The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of empowerment, motivation and work environment on employee work productivity. This research was conducted at Legong Keraton Beach Hotel. The number of respondents studied was 41 employees, using saturated samples. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings in this study were that empowerment, motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Legong Keraton Beach Hotel is expected to pay more attention to employees, provide opportunities for employees to make decisions, provide support and motivation, provide salaries according to the workload of employees, maintain cleanliness of the environment and maintain good relationships within the company so that it will affect work productivity to achieve goals effectively and efficient.  This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to describe the work environment, communication, work facilities, and morale at the Ponorogo Regency Land Office, to determine and analyze the influence of work environment, communication and work facilities on employee morale of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. The population in this study were 93 employees of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. The number of samples used in this study were 93 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the variables of communication, work facilities and morale in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office are in good categories, only work environment variables are in the good enough category. Work environment, communication and work facilities have a significant effect on the morale of employees of the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Marketing Strategy, Empowerment and Training on the productivity of the marketing filter cloth craftsmen. The number of respondents studied was 78 people, using saturated samples. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings in this study are Marketing Strategy, Empowerment and Training have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the variable level of welfare, communication, and work environment had on the work morale of teachers and employees of SMK 1 ISLAM TARUNA KREMBUNG-SIDOARJO simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample of 34 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study based on the F test show that the level of welfare, communication, and work environment together influence the work morale of teachers and employees. While based on the t test, the variable level of welfare and work environment does not significantly influence work morale. While communication has a significant effect and has the largest t-count compared to the other variables.

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of communication, motivation, and physical work environment on employee work discipline. This research was conducted at the Warung Mina Peguyangan Denpasar Branch. The number of samples taken was 45 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis show that communication, motivation, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The Peguyangan Denpasar Branch Mina Warung is expected to pay more attention to fellow employees' communication, improve the health care of their employees, such as providing health insurance, and arranging rooms so that employees feel comfortable at work. Room arrangement will make it easier for employees to do work quickly, accurately, and accurately to help improve employee work discipline. The spirit of work is the attitude of individuals and groups towards the entire environment in accordance with the interests of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation on the employee morale of Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. This research was conducted at Villa Jerami & Spa Seminyak. The number of samples taken was 68 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation had a significant effect on morale. This means that the better transformational leadership, physical work environment, and compensation applied by the company, the higher the employee morale. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.
