The tourism sector contributes a lot to the economic development in Indonesia, it can be seen from the number of new job opening, increasing the income of the state and increasing the economy of the people around the tourist destination. However, in its development, tourism has also experienced many problems, such as the increasingly tight competition among Southeast Asian countries in controlling the world tourism market target to make its region as the world's main tourist destination in the region. A poorly-organized marketing strategy can be a major problem in market target. It happened at the outbound tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park located at Eka Karya Bali Botanical Garden, Bedugul, Tabanan Regency. Many tourists do not know the attraction of this outbound tour. This is due to lack of information for tourists about the tourist attraction, a less precise marketing strategy is suspected to be the main problem. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of Bali Treetop Adventure Park at Eka Karya Bali Botanical Garden, Bedugul, Tabanan Regency. Types of data that is used are qualitative data and quantitative data with approaches through observation, interviews, questionnaires distribution to tourists, literature study and documentation. The data analyzed in the research is the explanation of various explanations of data obtained directly from the managers of Bali Treetop Adventure Park and tourists during this research took place. The result of this research is Bali Treetop Adventure Park has several marketing strategies that is direct promotion (sales call, exhibition, brochure), promotion of mass media (magazine, baliho, Facebook, YouTube), indirect promotion (travel agent and local guide). The target of the market has been obtained but it is not maximized, this is caused by the market strategies which is not done properly. So it is necessary to improve its performance for human resources in the tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park is to achieve the desired number of tourists visit.   Keywords : outbond, tourist attractions, treetop

In  this  research  aims  to the  pattern  of  tourists’ visit on  tourists  attraction in  the  area of Sarbagita.  This  reseach was carried out to find out the movement of tourists in visiting one to other tourist destinations which existed in the area of Sarbagita. This research was through several stages, namely: identification of characteristic of tourists who were visiting Sarbagita area and how about the pattern type of their visit. Next it was studying how the path of tourists’ movement who were visiting tourist attractions existed in Sarbagita area. Data collection technique was using observation, interview,  distribution  of 100 questionnaires, literature study and documentation. Informant determination technique was  using  accidental  sampling. The  result  of  research  showed  that  tourists who were visiting various tourist destinations existed in Sarbagita area with the highest number of visits was in tourist attraction of Tanah Lot, Uluwatu, Kuta Beach, Sanur Beach, Bedugul, Ceking Rice Terrace and Pandawa Beach. The pattern of tourists’ visit who were visiting Sarbagita area had 4 types of visits, namely the first wasm “Single  Destination With  or Without  side  Trips” , the second was  “Transit  Leg  and Circle  Tour  at a  Destination” ,  the  third  was “Circle  Tour  With  or Without  Multiple  Access ,  Egress  Points ;  Different  Itinerary  Styles  Possible  at   Different  Destination  Areas”, and the fourth was “Hub and Spoke Style”. Every development activity always leads to better things. If development is not achieved, it will impact the society negatively. Through each of existing social changes, the existing community is expected to work together in carrying out any existing development activities, one of which is in the tourism sector, namely the construction of the Equator Park. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and the techniques used in data collection are observation and interviews. The purpose of this study is to see and find out the changes that have occurred in economic and socio-cultural fields that have existed in the community, especially in Jeruju Besar Village since the existence of the Equator Park tourist destination. The results indicated the occurrence of socio-cultural and economic changes leading to positive things for the people in Jeruju Besar village since the existence of the Equator Park tourist destination, and the community is required to be more creative and innovative in creating Equator Park tourist attractions and utilizing technology in introducing the tourist attractions.

In the current era of globalization, the tourism sector has become one of the largest and strongest industries in the world, as well as the largest contributor to public and state revenues. Tourism has become part of the lives of people starting from the existing community in the city to the community in the village. Maros Regency in South Sulawesi has a lot of tourist attractions but the community has not been fully able to identify the tourism potential that exists in the region. This study aims to promote the potential, important values and strategies for the management and development of the Leang-leang Prehistoric Park as a tourist destination. The research result shows that Leang-Leang Prehistoric Park has a cultural tourist attraction containing commercial values that attract many tourists, with the assurance that the expenditure, time and cost,is worth for the experience obtained during the visit

The purpose of this study is to know: a) how the development of tourism sector in the city of padang, b) what development programs undertaken by the cultural and tourism office of the city of padang, and c) obstacles faced by the culture and tourism office of the city of padang in developing tourism object . Technique of collecting data in this research is done by interview, observation also literature study. The analytical method used is 31 descriptive qualitative analysis that is digging information from the source about the development of tourism sector in Padang city. The results showed that a) Tourism sector in the city of Padang has experienced a good development. This is evident from the increase in the number of visitors who come to the tourist attraction of the city of Padang, especially Padang Beach attractions and Sweet water Beach has become a favorite tourist destination for local and foreign tourists. In addition, the municipal government of Padang together with the tourism office also continues to make development efforts by revitalizing the 5 selected tourist objects, namely padang beach, siti nurbaya, heritage, old town, and waterfront, b) development program undertaken by the culture and tourism office the city of Padang through various activities such as tourism destination development programs, partnership development, regional tourism product development, promotion of tourism in social media sharing and web, c) Constraints faced in the development of urban tourist attraction is limited budget funds, community mindset is still primitive and yet modern, the education of the tourism actors is still low and not well managed infrastructure in some tourist attractions such as beaches sweet water, sand jambak and others.

West Java is a province that has many mainstay tourist attractions in Indonesia. Sukabumi is a district in West Java that has one of the tourist attractions that has been inaugurated as a part of the UNESCO Global Geopark Network (UGGN) in 2018, this area opens the opportunity to become a leading destination in West Java and even nationally. The tourist attraction of the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark offers natural and cultural attractions that can be explored in geological diversity, biological diversity, and cultural diversity. The number of tourists visiting the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark Tourist Attraction has increased from 2012-2018, but in 2019 the number has decreased. This study aims to analyze the tourism marketing strategy carried out by the manager to increase the number of tourist visits to the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark. The method used is qualitative, data collection through literature study, interviews, and observation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. To analyze the marketing mix and strategy using a SWOT analysis, which aims to identify the strategies needed to increase tourism visits. The results showed that the marketing strategy can be done to increase the number of tourists through the SWOT approach. The SO strategy, namely the strategy of packaging attractive tourism products and services, the ST strategy through the strategy of instilling a brand image in the minds of visitors / Building a place identity (Positioning), the WO strategy, namely through the promotion strategy, the WT strategy, namely through the community empowerment strategy and building commitment and cooperation with a stakeholder.

This research was motivated by the diversity of natural and artificial resources in Cibodas Botanical Garden which has a visual quality of landscape beauty that becomes a tourist attraction. This study aims to determine the value of visual quality of tourist attractions in Cibodas Botanical Garden. The method used was a quantitative descriptive approach. Data obtained from observation and literature study and distributing questionnaires to respondents using a sample of 100 people using the Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) method. The assessment was carried out on thirteen tourist attractions of Cibodas Botanical Garden which consisted of Decorative Garden Galleries, Sakura Gardens, Cibogo Waterfall, Ciismun Waterfall, Lumut and Amorphophalus Gardens, Greenhouses, Paku-pakuan Collection, Guest House, Rhododendron Garden, Medicinal Plants Collection, Liana Garden, Large Pond and Semar Pocket House. The total visual assessed was 26 landscapes. Based on the assessment obtained, it shows the tourist attraction landscape that gets the highest visual quality (SBE) value, namely Landscape 12 with a value of 100.53, which is included in the classification of "high visual quality" from the landscape of the Cibodas Botanical Garden Large Pool. A total of 22 landscapes categorized as high visual quality and 4 landscapes categorized as moderate visual quality. No landscape categorized as low visual quality. Thus, the Cibodas Botanical Garden Landscape has great strength in supporting its function as a conservation tourism object in Indonesia but it still needs some landscape arrangement in some spots. Chaiman of the PHRI (Indonesia Hotel and Restaurant Association)said that the Bali Arts festival is not a appropriate to serve as a tourist attraction. Based on this research aims to know the perception of tourist on the implementation of the Bali Arts Festival as a tourist attraction. The method in this study using a type of qualitative and quantitative data sources, the primary data, secondary data. The data collection is done by means of literature study, interviews, questionnaries, observations. Sampling technique in this study using a quota sampling, determine the sample using the formula Slovinwith the number of domestic tourists 50 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the Bali Arts Festival can be used as a tourist attraction, because the event can attract tourists to visit.Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, the Bali Arts festival can be used as a tourist attraction for many tourists can find products by the people of Bali, both for the preservation of Balinese culture, and increase the economic income of local communities   Keywords: Perception, Travelers Domestic, Bali Arts Festival, Tourist Attractions

Tourism is a very important sector in a country because it can improve the economy. Tourism is able to contribute greatly to the addition of foreign exchange that can be utilized for the development and prosperity of the people for developing countries like Indonesia. Tourism development in Karo Regency especially Sipiso-Piso Waterfall is very important to be developed because it has the potential that is not inferior to other tourist destination in Indonesia. The existing potential can be utilized optimally to reach the destination as the main tourist attractions so that the tourism sector becomes a source or supplier of strategic funds in supporting the development of the Karo Regency. The Hotel resort is the best solution in developing Sipiso-Piso Waterfall object. In order for tourism potential to develop and serve as a reliable product sold in the global market, this design can be done using Neo Vernacular Architecture approach to raise the local culture in Indonesia, especially the existing culture in Karo and Lake Toba.

This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.
