Entrepreneurs are people who have a mental attitude and spirit who are always active, creative, innovative, inventive, initiative and trying to increase income by providing added value to society in their business activities. Young people have started to instill an entrepreneurial spirit since attending school by incorporating entrepreneurial lessons and practices in school. It is intended that after completing education in school, every student has the viewpoint of creating jobs that can support their needs and does not always have the view of working as an employee, both civil servants and private employees. The problem we are facing is that the unemployment rate is getting higher every day and generally after completing their education most of the students become unemployed because there are very few jobs and lack of costs to continue their education to a higher level. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial decisions among Madrasah Aliyah students. The independent variables of this study are entrepreneurial characteristics and self-efficacy, while the dependent variable is entrepreneurial decisions. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study were students of class XII Madrasah Aliyah. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 36 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The data used are primary data. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial characteristics and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial decisions.

This study aims to determine the Factors That Influence The Decision of Tourist Using The Site of www.tripadvisor.com in Bali Tourism Area South Kuta-Bali. This research using quantitative descriptive as a data analysis technique which is using factor analysis method and data processing is using SPSS versi 17.0 for Windows. Sample determination technique is using Judgemental Sampling and sampling technique is using Accidental. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire that given to 150 respondences who as a TripAdvisor app’s users who visited Tourism Destination of uluwatu Temple, Suluban Beach, Dreamland Beach, and Jimbaran Beach to get primary data. The results of this analysis illustrate that obtained 3 factors consist of 14 indicators that influence the decision of the tourist using this site of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali, namely: (1) Psychological Factors, eigen value is 5,355 and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicator: Perceptions, Belief & Attitudes, Motivation Social Class, and Culture. (2) Personal Factors, eigen value is 1,962 and 13,083% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Lifestyle, Personality & Self Concepts, Learning, Age, Roles & Status, and Economic Environment. (3) Social Factors, eigen value is 1,339 and 8,926% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Family, Sub-Culture, and Occupation. The highest eigen value is Psychological Factors, in 5,355 of eigen value and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance and this factor becomes the most dominant factor influencing the decision of tourists using www.tripadvisor.com of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali.

This study aims to analyze: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the quality provided by the Padang City Center Post Office (2) Service attributes that need to be improved in service quality at the Padang City Center Post Office so as to improve customer satisfaction (3) Quality dimensions services that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction at the Padang City Center Post Office. The population of this research is the Post Office customers with unknown number of respondents. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the fuzzy-servqual method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) The level of consumer satisfaction is low because the overall servqual (gap) value is negative, namely -0.75 (2) There are 17 attributes that need to be improved from the 22 attributes that are tested to improve the quality of service at the Post Office Padang City Center (3) Dimensions of service quality with the biggest gap is the dimension of responsiveness with a value of -1.32.Keywords: Service Quality, fuzzy-servqual, customer satisfaction

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the special education system. This study aims to (1) determine the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on gender; (2) knowing the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the SMPLB/SMALB level; and (3) knowing the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the ownership of facilities and infrastructure. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research.The sampling uses the Purposive Sampling Technique, and the subjects in this study were 30 visually impaired students at the SMPLB and SMALB levels at SLB A National Level Trustees who were carrying out learning. The data collection technique is using a learning motivation scale (rxx = 0.809). The data analysis technique was using the independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS. The researchers analyzed learning motivation based on gender, SMPLB/SMALB level, and ownership of facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is no significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on gender; (2) there is no significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the SMPLB/SMALB level; and (3) there is a significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on ownership of facilities and infrastructure.

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The subject of this research was students of Riau Islamic University. While the object of this study was the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, while the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, quantitative descriptive method was used. In analyzing quantitative data, simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS for windows version 23. The sample of this study was 96 people. The result of the research showed Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo had a strong or high relationship, this was related to the correlation coeffisien which was 0.763. The result of the research, the result of partial test related to the significant influence between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo, it was known from  the value of tcount (11.452) which was bigger than t table (1.661). Conclusion, there was a significant effect between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for clean and fresh sunsilk hijab Shampoo to students of  Riau Islamic University Keywords: Islamic Advertising, Purchasing Decision

The level of accountability forand building tax payments in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to find out the factors that influence the level of community awareness in paying land taxes and Buildings in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 1,486 where the sampling used was Probability Sampling with a random sampling technique using aformula of Yount  5% with a total sample of 74. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistics, data quality test, classic assumption test using SPSS 21 and Likert Scale. The results showed that accountability for land and building tax payments in the peaceful village of Watang Sidenreng sub-district was categorized as "Influential/ significant", from the ANOVA test it was able to calculate 13,325 overall, influential/ significant and the probability was far from 0.05. Furthermore partially t arithmetic (3,650)> t table (1993) means that the level of accountability influences / significantly on Land and Building Tax Payments in Damai Village, factors that influence the level of public awareness in paying Land and Building Taxes in Damai Village Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Regency Rappang 60.6% included in the category of "good".

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of price discount on impulse buying on Alfamart customers (2) the effect of bonus packs on impulse buying on Alfamart customers (3) the most dominant influence on impulse buying on Alfamart customers.  This research was conducted on all Alfamart customers in the city of Jambi.   This research includes relationship research using a quantitative approach.  The population in this study were all Alfamart customers in Jambi City.  The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people.  The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, and the data analysis technique used is multiple regression.   The results showed that (1) there was a positive effect of price discount on impulse buying for Alfamart customers, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.087, significance of 0.04 <0.05 and the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.250;  (2) there is a positive effect of bonus packs on impulse buying for Alfamart customers, as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.556, a significance of 0.001 <0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.426;  (3) the bonus pack has the most dominant effect on impulse buying with a regression coefficient value of 0.426, which is greater than the price discount regression coefficient of 0.250. This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation on the performance of financial management employees with motivation as moderating. The population in this study were all financial management employees at Udayana University in 2019. The study sample was determined by the nonprobability sampling method which obtained a total sample of 92 people. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation had a positive effect on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy and competence on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation strengthens the effect of compensation on the performance of financial management employees.

This study aims to determine the profile of the level of motivation of students in extraordinary schools citeureup in following the Physical Education learning. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population is all students with hearing impairment at SLB Citeureup with the sample used are 15 students with hearing impairment with a sampling technique using perposive sampling that is sampling as desired. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is Descriptive statistics with Percentages. Based on research results show that the high and low frequency of student learning by 16.9%, the high and low length of student learning by 10.4%, the high and low need to know and learn an object by 16.7%, and environmental factors by 16, 7% shows that these factors are included in the less category, as well as the high and low factors of supporting attention in increasing student motivation by 39.3% which are categorized as sufficient. The results of this study can be concluded that the level of motivation of deaf students in learning Physical Education has the highest price of 39.3%. This shows that the learning motivation of physical education for deaf students in SLB Citeureup is in the category of Enough so that it needs to be improved again.

The research objective was to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price towards buying interest Arawaza brand karate clothes. This research is a quantitative and explanatory research. The population is athletes and trainers of karate athletes in Palembang City and wear karate baju from various brands in training activities and karate competitions both inside and outside the city of Palembang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, namely athletes or athlete coaches who wear the Arawaza karate baju in training activities and karate competitions both inside and outside Palembang City. The number of samples was 58 respondents. The data used were primary data. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with classical assumptions, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that simultaneously the brand image, product quality and price have a significant effect on buying interest, partially both brand image and product quality have a significant effect on buying interest and partially the price has no significant effect on the intention to buy Awaraza brand karate clothes. The regression equation concludes that brand image and product quality have a positive effect on purchase intention and price has a negative effect on purchase intention. The coefficient of determination shows that the variable brand image, product quality and price can explain the variable buying interest for Arawaza brand karate clothes by 90.1% while the remaining value of 9.9% is explained by other variables not involved in the research model.

This research is motivated by learning strategies that affect student learning outcomes at TPA Taqwa Pandam, Bonjol District, Pasaman Regency. This study aims to determine the application of learning strategies that affect student learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and correlational. The population of this research is 50 students at TPA Taqwa Pandam, Bonjol District, Pasaman Regency. The sampling technique used is class random sampling technique. The sample taken is 45% of the existing population as many as 22 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, the data collection tool uses a questionnaire containing a list of statements. The data analysis technique in this study used percentages and Spearman Rho. The results of this study indicate that (1) the learning strategies applied in learning the Qur'an at TPA Taqwa Pandam, Bonjol District, Pasaman Regency is classified as low, (2) the learning outcomes of students are low, most of the students have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) or have not been completed, (3) There is a significant relationship between learning strategies and student learning outcomes at TPA Taqwa Pandam, Bonjol District, Pasaman Regency.Keywords: Learning Strategies, Learning Outcomes, Students.
