The Influence of Organizational Culture and Locus of Control on Employees Performance at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and locus of control on employee performance at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 58 employees with State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the positive influence between organizational culture and Locus of Control on employee performance at t Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu because the regression direction had a positive direction, namely Y = 9.810 + 0.356X1 + 0.410X2. This illustrates that with the organizational culture of employees at work, their performance will increase. Locus of control has a significant influence on employee performance at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the greater locus of control for the employees at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu, the performance will also increase. This illustrates that the self-control of the employees will increase the performance of the employees. Organizational culture and locus of control have a significant influence on the performance of employees at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha is accepted). That is, there is a significant influence between organizational culture and locus of control on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.472. This means that organizational culture and locus of control affect performance by 47.2% while the rest is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Samples of this study as much as 81 and using the method of analysis of double linear reigration, Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination using SPSS 2.1The results of research obtained based on partial test (Test T) obtained: There is a significant  positive influence between Self-efficacy (X1) to employee satisfaction. There is a positive but insignificant influence of the Locus Of Control (X2) against employee satisfaction. Together there is a positive and significant influence between Self-efficacy, Locus Of Control against employee satisfaction with the organization culture as a variable of moderate in the water Puskesmas Air Haji Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence between work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance either partially or jointly in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Branch Jagorawi. Results of analysis that Work Discipline positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.871, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.759 or 75.9%. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.915, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.838 or 83.8%. And Discipline of Work and Organisational Culture jointly have a positive influence on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.920, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.847 or 84.7% indicates the significance of the effect given by the Discipline of Work and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. ANOVA analysis showed that the obtained value obtained Fvalue of 283.961 greater value to Ftable 3.940 at alpha (α) 5% = (267.551> 3.940) means there is a rejection of H0. It means that the variable labor discipline and organizational culture together significantly affect employee performance variables, and there is a very strong influence of the value stated.

This research was conducted at the Agency Financial Management, Income and Regional Assets of Karo District with 41 employees as a sample which aims to determine: (1) significant influence of organizational on organizational commitments, (2) significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitments and (3) influence organizational and organizational culture significantly to organizational commotments. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational on organizational commitments which was marked in the variable X1 with a value of tcount > ttable and there was also the influence of the organizational culture on organizational commitments marked in variable X2 with a value of  tcount > ttable. The value of Fcount > Ftable shows that there is an influence of organizational and organizational culture on organizational commitments. The results of the calculation show that where rcount > rtable, all respondents' answers are valid. The Cronbach Alpha value is greater than 0.60, so the variable is reliable. In this study, there was no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity neither. The multiple linear regression test is written in the regression equation Y=0,240+0,672X1+0,148X2. From the tests conducted, it was found that the samples were normally distributed. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was obtained that the value of tcount > ttable (6.600>2.022) for the organizational variable and (3,202>2.022) for the organizational culture variable; Fcount > Ftable (70,235>3,24); and the coefficient of determination obtained 80,7% while the remaining 19,3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study that must be considered in order to achieve better employee performance in the future. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Conflict and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart), Tigaraksa, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sample with a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.583X1. The value of tcount -7.513 <ttable 1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between work conflict on employee performance. Job stress partially has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.526X2. The value of tcount -7,015 <ttable1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between job stress on employee performance. Simultaneously, work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount 28.505> Ftable 2.740 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of R or the coefficient of determination of 45.2%.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Wilayah Tigaraksa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,583X1. Nilai thitung -7,513 < ttabel 1,994 yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,526X2. Nilai thitung-7,015 < ttabel 1,994yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan Konflik kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung28,505 > Ftabel 2,740 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R atau Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 45,2%. Simpulan penelitian ini, secara parsial variabel stress kerja maupun konflik kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, secara simultan atau bersama-sama stress dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The Success and agency performance can be seen from the performance achieved by its  employees, therefore, the agency demanded that the employee is able to display optimal  performance. Increasing the performance of the employees needs to be done in order to be  optimized to work out where the performance is determined by the organizational culture,  leadership, motivation and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine how much  influence organizational culture, leadership, motivation and organizational commitment on  organizational commitment. To determine the influence of organizational commitment to  employee performance.  Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded. There is a positive and significant  influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment. There is a positive and  significant impact of leadership on organizational commitment. There is a positive and  significant effect of motivation on organizational commitment. There is a positive and significant  influence of organizational culture, leadership and motivation together on organizational  commitment. There is a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment to employee  performance, coefficient of determination amounted to 0,645, which means a variation change  organizational commitment influenced the culture of the organization, leadership and motivation  of 64.5%, while the rest 35.5% influenced by other factors outside the research.

This study will look further at how the effects or effects of career development and motivation on employee performance at the Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Institution (LKC). The problem that underlies why this research is conducted is because of employee dissatisfaction with the management of LKC Dompet Dhuafa related to the opportunity to get a job promotion so that it causes deviations in employee behaviour at his workplace. The method used in this research uses multiple linear analysis techniques. This multiple linear analysis is used to see or measure the extent of the influence of independent variables consisting of; career development and motivation, on the dependent variable represented by employee performance. In conducting its analysis, this study also uses SPSS 16.0 software with a total of 54 employees from the Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Institution (LKC). The results of this study indicate that career development has a significant influence on employee performance; this is indicated by the efficiency variable where career development has a positive influence of 0.383 and sig. 0,000 <0,10. Likewise important motivation for employee performance, this is indicated by efficiency variables where motivation has a positive effect of 0.212 and sig. 0.011 <0.10. This study also shows that the relationship between career development and motivation has a simultaneously significant influence on employee performance, based on the results of the test of determination of 0.573 or 57.3%, while other factors influence the remaining 42.7%. This also shows the results of the f test with the efficiency of career development and the motivation variable has a positive effect of 36,611 and a sig value of 0,000 <0,10.

AbstractEach organization has a distinct characteristic. This difference is the identity of the organization that is then called the organizational culture. Organizational culture refers to the unique relationship of norms, values, beliefs and behavioral ways that characterize how groups and individuals get things done. Cultural relationships with how to make a commitment to realizing the vision, winning the hearts of customers, winning competitors, and building the strength of the company. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture towards employee performance and how much the percentage of organizational culture influences the employee's performance. This research uses a quantitative approach, done by collecting data of numbers. Data is then processed and analyzed to obtain scientific information. Data obtained by the survey results to 17 respondents as a data collection tool. The study used a survey method with simple linear regression data analysis techniques and Pearson's correlation to know the magnitude of the correlation between the X variables to the Y variables, as well as conducting hypotheses to figure out the magnitude of each variable's influence. Once analyzed using a correlation test there is a relationship between the influence of organizational culture to performance with a correlation value of 0.939. As well as an influence between independent variables (organizational cultures) on dependent variables (employee performance) of a simple linear regression test result obtained a significant value less than α (0.000 0.025). From the coefficient of determination of the obtained value of R2 0.883, from the value of coefficient of determination can be concluded that the employee's performance influenced by the organizational culture of 88.3%. AbstrakSetiap organisasi mempunyai ciri khas yang berbeda. Perbedaan inilah yang menjadi identitas bagi organisasi yang kemudian dinamakan budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi mengacu pada hubungan yang unik dari norma-norma, nilai-nilai, kepercayaan dan cara berprilaku yang menjadi ciri bagaimana kelompok dan individu dalam menyelesaikan sesuatu. Budaya hubungan dengan bagaimana membuat komitmen untuk mewujudkan visi, memenangkan hati pelanggan, memenangkan pesaing, dan membangun kekuatan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan seberapa besar presentase pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data yang berupa angka. Data kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi ilmiah. Data diperoleh hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 17 responden sebagai alat pengumpul data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana dan korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui besarnya korelasi antara variabel X terhadap Variabel Y, serta melakukan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi terdapat hubungan antara pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dengan nilai korelasi 0,939. Serta terdapat pengaruh antara variabel independen (budaya organisasi) terhadap variabel  dependen (kinerja karyawan) dari hasil uji regresi linear sederhana didapatkan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari α (0,000 0,025). Dari uji Koefisien determinasi didapatkan nilai R2 0,883, dari nilai koefisien determinasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi budaya organisasi sebesar 88,3%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterpretasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, pengendalian diri (locus of control), terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, pengendalian diri (locus of control) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pangkep dengan menggunakan quesioner untuk 65 responden, teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur (parth analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan pengendalian diri (Locus of Control) tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan posi-tif, Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Lok-us Kendali (Locus of Control) tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja.   Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Pengendalian Diri, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret the influence of the work environment, leadership, self-control (locus of control) on employee performance and to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of work environment, leadership, self-control (locus of control) on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Department of Communication and Information of the Pangkep Regency using a questionnaire for 65 respondents, the analysis technique used was a path analysis technique (parth analysis) using the SPSS program version 25.0 for windows. The results showed that the variable work environment, leadership has a significant effect and positively related to job satisfaction while self-control (Locus of Control) has no significant effect but is positively related to job satisfaction. Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect but is positively related, the work environment does not have a significant effect but is positively related to employee performance through job satisfaction. Leadership has significant influence and positively related to employee performance through job satisfaction. Full locus of control does not have a significant effect but is positively related to employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract This study will analyze the subject matter Is there a positive influence between organizational characteristics , organizational leadership , organizational commitment , employee management, success criteria partially on Organizational Trust , Is there a positive influence between organizational characteristics , organizational leadership , organizational commitment , management employee , partial success criteria partially employee performance , Is there a positive influence between organizational characteristics , organizational leadership , organizational commitment , employee management, with the same success criteria of the Trust organization , Is there a positive influence between organizational characteristics , organizational leadership , organizational commitment , employee management, with the same success criteria partially employee performance. The analysis used is regression analysis on two stages , the first stage is to test the independent variable on the dependent variable Organizational Trust , and the second phase to test the independent variables through organizational confidence variables to variable employee performance . After analysis of test results obtained by the first stage of the five independent variables are organizational Character , Leadership , Organizational Commitment , Employee Management , and success criteria , the dependent variable organizational trust , which has a significant effect only two variables: organizational commitment , and success criteria . While in the second stage of testing , the independent variables were tested through the organization of trust on employee performance result that only the commitment of the organization, which has significant influence over the organization of trust on employee performance. From the results of the test conducted discussion , that the variable attributes of organizational culture that directly affect or significantly affect the confidence of the organization, only organizational commitment and success criteria . While the attributes of organizational culture that has significant influence through trust organization to employee performance , organizational commitment only .
