The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence between work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance either partially or jointly in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Branch Jagorawi. Results of analysis that Work Discipline positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.871, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.759 or 75.9%. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.915, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.838 or 83.8%. And Discipline of Work and Organisational Culture jointly have a positive influence on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.920, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.847 or 84.7% indicates the significance of the effect given by the Discipline of Work and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. ANOVA analysis showed that the obtained value obtained Fvalue of 283.961 greater value to Ftable 3.940 at alpha (α) 5% = (267.551> 3.940) means there is a rejection of H0. It means that the variable labor discipline and organizational culture together significantly affect employee performance variables, and there is a very strong influence of the value stated.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Buana Wirasubur Sakti, to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at T. Buana Wirasubur Sakti, to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Buana Wirasubur Sakti, to determine the effect of motivation, leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at pt. the world of wirasubur magic. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Buana Wirasubur Sakti numbered 75 people with a saturated sampling technique using total sampling obtained a research sample of 75 people.The results showed that partially and simultaneously motivation, leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Buana Wirasubur Sakti. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.492, this result means that 49.2% of employee performance variables can be explained by motivation, leadership, organizational culture variables, while the remaining 50.8% is explained by other variables not examined.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and locus of control on employee performance at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 58 employees with State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the positive influence between organizational culture and Locus of Control on employee performance at t Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu because the regression direction had a positive direction, namely Y = 9.810 + 0.356X1 + 0.410X2. This illustrates that with the organizational culture of employees at work, their performance will increase. Locus of control has a significant influence on employee performance at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the greater locus of control for the employees at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu, the performance will also increase. This illustrates that the self-control of the employees will increase the performance of the employees. Organizational culture and locus of control have a significant influence on the performance of employees at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha is accepted). That is, there is a significant influence between organizational culture and locus of control on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.472. This means that organizational culture and locus of control affect performance by 47.2% while the rest is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring the performance of employees. The population in this study were all employees of the division of medical services at the Hospital Clinic Jember. The total sample for the population of employees is determined by using a formula of Taro Yamane. The number of samples used by researchers based on a calculation of the total 44 samples. Questionnaires tested the validity, reliability and test for normality. Test equipment used in this study using classic assumption test which includes heteroscedasticity test and test multicoloniarity. From the test results of multiple regression analysis produced the equation Y = 3.284 + 0.127 + 0.265 X1 X2 X3 + 0.210 + 0.129 + 0.209 X4 X5 regression equation constant positive value of 3.284, variable control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring positive value on employee performance. T test results showed: control environment positive effect on employee performance, risk assessment positive effect on employee performance, control activities have positive influence on employee performance, information and communication positive influence on employee performance, monitoring positive influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination that the variations that occur in the variable Y (the performance of the employee) was 85.5% determined by variable internal control, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. 14.5% is determined by other variables that are unknown. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward on performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable at PT. The dynamics of Indonusa Prima Medan. The population in kar research is the employees of PT. The dynamics of Indonusa Prima Medan, amounting to 72 respondents while the determination technique with saturated samples. So that the sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. The path analysis results show that reward (reward) has a positive effect on employee performance through organizational commitment. While partially shows that the reward (award) has a positive and significant effect on performance and organizational commitment variables also have a positive and significant effect on performance. PT. The dynamics of Indonusa Prima Medan have contributed to a strong level. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) 0.708 (70.8%). So it can be said that 70.8% of the dependent variable variations namely rewards and organizational commitment to the model can explain the employee performance variables at PT. The dynamics of Indonusa Perkasa Medan while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward (penghargaan)terhadap kinerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada PT. Dinamika Indonusa Prima Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian kar yaitu karyawan PT. Dinamika Indonusa Prima Medanyang berjumlah 72 responden sedangkan teknik penentuan dengan sampel jenuh. Sehingga sampel dalam peneltian ini berjumlah 72 responden. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa reward (pengahargaan) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa reward (penghargaan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjaserta variabel komitmen organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjaHasil koefisien determinasi dengan nilai regresi korelasi sebesar 0,846 artinya secara bersama-sama reward (penghargaan) dan persepsi konsumen terhadap kinerja pada PT. Dinamika Indonusa Prima Medan memiliki kontribusi pada taraf yang kuat.  Kemudian koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,708 (70,8%). Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa 70,8% variasi variabel terikat yaitu Reward dan komitmen organisasi pada model dapat menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan pada PT. Dinamika Indonusa Perkasa Medan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model.

Human resources are an element that will determine the achievement of goals effectively and efficiently. Employee performance is one of the main factors that can affect the progress of an organization or company. This study is intended to identify the extent of competence, organizational culture, and motivation that impress the employee performance at PT Kukuh Tangguh Sandang Mills in Bandung. This kind of causality research underlies in providing explanations and measuring the causal effect and quantitative research approach. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin' calculation formula with a precision of 10 percent to obtain a sample of 76 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using the aid of the SPSS for Windows Program. According to the results and discussion on the influence of competence, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance, it can be concluded that the three determinants simultaneously and partially have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination was 49.3 percent, which gave a high contribution, namely competence, organizational culture, and motivation to employee performance at PT. Kukuh Tangguh Sandang Mills, Bandung.

 This study aimed to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational culiture on the performance of employess of PT. BPR Syariah Adeco in Langsa. The population used is all employees of PT.BPR Syariah Adeco Langsa, amouting to 30 people, with the census method. Data Analysis in this study used validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS program analysis tools. The results of research and discussion explain that there is a sugnificant influence between leadership style on employee performance. Organizational culture variables significantly influence employee performance. The significant influence between leadership style variables and organizational cultulre together/simultaneously on employee performance, which is indicated by the coefficient of determination with a result of 61.0%. while the rest of the 3.9% employee performance variables can be explained from other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Leadership style, organizational culture and employee performance

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Organizational culture is a set of assumptions or belief systems, values, and norms developed within the organization that are used as guidelines for employees to act in overcoming various problems and become a differentiator between one organization and another. Every company will certainly expect a good performance from each of its employees as a benchmark for the achievements obtained. A good organizational culture will certainly bring the company to the expected conditions. This study aims to determine the close relationship between organizational culture and the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor branch by using survey methods, interviews and questionnaires to 65 respondents. The data analysis method used is the product moment correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of research using the product moment correlation coefficient, the result is rs = 0.822, meaning that organizational culture with the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor branch has a very strong relationship, the coefficient of determination on organizational culture is 67.56% which shows the magnitude of the contribution of variables organizational culture on employee performance variables. While the remaining 32.44% is influenced by other factors that are not measured. The results of hypothesis testing are obtained tcount > ttable with a value of 11,456 > 1.6694 then accept Ha reject Ho, meaning that there is a real relationship between organizational culture (X) and employee performance (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor branch Keyword: culture organization, employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of labor discipline and organizational culture on employee performance in Legislative Council Secretariat of Jombang Regency. This study is a quantitative research using Likert scale as measurement method. The population used are all civil servants amounted to 37 respondents. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Variables of the research is work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption. The results of the study indicate that the labor discipline (X1) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance which increasesalong with work discipline. Organizational culture (X2) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance. Performance of employees increases if supported with better organizational culture.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei yang dipilih dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kinerja guru dan budaya organisasi dengan Thitung 6,81 dan Ttabel 1,70. Dari uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat dinyatakan bahwa penelitian ini terdistribusi normal dan linier dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 27,24 + 0,408X. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi variabel budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru, diperoleh pengaruh yang kuat yaitu sebesar 0,741. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi yang dibuat menghasilkan 0,5497 atau sebesar 54,97%, ini berarti bahwa sebanyak 54,97% budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja guru, sedangkan sisanya 45,03% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model ini.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, kinerja guru, sekolah kejuruan.THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCEAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The research methodology used was survey method which was selected by saturated sample technique. The result shows that there is positive influence between teacher’s performance and organizational culture with Tcount of 6.81 and Ttabel of 1.70. It is also expressed normal and linearly distribution with regression equation Ŷ = 27.24 + 0.408X. Based on correlation coefficient of organizational culture variables with teacher performance obtained a strong influence that is equal to 0.741. Based on the calculation of coefficient of determination made to produce 0.5497 or equal to 54.97%, this means that as much as 54.97% of organizational culture affects teacher performance, while the remaining 45.03% was influenced by other variables not described in this model.
