AbstractEvery company activity must be adjusted. Every change in the business environment is fast and accurate. Bank Syariah Mandiri Financing Bank (BPRS) successfully conducted fundraising activities and channeled funds to the public. There are some things that are more satisfying than expected by the company, quality of service and distribution. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of significant company funds on Customer Satisfaction, assess the importance of good service to Customer Satisfaction and obtain a significant distribution channel to Customer Satisfaction. The research method uses quantitative research and associative research types. Data analysis techniques cursed multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results showed that company image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality is significantly related to sales satisfaction and distribution distribution significantly on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Company Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction Abstrak Setiap kegiatan perusahaan bisnis harus mampu mengadopsi setiap perubahan dalam lingkungan bisnis secara cepat dan akurat. Bank Pembiayaan Syariah (BPRS) Mandiri Mitra sukses melakukan kegiatan penghimpunan dana dan menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat. Ada beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah diantaranya adalah citra perusahaan, kualita pelayanan dan saluran distribusi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan dana Citra perusahaan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, menguji pengaruh signifikan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dan  menguji Saluran Distribusi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Teknik analisis data memaki analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan saluran distribusi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kata Kunci:  Citra Perusahaan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah

This study discusses the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. The data used in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire that had been distributed to customers of the BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. This quantitative research was conducted with a survey method with purposive samplin technique. The variables used in this study are independent variables that include service quality and product quality, and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and product quality can affected customer loyalty at the bank branch office in Sidoarjo.

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

Objective - The number of hotels in both urban or in tourism areas has increased quite rapidly. The success and sustainability of hotel businesses is largely determined by their marketing strategy and the quality of services they provide to their customers. In choosing a hotel, customers consider both the physical appearance of the hotel as well as the quality of service provided. The rapid increase in hotels in Indonesia necessarily increases competition in the hotel industry and the rules surrounding market competition become quite strict. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer satisfaction and to identify the most dominant dimension in terms of customer satisfaction. Methodology/Technique - The research studied 110 respondents who have stayed in several hotels located in Batu, Indonesia. The data was collected using purposive sampling techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, the service quality dimension that has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is assurance. Novelty - The research supported by original data and contribute to the literature in the context of Indonesia. Juanda Airport Surabaya is one of the airports managed by PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero). Airline LCC or Low Cost Carrier is an airline that offers low rates to its customers, with the consequence of eliminating or reducing some services or facilities that will be obtained by regular flights. This study aims to analyze the Facilities / Infrastructure, Accessibility & Public Facilities on the quality of service providers, in Terminal 1 of Juanda Airport Surabaya and analyze the LCC ( Low Cost Carrier ) airline in Terminal 1 of Juanda Airport Surabaya. This research includes quantitative research, using questionnaires as a data collector, the sample used is 100 passengers from various airlines in the research location, namely in Terminal 1 Juanda Airport, Surabaya. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing include t test, f test and multiple determination. Based on the results of the study concluded the quality of passenger services (Facilities/Infrastructure, Accessibility & Comfort and Safety) to the performance of managers, in Terminal 1 Juanda Airport Surabaya is quite good and adequate. This was proven by the answers of 100 respondents who stated that accessibility, facilities and infrastructure and comfort and safety in Juanda Airport Terminal 1 responded well. Based on the results of calculations there is the influence of facilities / infrastructure, accessibility & comfort and safety of service quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, brand image on satisfaction of ojek online transportation customers in Lamongan. This study is a survey with quantitative research. The population in this study is Cak Ed Lamongan online motorcycle taxi customers. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 100 respondents using the formula Rao Purba. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used were the validity test, the reliability test, the multiple linear regression analysis, the classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination R2 test, and hypothesis was tested through t test that was used to determine the effect of service quality, price and brand image partially on satisfaction of ojek online transportation customers in Lamongan. From the analysis, results obtained of t test results variable service quality was tcount = 3.934 > ttable = 1.660 which states that the quality of service affects customer satisfaction. Price variable was tarithmetic = 3,622 > ttable = 1,660 which indicates that price influences customer satisfaction, and brand image variable tcount = 2,216 > ttable = 1,660 which states that brand image influences customer satisfaction. While R square of 0.783 shows that 78.3% of the variable Customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality, price, and brand image. While the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables that were not examined.

Analysis of Service Quality Towards Customer Satisfaction PT. WOM Finance Wonogiri. Thesis, Management Study Program (S1). Surakarta Batik Islamic University, 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at PT WOM Finance Wonogiri.. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data sources used in this study were respondents or people who responded or answered the researchers' questions, namely customers of PT. WOM Finance Wonogiri. Data collection methods used observation, questionnaire, and documentation. This study uses classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test,f test, and coefficient of determination). The results of data analysis obtained there are tangibles,reliability, responsiveness, assurance,empathy effect simultaneously and partially to customer satisfaction at PT WOM Finance Wonogiri. This study aims to find out and analyze 1) Perception of customers on the price, quality of service and customer satisfaction of GrabBike  online transportation services in Kupang City; 2) impact of Price partially on Customer Satisfaction of GrabBike  online transportation service in Kupang City; 3) The partial effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of GrabBike  online transportation services in Kupang City; 4) The effect of Price and Quality of Service simultaneously on the Customer Satisfaction of GrabBike  online transportation service customers in Kupang City. The number of samples in this study as many as 100 respondents obtained using accidental sampling techniques. The data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 16 applications. From the results of the analysis showed that: 1) Based on the results of descriptive table analysis respondents gave a very high categorized assessment of the three variables studied; 2) The price partially affects the customer satisfaction of GrabBike  Kupang City; 3) the quality of service partially affects the customer satisfaction of GrabBike  Kupang City; 4) The price and quality of service simultaneously have a significant impact on the customer satisfaction of GrabBike  Kupang City. Based on Adjusted R2 value shows variable contribution of Price and Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction of 57.8%. While 42.2% were influenced by other variables outside the focus of this study.  Keywords: Price, Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction

This research aims to find out how the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction to desire to shop at Coco Mart Tabanan. The data used in this research is quantitative data and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. Population in this research were consumers who made purchases in Coco Mart Tabanan, with a sample of 60 people.Test results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = - 0,465 + 0,236X1+ 0,289X2,  which means the quality of service variables (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) have a significant positive effect on the desire to shop (Y). The correlation test results show that the correlation coefficient of = 0,889 lies between 0,80-1,00 which means that the effect between service quality  (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) with shopping desire (Y) is very strong. Determination test results, adjusted amount of R2 is 0,790 this means the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction to the desire to shop for 79,0% while the remaining 21,0% influenced by other factors not examined. The results of the f test and t test show that the hypothesis which reads “ there is a significant influence between service quality (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) on shopping desire (Y) “ can be received by testing significant level 0,000 is smaller than 0,05.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product promotion on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by Samsung consumers in Batam in Batam City . The population in this study amounted to 135 people. In this research, the sampling technique used is classified as non - probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method . This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and has an R Square (R2) value in this study of 35.2%. The results of the t-test in this study are the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and product promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test in this study, the results showed that Service Quality and Product Promotion together had a positive and significant effect on Samsung Customer Satisfaction in Batam City.

This research aimed to examine the  customer effect expectations and service quality of customer satisfaction at PDAM Buleleng Regency both partial and simultan. The research design used a quantitative causal. PDAM Buleleng Regency customers as subject and the customer expectation, service quality, customer satisfaction as object,. The sample amounted 80 people. The data from questionnaire and then analyzed used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) there are significant effect between customer expectations to  customer satisfaction, (2) between service expectations to customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect, (3) between service quality to customer satisfaction had a significant effect.
