Blind pedestrian perception and preference of comfort at pedestrian walkway at Panglima Besar Sudirman Street, Denpasar City. The main problem for the blind is limited public facilities in Indonesia. Denpasar is the capital province of Bali, so the need of physical infrastructure is very important. The aim of this research was to identify and evaluate the existing condition of the pedestrian path that is related to the comfort aspect, and to know the perception and preference of the blind pedestrian user to the comfort of the pedestrian path at Jalan P. B Sudirman Denpasar, and to recommend the accessibility model as supporting the needs and rights for those blind people. The research method were survey method with observation technique, questionnaires, and literature study. The inconsistency of pedestrian size and elevation between 15 – 35 cm of one of the causes of pedestrian walkway was considered unfit for use by the disadvantage people, thus the pedestrian lane space scenario at Jalan P. B Sudirman Denpasar is to make the pedestrian path as a mobilization path that is easily accessible to everyone and optimally in its utilization. The results of this study are expected to be a consideration for the parties concerned in the related development.

Perceptions of pedestrian convenience on the pedestrian path of Gajah Mada Street Denpasar. Gajah Mada Street as an economic and tourist area requires good and comfortable physical infrastructure to support easy accessibility and circulation of visitors to the area. One of the physical infrastructures is a pedestrian lanewhich functions as an access to support pedestrian activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the physical conditions of the pedestrian paths and to determine the perception of pedestrian comfort on the pedestrian path at Gajah Mada Street. The research method used in this research is a survey method byperforming primary data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and secondary data through literature study. Based on the research conducted, it is known that there are physical conditions and supporting facilities for the damaged pedestrian paths, in the form of materials and street furniture such as: seats, trash cans and roadside plants. Based on the assessment of perceptional respondents about the condition of pedestrian path has been considered comfortable and safe. The suggestion of this research is that it is necessary to improve the physical condition of the damaged pedestrians. The purpose of improving pedestrian facilities and infrastructure is to facilitate the pedestrians in order to be comfortable and safe in carrying outactivities on the pedestrian path.

Total war is involving all national components such as citizens, territories and national resources in order to defend territorial integrity, sovereignty, and national security from any threats. One of these threats is the act of terrorism which endangers the unity, sovereignty and security of the nation. Acts of terrorism are carried out to create a terror with ideological, political and religious motives and are carried out in vital objects of the state, the environment, and public facilities. One of the vital objects of a country that is prone to acts of terrorism is an airport, which is a place for various activities such as the movement of aircraft, people and goods. Moreover, an airport is a very important infrastructure in supporting the national defense. In this study, the researcher took Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Makassar, as the research site considering that several large cases of terrorism and radicalism have occurred in the South Sulawesi region. The objective of this study is to analyze the total war strategy carried out in the Sultan Hasanuddin Airport area as an effort to prevent acts of terrorism at the airport as a vital national object. The research method used is qualitative. The data have been collected from interviews, observations and literature study. The results of this research are in preventing terrorism, a total war strategy that is implemented has three components, including the ‘ends,’ which could prevent the acts of terrorism in Sultan Hasanuddin Airport and strengthen the national defense. The ‘means’ which is manifested in all national components, both government and private agencies, military, police and civil society, as well as facilities and infrastructure. The ‘ways’ which is the intelligence operations, strengthening cooperation between the military and civilians, strengthening synergy between ministries / agencies, training, counseling, completing security tools to prevent acts of terrorism.

Food crops have long been used by the people of Goa Boma Village Monterado District Bengkayang Regency because of their simple processing and considerable availability in the forest. Based on the conditions of limitied infrastructure, accessibility and markets, it is interesting to conduct research on the Utilization of Foodstuffs at Goa Boma Village Monterado District Bengkayang Regency. The purpose of this study was to obtain data of the species and utilization pattern of plant utilization for foodstaff at Goa Boma Village. The research method is a survey method and data collection technique with interviews. Determination respondents by purposive sampling and addition also conducted abservations and literature study. Based on the results of interviews that have been conducted obtained as many as 94 spices of Goa Boma Village Monterado District Bengkayang Regency as food. Utilization patterns used as fruits were (37,23%), vegetables (27,23%), seasonings (13,82%), drinks (5,31%), carbohydrates (4,25%) and cereals (6,38%).Keywords : Food Crops, Goa Boma Village, Utilization

The use of plants in the jogging track and playground area at Puspem Badung is currently disrupting visitor activities because their growth has damaged pavements and facilities. Therefore, the implementation of garden maintenance is very important to be able to maintain the comfort of the visitors and the beauty of the garden. This study aims to evaluate the maintenance of the garden in the jogging track and playground area at Puspem Badung. The research method used is a survey method. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method is done by using observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. Based on the research results, the implementation of maintenance is carried out independently by implementing an unit and special maintenance system. In the implementation of watering, pruning, silting and weeding activities, the performance of the workers exceeds the ideal working capacity standard except for sweeping and fertilizing activities. The perception of visitors to the physical condition of the garden is considered good, seen from the indicators of assessment including garden's cleanliness, pedestrian's cleanliness, cleanliness of benches, cleanliness of planter boxes, garden safety and the beauty of the garden. Suggestions in this research are that it is necessary to have a written standard operational procedures for garden maintenance and to propose tree pruning activities at least once every three months.

<p class="AbstractText"><em>People with disabilities</em><em> </em><em>in their lives still experience various</em><em> </em><em>obstacles that come from their environment. The lack of opportunities given to them leads to</em><em> </em><em>limited access in meeting their needs,both as individuals and as part of citizens. As a result, the participation of people with disabilities in the community becomes low so</em><em> </em><em>that it is only considered as a burden and as an object of compensation (charity) so that in the end the creation of social   exclusion in society. Since the state ratified the Convention on The Rights of Person with Disabilities and contained it into Law No. 19 of</em><em> </em><em>2011</em><em> </em><em>it is expected that social awareness about people with disabilities begins to   grow. One of the areas that</em><em> </em><em>also adopted is Jakarta Province through Regulation No. 10 of 2011 on The Protection of Persons with Disabilities.     The number of people with disabilities in Jakarta in 2019 as many as 14,459 people. The high level of mobilization in Jakarta should also be balanced with the fulfillment of accessibility of public facilities for</em><em> </em><em>all its citizens without exception.</em><em> </em><em>The availability of physical infrastructure that is friendly for people with disabilities can improve their capabilities.</em><em> This research aims to see how to fulfill the accessibility of public facilities for people with    disabilities in Jakarta through Regulation No.</em><em> </em><em>10 </em><em>of 2011. Minimnya kesempatan yang diberikan kepada mereka menyebabkan mengalami keterbatasan akses dalam pemenuhan kebutuhannya, baik yang menyangkut sebagai individu maupun sebagai bagian dari warga negara. Akibatnya, partisipasi penyandang disabilitas di tengah masyarakat menjadi rendah sehingga hanya dianggap sebagai beban dan sebagai obyek santunan (<em>charity</em>) sehingga pada akhirnya terciptanya eksklusi sosial dimasyarakat. Sejak negara turut meratifikasi CRPD (<em>Convention on The Rights of Person with Disabilities</em>) dan memuatnya ke dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2011 diharapkan <em>social awareness </em>tentang penyandang disabilitas mulai tumbuh. Salah satu daerah yang turut mengadopsi adalah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Perda Nomor 10 Tahun 2011 tentang Perlindungan Penyandang Disabilitas.  Jumlah penyandang disabilitas di DKI Jakarta tahun 2019 sebanyak 14.459 jiwa. Tingginya tingkat mobilisasi di DKI Jakarta sepatutnya turut diimbangi dengan pemenuhan aksesibilitas fasilitas publik bagi semua warganya tanpa terkecuali.  Ketersediaan infrastruktur fisik yang ramah bagi penyandang disabilitas dapat meningkatkan kapabilitasnya. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pemenuhan aksesibilitas fasilitas publik bagi penyandang disabilitas di DKI Jakarta melalui Perda Nomor 10 Tahun 2011. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori pelayanan publik inklusif, dan teori aksesibilitas.  Sedangkan pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara <em>indepth</em> dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi perda terkait fasilitas publik bagi penyandang disabilitas masih belum optimal. <p>This study aims to determine the content of elements of mathematics in the culture of Java society, especially Central Java. The research method used is explorative survey method with the qualitative approach. Data collection was done by triangulation ie interview, observation, and literature study. The conclusion obtained is that there are two elements of mathematics in the determination of good days of traditional ceremony “mantu” or wedding such as elements of fact mathematics and the element of time.</p>

Identify on model of kindergarten playground in Samarinda City based on curriculum 2013 aboutenvironmental education. This research is motivated by the absence of data from the identification ofchildren's kindergarten play area in three kindergarten located in Samarinda City, namely TK Kartika V-11,TK Tunas Mulia and TK Islam Bunga Bangsa. This study aims to provide data on park quality and activities ofhardscape and softscape implementation at Kindergarten locations. This study uses supporting data from the2013 early childhood curriculum on the natural environment. The research method used survey method withdata collection technique through observation, literature study, interview and questionnaire to respondent.The results of the analysis showed the identification data of children playground model so that it can then becompared with the conformity with the standard quality of McDowell and McDowell Criteria (1998) andStigsdotter and Grahn (2002) with the modification format with Key Perfomance Index (KPI) according to Arifin, et al (2008). The assessment stage in the park was done on park elements, implementation and useractivities by confirming the respondent and verifying park users against the location. The stages of thisresearch were to produce recommendation of identification result from three kindergarten locations asdescriptive recommendation and to produce better perception of application on children play room modelaccording to the 2013 early childhood curriculum about knowledge in introducing natural environment.

ABSTRAK. Dengan semakin tingginya harga lahan di perkotaan serta tingkat pendapatan penduduk yang berbeda-beda maka membangun rumah dengan cara magersari menjadi sebuah pilihan. Rumah magersari menggunakan lahan secara bersama oleh keluarga ataupun orang lain dimana lahan terbagi menjadi beberapa petak untuk dibangun beberapa rumah tinggal. Rumah magersari juga memiliki fasilitas umum yang digunakan secara komunal berupa MCK (mandi, cuci, kakus), infrastruktur dan akses jalan. Kondisi ini menjadi lebih efektif jika dibandingkan dengan membeli lahan baru dengan harga yang sangat tinggi. Pengembangan atau perubahan desain rumah mungkin saja terjadi sehingga perlu digali sejauhmana pengembangan desain rumah tinggal yang dibangun pada lahan magersari dengan mempertimbangkan keberadaan fasilitas komunal. Pencarian data menggunakan metode survei dan pembahasan dilakukan dengan studi pustaka yaitu: (1) sumber-sumber dari dokumen tekstual; (2) sumber-sumber dari dokumen gambar; dan (3) sumber-sumber dari dokumen artefaknya. Pada akhir pembahasan, menghasilkan simpulan yang menjelaskan bahwa tata ruang desain rumah magersari mampu mengintegrasikan zona ruang-ruang privat (rumah inti) dan zona ruang publik (fasilitas komunal).Kata kunci: rumah, magersari, pengembangan rumahABSTRAK. Recently, to build a house by using "magersari" method has became an appropriate choice because of the economic condition of the community and refer to the high price of the land. Magersari house is a method by using the land together within family or other people. The method is by dividing the land into some blocks of land which will contain a small house for each block. This magersari house will provide public facilities which will be used communally such as MCK (Mandi, Cuci, Kakus), infrastructure and access for pedestrians and vehicles. This condition become effectively if compare by buying new land with high price. The development and transformation of the house design could be happened, thus it will be a necessary to explore how extend to which the development will continue within magersari house by considering the existence of communal facilities. Collecting data will be conducted by survey method and the analysis will be completed by exploring literature study: (1) textual document sources; (2) figure document sources; (3) artefact document sources. For final discussion, it will be concluded by explaining about how extend to which the layout of the magersari house design could integrate all private space zones (main space) and public space zones (communal facilities) within magersari house.Keywords: house, magersari, house development

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.
