The specifics of the current state of innovation and investment activity in the territories of the Russian Federation require a comprehensive analytical study, monitoring the effectiveness of innovation and investment development of the territories. The analysis of the study suggests that the task of leveling the levels of socio-economic development of territories can be solved on the basis of the formation of a modern investment and innovation management system that is adequate to the current socio-economic realities. The sustainable innovation and investment development of territories is strongly influenced by various components of the internal and external environment, including alternative factors, the analysis of which makes it possible to study problematic situations, crisis situations, determine ways to eliminate them and assess such opportunities. Violations and problems in the field of effective investment management and innovation implementation at the territorial level should be identified and eliminated in a timely manner. The main task of managing innovation processes is investment planning of the territory, development of actions that can apply and provide the necessary environment that has a favorable effect on the strategic development of the territory. During the scientific research, the classification of key factors influencing the program-target management of innovation and investment activities of economic regions was formed, and the effectiveness of their influence on the final result was determined.

The article discusses trends in the strategic development of telecommunication companies in Russia. The factors of the strategies formation of the largest market players that determine the main directions of their investment activity are highlighted. Following the analysis of the five largest players in the telecommunications market, nine areas of digital transformation were identified: Internet of Things, OTT Applications, Cloud Technologies, Financial Technologies, Electronic Commerce and Big Data. The analysis of the implementation of investment projects of Russian telecommunications companies in the framework of their strategic development was carried out. It was identified trends in the transition of companies to the level of competition of digital platforms and ecosystems. A forecast has been made regarding the segmentation of the future digital market in Russia. The prospects for the development and significance of the development of 5G networks in Russia are named.

Abstract. Introduction. In modern conditions of transformation of the national economy the development of investment activity, which influences the interests of a growing number of enterprises, becomes relevant. Effective implementation of investment activities at the present stage is the basis for the development of Ukraine's economy, ensuring the possibility of its integration into the European socio-economic space, which will further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and improve the investment climate. Purpose. It has been proved that investment activity requires decision-making on investing financial resources to expand production. It has been established that the investment strategy of any enterprise is an integral part of its overall economic strategy, which allows to fully assess the investment potential for foreign investors. Results. An analysis of business entities based on indicators of investment activity in the selection of strategic development priorities. There are three clusters: first class: normal investment activity; second class: moderate investment activity; and third grade: critical investment activity. The analysis of investment activity of business entities of the machine-building industry in Ukraine indicates the need to attract investment resources. Conclusions. Hierarchies of choice of strategic priorities directions of development for attraction of foreign economic sources of financing have been offered and its economic efficiency has been established. The hierarchy of communication of the choice of directions of strategic development priorities for attracting foreign economic sources of financing has been obtained, which has six levels, where the highest level is to ensure the development and promotion of products of economic entities in international markets. Implementation of 6 levels of the hierarchy of choice of strategic development priorities to attract foreign economic sources of financing of economic entities, these are comprehensive actions that will enhance investment attractiveness in international markets and address some issues related to the development of strategic priorities of economic entities.

The machine-building industry of the Tyumen region is one of the key areas of specialization in the entire regional production complex. The Tyumen industry is in urgent need of products from the local machine-building complex in the conditions of sectoral restrictions and macroeconomic instability, which cause the unavailability of imported machinery and equipment. The state and strategic development of mechanical engineering in the region will also determine the development trends of the industrial sector. In turn, the pace and scale of development of regional production have an impact on the direction and priorities of development of Tyumen engineering. The article reviews the dynamics of statistical indicators that characterize the current state of the machine-building industry in the Tyumen region. Trends in innovation and investment activity of machine-building enterprises are revealed. The foreign economic activity of the sector is studied. The place of the industry in the structure of the regional economy is analyzed.

The article considers the implementation of state strategic documents in the development of light industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors examine the research of scientists related to the analysis of strategies for the development of light industry: ensuring the competitiveness of domestic products, taking into account price and quality; attracting qualified personnel for the successful operation of an economic entity; state support in the form of protection of the domestic market, preferential and customs exemptions, assistance in promoting exports and others. The article analyzes the statistical data of the production of light industry in value terms, the share of the light industry in the gross domestic product, the volume of investment in the capital of the light industry of the country. According to the authors, for the strategic development of light industry, it is necessary to apply an algorithm for the implementation of strategic development directions which focuses on legal support, personnel support, investment and innovation support, ensuring competitiveness. The authors of the article propose specific recommendations that contribute to the development of the strategic direction of light industry: increasing production potential through the introduction of breakthrough technologies; developing and implementing public-private partnership projects for the development of the industry; stimulating investment activity; implementing measures to protect domestic producers from technological and commodity dependence of foreign countries.

The paper analyzes trends in the development of the creative economy in Russia and estimates the export potential of the Russian creative industries. The author demonstrates that modern concepts of cultural heritage preservation focus on increasing the efficiency of its use and that building creative potential and systematic support of the creative industries are becoming a key task of the strategic development of regions and municipalities in the post-industrial era.
