The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of labor discipline and organizational culture on employee performance in Legislative Council Secretariat of Jombang Regency. This study is a quantitative research using Likert scale as measurement method. The population used are all civil servants amounted to 37 respondents. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Variables of the research is work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption. The results of the study indicate that the labor discipline (X1) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance which increasesalong with work discipline. Organizational culture (X2) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance. Performance of employees increases if supported with better organizational culture.

AbstractOrganizational culture is a system values and beliefs that are shared by people who interact in an rganization that serves as an identity and as reference behavior to achieve organizatinal goals. One of the success factor of an organization goals is leadership, especially leadership style will determine the perfomance of an organization that is shown on the employees performance. This study tried to assess the relationship of organizational culture and leadership style influence on employee performance. The object of this study were employees in Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Perempuan, dan Keluaraga Berencana in Magelang district. The result in multiple regression analysis showed that organizational culture and the leadership style have significant positive effect on employee performance either partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test)

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on stock returns by using EPS as a moderating variable in the Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The research observation data were 36 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that solvency has a not significant positive effect on stock returns and EPS reinforces the effect of solvency on stock returns. The smaller the level of solvability, the smaller the risk obtained. Keywords—: Solvability; Returns; EPS.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style, work discipline, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri and to provide suggestions on how PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri can increase job satisfaction by improving employee performance that affects it. For the independent variable: leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), compensation (X3), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y1), and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The research approach is quantitative research by the questionnaire. The sample used was 150 respondents. This study indicates that each dimension of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation has a direct and significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri employees. Job satisfaction directly has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. However, work discipline has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work discipline has no positive impact on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Expansion of PT. Petrokimia Gresik, which is getting bigger, requires large human resources as well. On the other hand, there is no permit for additional permanent manpower, while most of the human resources in the Procurement Compartment of PT. Peterokimia Gresik has entered its retirement period and there is no technology transfer for the migration of software used in the company, namely SAP software, so employee performance is ineffective. This study aims to analyze the effect of work effectiveness on employee satisfaction and performance, job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research, with a population and sample of employees who are part of the Service Procurement Department and the Goods Procurement Department at PT. Petrokimia Gresik with a number of 50 respondents. All incoming and appropriate data will be analyzed by smartPLS. The results showed that work effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work effectiveness on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence between work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance either partially or jointly in PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Branch Jagorawi. Results of analysis that Work Discipline positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.871, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.759 or 75.9%. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.915, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.838 or 83.8%. And Discipline of Work and Organisational Culture jointly have a positive influence on employee performance, with a very strong degree of correlation values. influence the value of the (R) of 0.920, the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.847 or 84.7% indicates the significance of the effect given by the Discipline of Work and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. ANOVA analysis showed that the obtained value obtained Fvalue of 283.961 greater value to Ftable 3.940 at alpha (α) 5% = (267.551> 3.940) means there is a rejection of H0. It means that the variable labor discipline and organizational culture together significantly affect employee performance variables, and there is a very strong influence of the value stated.

This study aims to analyze the effect of vigor, dedication and absorption on the employee performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Cargo. The object of this study is the employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate, which is located in the Cargo Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this study is 93 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate. The sampling method used is a census sample. Therefore, the sample of this study is 93 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study with the help of the SPSS application version 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, vigor, dedication and absorption have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both vigor and dedication have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, absorption has no effect and is not significant. The magnitude of the influence (R Square) of vigor, dedication and absorption on employee performance is 48,1%.

The purpose of this researches is to determine the effect of </span><span class="fontstyle0">leadership </span><span class="fontstyle0">and work motivation to the employee performance as partial and simultaneous at the </span><span class="fontstyle2">UPT Pasar I Kabupaten Sleman</span><span class="fontstyle0">. Research using multiple regression analysis. The result showed leadership and work motivation a significant positive effect on employee performance. It was also concluded thatleadership variable dominanly influenced on employee performance compared to work motivation.</span>
