During the current Covid-19 pandemic, many people increase their immune system by consuming whole milk. This study aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze the influence of lifestyle, price, place, promotion, product quality on the desire to buy whole milk pillow packaging during the Covid-19 pandemic and identify the purchasing decision making process. This research was conducted in July-September 2020 in Salatiga City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample collected by 60 respondents was with the criteria of consumers who had consumed more than once and the age of respondents more than 16 years. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: the characteristics of the respondents were the most 41 people (68.3%) is female, 24 people (40%) 21-30 years of age, based on the employment of 25 people (41.7%) is a student, monthly income of Rp.500,001–Rp.2,000,000 with a total of 30 people (50%), buying whole milk more than 3 times as many as 47 people (78.3%), and as many as 31 people (51.7%) milk product information from a friend. Lifestyle (X1), place (X3), promotion (X4) has a significant effect on the desire to buy, while the price (X2) and product quality (X5) have no significant effect on the desire to buy. When making a purchase of whole milk CV pillow packaging. National Mind, problem recognition is the most important component (weight 6.25) that consumers consider in making decisions. While the least consideration done by consumers is the alternative evaluation stage (4.65) because consumers are already convinced that when consuming cv whole milk. The National Mind can meet the needs desired by consumers.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

This study aims to determine the attributes that are considered important by consumers in order to achieve customer satisfaction, know the level of satisfaction or level of consumer suitability of products and services in Geo Coffee, and determine the attributes that need to get priority from the company to be improved in order to achieve customer satisfaction . This research was conducted at Geo Coffee. The sample used was 91 respondents using epurposive sampling method. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and correspondents directly. This research uses Importance Performance Analysis method. The result of this research shows that attribute with highest level of consumer satisfaction for product quality is characteristic of coffee taste characteristic based on brand cafe with level of matching equal to 101.95%. the attribute with the lowest level of conformity is a constant (stable) coffee taste for each presentation corresponding to a suitability level of 82.52%. Attributes with the highest level of customer satisfaction for service quality is the speed in responding to complaints and customer problems with a level of suitability of 120.34%. The attribute with the lowest level of customer satisfaction for service quality is the waiter providing services and appropriate handling to customer needs with the level of suitability of 80.05%. The attributes that must be prioritized for the product are the constant (stable) coffee taste of each serving and the sweet taste of coffee. The attributes that must get priority for service is the process of making order menu in Geo Coffee done quickly. Keywords: customer satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis, Geo Coffee

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty (Study on Customers of Natural Nusantara Cosmetics Product Users in Gunungkidul). The sampling technique has used a Non-Probability model used was the purposive sampling method. The sampling criteria in this study were that some customers of Natural Nusantara cosmetics users in Gunungkidul, had purchased Natural Nusantara cosmetic products at least twice. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, The data analysis method used Multiple Regression, Y = 15.163 + 0.212X1 + 0.433X2 + (-0.006X3). The results showed that product quality and price had a positive and significant effects on customer loyalty of Nusantara Natural Cosmetics users in Gunungkidul, so H1 and H2 was accepted. While brand image had a negative and had no significant effect on customer loyalty of users of Natural Nusantara Cosmetics products in Gunungkidul, so H3 is rejected.

Pasar Raya 1 is one of the traditional markets located in the city of Salatiga. Pasar raya 1 is located on Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Kutowinangun Kidul Kec. Tingkir, Salatiga City, Central Java. Pasar Raya. This study aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze the effect of price, service quality, lifestyle, product quality, place, promotion. This research was conducted in August - December 2020 in the City of Salatiga. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive, the sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling by determining criteria, namely anyone who has made a purchase and is willing to be interviewed. Samples were collected as many as 70 respondents, namely the criteria for beef consumers in Pasar Raya 1. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1. The  Characteristics of the most respondents, 64 (93%) were female, 32 (45.7%) aged 40-49 years, based on the education level of 26 people (37.1%) SMA, the factors that have a significant effect are price (X1), product quality (X4), place (X5), while for service quality (X2), lifestyle (X3), promotion (X4), do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of product quality and service quality on customers loyalty. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, Tbk through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality no significant and service quality significant influenced the customers loyalty. The conclution of this study is that service quality was dominant than the product quality in influencing customers loyalty

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and product quality through purchase intention on customer satisfaction of Bohemianproject.id products. The research conducted in Bandung on SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) named Bohemianproject.id. Research data is primary data from questionnaires and secondary data. The sampling method used was probability sampling. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 customers who had purchased Bohemian project. id’s products. The analytical method used is the path analysis method. The results showed that promotion, product quality through purchase intention are having a significant influence on product customer satisfaction from Bohemianproject.id. In-depth research in other business fields can be done to ensure other variables that affect customer satisfaction, this can help SMEs to make strategies and reduce failure to build a business.

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Increasing Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Makassar Municipal Water Company (PDAM) both directly and through intervening variables or indirect effects. This study uses a quantitative approach conducted with the aim to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another variable. This research will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study found that directly the product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality had a positive and not significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The indirect effect of this research is product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty if mediated by customer satisfaction. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty if mediated by customer satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers
