This study aims to determine the implications of TNT repositioning on National Resilience. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The data is sourced from books, journals, articles, or newspaper news. The results of the study indicate that the implications of military repositioning on national security can be seen from the growth of other components of national resilience, especially civil society in the form of civil society. However, figures from the military still have political influence and are accepted by civil society. In conclusion, the repositioning of the TNI has implications for the growth of new forces such as political parties, community organizations, and NGOs that can support national security. However, these forces are not strong enough because of the democratization process in Indonesia. Indonesia itself is not mature enough.

The responsible institution is the TNI; (3) the basis of national defense is the Indonesian National Army which is developed as a defense asset that is professionally trained and equipped with modern technology; and (4) the policy of renting combat equipment to strengthen the military presence in Natuna is a step that must be seriously considered. There are many advantages to renting rather than buying: renters don't pay for repairs, renters get nice stuff too expensive for owners, renters don't tie up their money, renters have more bargaining power at work, renters have more flexibility in recessions, and renting can be good for the economy and the climate.

The main objective of the article is to substantiate a systematic approach to the introduction of all types of innovations in the development of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the modern world it is especially important to ensure the national security of the country and the defense industry plays a crucial role in this. At the same time, one cannot but note the importance of the defense industry in the production of high-tech civilian products and dual-use products, which enhances the country's competitiveness in the world market. In addition, the relevance of the topic is due to the presence of rather serious problems in the Russian defense industry, which require immediate resolution. The article uses the methodology of structurally functional analysis, the institutional approach and the method of comparative assessments. The authors conclude that technological innovation alone will not be able to achieve strategic results for ensuring national security, only in conjunction with organizational, product, social and marketing innovations, the domestic defense industry is able to solve its tasks.
