In Indonesia, tourism has become one of the most important sectors of the economy. The government is aware of this so they are trying to develop tourism seriously. Things that can add value to the attractiveness and competitiveness of tourism are the creativity and spirit of society. One of the tourism potential in the form of artificial objects that can be utilized by the community for purposes of irrigation but also as a tourist attraction is embung. Wonokerto is one of the villages in Sleman area that has built an embung, but not yet used it as a tourism asset. Realizing the potential of Embung Sangurejo in Wonokerto Village, a feasibility study of the embung is required. The analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis. This analysis found the way of Embung Sangurejo development as a tourism asset to improve the welfare of the people of Wonokerto Village which is directed at the efforts for more and more tourists coming. In addition, length of stay is increased by creating a variety of tourist attractions, such as rosulan, manakiban, pencak silat, and others. Keywords: Embung, Creativity, Tourism

Jembrana have a number of cultural potentials that can be developed as tourist attractions, one of which is the art of gamelan jegog musical instrument. Gamelan jegog made of bamboo and produce a beautiful tone. This study aims to identify the potential and constraints gamelan jegog as a tourist attraction, and to formulate an effective development strategy to be implemented. Data collection techniques used in this study were the observation, structured interviews with 11 informants from the community and the government that has insights of gamelan jegog. The method used is descriptive-qualitative and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the gamelan jegog potential can be developed into a tourist attraction in Jembrana by minimizing the constraints owned. Through SWOT approach then obtained jegog gamelan development strategy in the form of SO (strength-opportunities) strategy, namely the development of tourism potential in the district of Jembrana and increase cooperation and utilization of technology.

The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

The research objective was to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and to analyze strategies to develop the tourist attraction of the waterfall in Sambangan Village. Collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and document recording was analyzed with qualitative analysis to describe the potential for waterfall tourism in Sambangan Village and SWOT analysis to formulate a waterfall tourism development strategy. The results showed (1) classification of waterfall tourism potential in Sambangan Village, namely the classification of low tourism potential (Barak Wall Waterfall), medium tourism potential classification (Changing Waterfall, Dedari Waterfall, Cemara Waterfall), and high tourism potential classification ( Aling Aling Waterfall, Kembar Waterfall, Kroya Waterfall, Pucuk Waterfall) and (2) A strategic plan for developing a waterfall tourist attraction, namely by developing and improving various components including tourist attractions, accessibility, facilities, institutions, and preservation. environment to increase tourists to the waterfall in Sambangan Village.

This research aimed at analyzing the development strategies of Loloan traditional houses to become a tourist attraction which is beneficial for the local community. This study is a descriptive qualitative study using a SWOT analysis. The informants were chosen based on purposive sampling. Based on SWOT analysis, some strategies can be implemented in Loloan Village. Those are the development of homestay, tour package, establishment of organization to manage the tourism potential, the implementation of community based tourism, the empowerment of local community by developing their awareness on tourism, the improvement of marketing strategy, make some stilt housing units as cultural assets owned by the government and being the piloting project, the development of tourism activities, and the improvement of its facilities.

ABSTRAKPermasalahan pada masyarakat Kelurahan Patemon adalah kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kepariwisataan khususnya pengetahuan ekowisata. Oleh sebab itu pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan membantu pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Patemon, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Kota Semarang dan ikut berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan pada bidang kepariwisataan, memperkenalkan pengetahuan pariwisata berbasis eko wisata yang belum pernah diperoleh masyarakat Kelurahan Patemon dan membantu identifikasi potensi wisata alam yang masih tersembunyi dan bisa dipublikasikan agar bermanfaat untuk menambah pendapatan dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Patemon. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian berupa sosialisasi tentang konsep ekowisata dan praktek identifikasi potensi daya tarik wisata yang ada di Kelurahan Patemon. Masyarakat yang mengikuti sosialisasi diwakili oleh kelompok Karang Taruna dan Kelompok PKK. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bermitra dengan mahasiswa KKN dari Uness sejumlah 3 orang. Dari evaluasi oleh mahasiswa KKN Uness diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa masyarakat kelurahan Patemon membutuhkan pengetahuan tentang kepariwisataan khususnya ekowisata dan cara identifikasi potensi wisata. Hasil yang dicapai pada kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu: (1) Bertambahnya pengetahuan peserta sosialisasi mengenai ekowisata.  (2). Peserta sosialisasi dapat menentukan potensi daya tarik wisata di Kelurahan Patemon berbasis eko wisata. (3) Kelurahan Patemon memiliki daya tarik ekowisata. Kata kunci: pemberdayaan masyarakat; ekowisata; potensi wisata ABSTRACTThis community service aims to help empower the community in Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City and contribute to developing the welfare of its people by advancing science in the field of management and tourism. The second objective is to introduce tourism-based eco-tourism knowledge that has never been obtained by the people of Patemon Village and the third objective is to help identify the potential for natural tourism that is still hidden and can be published so that it is useful to increase income and improve the economy of the Patemon community. This community service activity is a request from the Patemon Village community to get education about tourism and explore tourist attractions and their development. Implementation of community service activities through socialization methods on the concept of eco-tourism and identification of potential tourist attractions in Patemon Village. The results of community service activities in the Patemon Village are (1) Increased knowledge of the community about tourism. (2). Recognizing the potential tourist attraction in the Patemon Village based on eco-tourism. Sambangan Village is one of 10 villages designated by the Government of the Regency of Buleleng as a Tourism Village based on the Decree of the Regent of Buleleng number 430/927 / HK / 2015 dated December 21st, 2015. Sambangan Village has good tourism potential to develop including natural waterfalls, the traditional fertility system using terracing models, accommodation facilities (villas and restaurants), spiritual tourism, and tourist attractions (tracking paths, water rides, and camping ground). However, the development of tourism objects in Sambangan Village is not optimal, the number of tourists coming to Buleleng Regency does not necessarily increase tourism visits to Sambangan Village. This is due to lack of marketing and supporting resources. Utilization of digital marketing that is developing at this time has not been done well. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of visits, marketing models that have been carried out and analyze effective digital-based marketing strategies. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, data collection using interview and observation techniques, and use triangulation techniques to check the validity of the data. Results from this study indicate that the marketing activities undertaken by Village Sambangan still needs to be improved as well as the need for specialized training for managers of tourist attraction.

The purpose of this research is to reveal the ecotourism potential of Limboto lake as natural tourism which needs to be improved and developed. The research method used is the SWOT analysis method with descriptive qualitative research type. The results of the research show that; Strengths include the cultural diversity of the local community which has been preserved until now, the extraordinary tourism potential of Lake Limboto and apart from being a tourist attraction, this location is a place of livelihood for people who work as fishermen. Weakness among others are, the absence of a clear strategy in the development of Lake Limboto and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Opportunity, among others, support from various parties, especially the government, although it is still limited to a plan that cannot be realized. There have been efforts to form a community that cares about tourism, and is close to other tourism objects. Threats, among others, are tourism development in this area is not yet a top priority and also a lack of public awareness in preserving Lake Limboto tourism objects.

Dendang Melayu Beach is a public beach that is being developed by the Batam City Government. Although various efforts have been made by the government to increase the number of visitors to this beach, it turns out that the number of visitors has not necessarily increased consistently but fluctuated up and down. Therefore, this research was carried out to further explore the behavior of visitors in the hope that it could become a material evaluation of the government in developing this tourist attraction. This study aims to examine the effect of consumer behavior on the selection of Dendang Melayu Beach tourist attractions. The respondents of this study were 100 tourists who visited the Batam Dendang Beach. The data analysis method used is inductive statistics using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the four variables of consumer behavior namely cultural, social, personal and psychological factors partially positive and significant effect on the choice of tourist attractions.

<em>The design of Urban Resort motivated by the increasing number of tourists coming to the city of Solo as increasing tourism potential. The increasing number of tourist coming and tourist potential are not accompanied by an increase in the numbers LOS (Length Of Stay) and the availability of lodging facilities that accommodate in Solo. The purpose of this scheme is to get a building design that is able to accommodate the needs of lodging accommodations and recreation in the form of a resort hotel in the center of the city of Solo with the implementation of ecological architecture as a form of support to the Government to make Solo as an ecological city. Design issues are: how the concept of ecological architecture can be applied in the design of Urban Resort in Surakarta. The method used is the method of architectural design with mix of the theory about ecological architecture with Government Regulation about requirements of five star resort hotel. The results obtained are the design of urban resort as a means of lodging accommodations, and public space as a tourist attraction and people who apply the concept of ecology architecture on the shape and appearance of the building. So that the building can give the impression of a comfortable and natural even though the resort hotel located in the middle city of Solo.</em>

Abstrak Kabupaten Magelang yang berada di lereng gunung dengan topografi wilayah yang bervariasi memiliki potensi pariwisata lokasi yang sangat besar. Namun sayangnya objek-objek wisata di Kabupaten Magelang rata-rata belum dikelola dengan baik. Melalui penelitian ini, ingin mengkaji salah satu objek wisata di Kabupaten Magelang yaitu Air Terjut Sekar Langit. Dengan pertumbungan jumlah kunjungan yang positif menunjukkan bahwa objek ini memiliki potensi untuk berkembang bila dikelola dengan baik. Menggunakan travel cost method, penelitian itu bertujuan untuk mengetahui  nilai ekonomi dari objek wisata Air Terjun Sekar Langit sehingga dalam jangka Panjang dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan Pemerintah dan Dinas terkait untuk mengelola sekaligus tetap melestarikan sumber daya alam yang ada di Air Terjun Sekar Langit, serta sebagai referensi untuk pengambilan kebijakan. Abstract Magelang Regency is on a mountainside with varied regional topography which has a very large tourism potential location. But unfortunately, tourist attractions in Magelang regency on average have not been managed well. Through this research, we want to examine one of the tourist attractions in Magelang Regency, which is the Waterfall of Sekar Langit. With the growth in the number of positive visits shows that this object has the potential to develop if managed properly. Using the Travel Cost Method, this study aims to analyze the economic value of the Sekar Langit Waterfall attraction. With the hope that the results of this study can be used as consideration for the Regional Government and related agencies to manage, but on the other hand the natural preservation of the Sekar Langit tourist attraction is maintained.
