fourth, consumer characteristics are also important variables in increasing consumer decisions in buying products. Fifth, social media promotion and service quality are able to explain variations in purchasing decisions by 87.7 percent.

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.
