Job performance is a result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties by the responsibilities that have been given to him. An employee is said to be successful in carrying out his job if the work obtained is higher than the predetermined standard. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training, promotion, and transfer on the work performance of the employees of the Social and Village Empowerment Service Office of Wonosobo Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of the Social and Village Empowerment Office of Wonosobo Regency. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The conclusion of this study is (1) partially training has a significant effect on job performance. (2) partially, job promotion has a significant effect on work performance. (3) partially, the mutation has a significant effect on work performance. (4) simultaneous training, promotion, and transfer have a significant effect on work performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Net profit margin and total assets turnover on the growth of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that net profit margin and total asset turnover had a significant effect with the sig value (0.032) <α (0.05), while partially the net profit margin had a significant effect with the sig value (0.035) <α (0.05), whereas Total asset turnover has no significant effect on the sig value (0.812)> α (0.05), and the magnitude of the effect of net profit margin and total asset turnover on company growth is 0.092 or (9.2%), while the rest is 90.8%. influenced by other factors outside the research.

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This means that creativity does not contribute to learning independence while motivation contributes to increasing learning independence.Keywords : Kreativitas, Movivasi, dan Kemandirian Belajar

Influence of accountability, quality of service, belief Muzakki on loyalty Muzzak. This research aims to discuss the influence of accountability, quality of service, trust Muzakki against Muzzaki loyalty to the institution Muzakki Management Institute Infaq (LMI) Surabaya. The research method is using a quantitative approach. The Unit of analysis in research is to use respondents Muzzaki for 100 Muzzaki in the area of Surabaya, with the research instrument using the questionnaire in the area of Surabaya, and the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the simultaneous influence was positive and significant and partiality that accounting was influential towards Muzzaki loyalty, the quality of service was influential on Muzzaki loyalty, and Muzzaki's belief had an effect on Muzzaki loyalty.

The Purpose of the research is to determine the effect of fairness compensation on organizational commitment. Fairness of compensation is indicated by salary, incentives, bonuses, benefits, insurance and pension guarantees. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was nurses in one hospital at  Semarang City. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique is purposive sampling obtained 81 samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research indicate that: 1) Salary has no significant effect on organizational commitment, 2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 3). bonuses have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. 4). Allowances have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Insurance has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 6). Pension insurance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

The study is done to test the influence of style leadership, culture organiasasi and motivation work to work performance employees in an institution pemasyarakatan (lapas) a class IIB tegal. Population in research are always 50 people employees lapas kelas iib tegal. Research sample areas in a slovin, then set the sample as many as 44 were employees lapas class IIB tegal. The approach that was used in pene; litian this is the quantitative approach, data is collected through chief the questionnaire research that have been filled by respondents.A method of data analysis used is the method linear regression multiple, with data processing using sofware spss 20.0. The result of this research with this f simultaneous shows that style leadership, culture organization and motivation work together have had a positive impact and significantly to work performance employees. While with this t partial shows that style leadership, culture organization and motivation work haphazardly (partial) have had a positive impact and significantly to work performance employees. The purpose of this research is to examine the capital effect and land area toward the coffee farmers income in Lewa Jadi Village, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency. This research based on quantitative approach. The sampel used is the communities of coffee farmers who the coffee ground about 73 respondents. The primary data as the instrument of collecting data utilized in this study. The primary data is obtained by distributing questonnaires to the coffee farmers. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, multicoliniarity test, heterokedasticity test, determinant test, T test, F test with spss version 16. The result of study shows that the variable of capital has the possitive and significant effect toward the coffee farmers income in Lewa Jadi Village, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency. Next, the variable of land area has the possitive and significant effect too on the income of coffee farmers in Lewa Jadi village, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency.   Keywords: Capital, Land area, Income.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Modal dan Luas Lahan Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Kopi di Desa Lewa Jadi Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Metodelogi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif.Sampel yang digunakan adalah masyarakat petani kopi yang mempunyai lahan kopi sebanyak 73 responden.Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran angket (kuisioner) kepada petani kopi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji multikoleniaritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji determinan, uji T, uji F dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa variabel modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kopi di Desa Lewa Jadi Kecamatan Bandar kabupaten Bener Meriah. Dan variabel luas lahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kopi di Desa Lewa Jadi Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Bener Meriah.   Kata Kunci: Modal, Luas Lahan, Pendapatan.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax sanctions, tax amnesty, tax knowledge on the level of personal taxpayer compliance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 80 WPOP registered in North Gresik Small Taxpayer Office using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of tax sanctions on WPOP taxpayer compliance which is registered at North Gresik KPP. There is no effect of tax amnesty on WPOP taxpayer compliance registered at North Gresik Small Tax Office. Tax knowledge has a significant effect on WPOP taxpayer compliance that is registered at North Gresik KPP.

Apart from being an important factor for the company's survival, meeting consumer needs can increase its superiority in competition. Consumers who are satisfied with the facility and location tend to buy back the product and reuse the product when the same needs reappear at a later date. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and location on the interest in visiting the water boom arema raya bima city. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research includes associative research. The population in this study were consumers who had visited the Araema Raya water boom, the number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test, partial test analysis with t test and f test (simultaneous). To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 26.00. The results of the study based on the t test (partial) show that there is no effect of facilities on interest in visiting, location has an effect on interest in visiting, while facilities and location jointly affect interest in visiting.

Abstract People in Indonesia in saving activities in sharia banks are still classified in the lower category than conventional banks. It is caused by several factors. Sharia financial literacy, religiosity and perceptions can be factors influencing people's interest in saving at sharia banks. This study aimed to determine the effect of sharia financial literacy, religiosity, and perceptions of saving interest in sharia banks. This study used a quantitative approach. In this research, researchers took samples used random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that partially sharia financial literacy had no effect on students' interest to save at sharia banks. While religiosity and perception partially have a positive and significant effect on students' interest to save in sharia banks. Simultaneously, sharia financial literacy, religiosity, and perceptions influence the interest of students to save in sharia banks.
