The study is done to test the influence of style leadership, culture organiasasi and motivation work to work performance employees in an institution pemasyarakatan (lapas) a class IIB tegal. Population in research are always 50 people employees lapas kelas iib tegal. Research sample areas in a slovin, then set the sample as many as 44 were employees lapas class IIB tegal. The approach that was used in pene; litian this is the quantitative approach, data is collected through chief the questionnaire research that have been filled by respondents.A method of data analysis used is the method linear regression multiple, with data processing using sofware spss 20.0. The result of this research with this f simultaneous shows that style leadership, culture organization and motivation work together have had a positive impact and significantly to work performance employees. While with this t partial shows that style leadership, culture organization and motivation work haphazardly (partial) have had a positive impact and significantly to work performance employees. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors of halal awareness and lifestyle on the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers at Japanese restaurants in Jakarta using a quantitative approach. The population selected in this study were Muslim consumers who had visited a Japanese restaurant located in the Jakarta area. For the number of samples in this study using as many as 150 Muslim consumers of Japanese restaurants in the Jakarta area. The sampling instrument in this study was obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical technique used to determine the magnitude of the effect is multiple linear regression. The data processing tool used for data analysis in this research is SPSS software version 20. The results of the tests carried out show that the variables of halal awareness and lifestyle partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers at Japanese restaurants in Jakarta.

Indonesia as a predominantly Muslim country has tremendous zaqah potential. Every year, the acquisition of zaqah in Indonesia increases drastically. Of course many things have been done by zaqah institutions to attract muzakki in paying zaqah, such as advertising by using public figures. This study aims to determine the effect of zaqah endorse celebrity on the motivation of tithe. The authors conducted the research by quantitative approach. The sampling technique was by judgment sampling method. The sample in this study was the muzakki who ever tithe at Dompet Dhuafa in Yogyakarta. Simple linear regression with SPSS program was used in data processing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the Celebrity Endorse variable has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of tithe. It can be seen from the value of T-test of 2.648 with sig. t of 0.009 (p <0.05). Keyword: Zaqah, Celebrity Endorse, Zaqah Motivation

Job performance is a result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties by the responsibilities that have been given to him. An employee is said to be successful in carrying out his job if the work obtained is higher than the predetermined standard. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training, promotion, and transfer on the work performance of the employees of the Social and Village Empowerment Service Office of Wonosobo Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of the Social and Village Empowerment Office of Wonosobo Regency. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The conclusion of this study is (1) partially training has a significant effect on job performance. (2) partially, job promotion has a significant effect on work performance. (3) partially, the mutation has a significant effect on work performance. (4) simultaneous training, promotion, and transfer have a significant effect on work performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

The purpose of this research are to see how reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles affect the satisfaction of customer users of online transport services to UNM Economic students. Research conducted a method survey with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students using grab bike online transport, ranging from 2016-2019 to 206 people. Sampling samples using technical samples of random sampling are 67 people. The instruments used to collect data are instruments of questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used are regression analysis and hypothetical testing with T and F. data processing used SPSS version 21 for windows software. Research results show that variable as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are partial to positive and significant effects on users GrabBike online transport satisfaction. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between reliability variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to the consumer satisfaction users of GrabBike online transport services

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Net profit margin and total assets turnover on the growth of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that net profit margin and total asset turnover had a significant effect with the sig value (0.032) <α (0.05), while partially the net profit margin had a significant effect with the sig value (0.035) <α (0.05), whereas Total asset turnover has no significant effect on the sig value (0.812)> α (0.05), and the magnitude of the effect of net profit margin and total asset turnover on company growth is 0.092 or (9.2%), while the rest is 90.8%. influenced by other factors outside the research.

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This study aims to test and analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors and work motivation on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative Karo District employees. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. From the results of data processing, socioeconomic factors were found to have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah Cooperative employees in Karo District. T test results show that the socio-economic variable variable 2,819> t table 1,668 and with a significant level of 0.009 t table 1,668.

Influence of accountability, quality of service, belief Muzakki on loyalty Muzzak. This research aims to discuss the influence of accountability, quality of service, trust Muzakki against Muzzaki loyalty to the institution Muzakki Management Institute Infaq (LMI) Surabaya. The research method is using a quantitative approach. The Unit of analysis in research is to use respondents Muzzaki for 100 Muzzaki in the area of Surabaya, with the research instrument using the questionnaire in the area of Surabaya, and the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the simultaneous influence was positive and significant and partiality that accounting was influential towards Muzzaki loyalty, the quality of service was influential on Muzzaki loyalty, and Muzzaki's belief had an effect on Muzzaki loyalty.
