Juanda Airport Surabaya is one of the airports managed by PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero). Airline LCC or Low Cost Carrier is an airline that offers low rates to its customers, with the consequence of eliminating or reducing some services or facilities that will be obtained by regular flights. This study aims to analyze the Facilities / Infrastructure, Accessibility & Public Facilities on the quality of service providers, in Terminal 1 of Juanda Airport Surabaya and analyze the LCC ( Low Cost Carrier ) airline in Terminal 1 of Juanda Airport Surabaya. This research includes quantitative research, using questionnaires as a data collector, the sample used is 100 passengers from various airlines in the research location, namely in Terminal 1 Juanda Airport, Surabaya. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing include t test, f test and multiple determination. Based on the results of the study concluded the quality of passenger services (Facilities/Infrastructure, Accessibility & Comfort and Safety) to the performance of managers, in Terminal 1 Juanda Airport Surabaya is quite good and adequate. This was proven by the answers of 100 respondents who stated that accessibility, facilities and infrastructure and comfort and safety in Juanda Airport Terminal 1 responded well. Based on the results of calculations there is the influence of facilities / infrastructure, accessibility & comfort and safety of service quality.

Abstract. Procurement of government goods / services is the activity of obtaining goods / services at reasonable prices, quantity and quality appropriately and timely. Goods / services procurement activities cover efforts to meet the needs of goods / services based on prevailing regulations and legislation, with various considerations for the purposes of easy control and evaluation. By implementating good procurement of goods / services, the good governance atmosphere is hoped to be established. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of procurement of goods / services in the Provincial Government of Gorontalo. This is a quantitative research and data were analysed by multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data were employed in this study and collected by distributing questionnaires. This study uses four independent variables, namely self-estimate price (HPS), time of procurement of goods / services, integrity, method of selection of goods / service providers, and one dependent variable is the quality of procurement of goods / services.The result of the research shows that the estimated price affect negatively and significantly the quality of the procurement of goods / services. On the other hand, the time of procurement of goods / services, integrity, and the method of selection of goods / service providers affect positively and significantly  the quality of procurement of goods / services in the Government Gorontalo Province.Keywords: HPS, Implementation of procurement of goods / services period, integrity, procurement of goods/services. Abstrak. Pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah merupakan kegiatan memperoleh barang/jasa dengan harga yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, jumlah dan kualitas yang sesuai serta pengadaan yang tepat waktu. Kegiatan pengadaan barag/jasa mencakup usaha-usaha untuk mencukupi kebutuhan barang/jasa berdasarkan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, dengan berbagai pertimbangan agar pengendalian dan evaluasi mudah dilakukan. Dengan pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa yang baik akan menciptakan suasana pemerintahan yang baik (Good Governance). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa di Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel independen yaitu harga perkiraan sendiri (HPS), waktu pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa, integritas, metode pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa, dan satu variabel dependen yaitu kualitas pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa harga perkiraan memiliki  pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa, sedangkan waktu pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa, integritas, dan metode pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kualitas pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa di Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo.Kata Kunci: HPS, waktu pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa, integritas, pengadaan barang/jasa.

This study discusses the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. The data used in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire that had been distributed to customers of the BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. This quantitative research was conducted with a survey method with purposive samplin technique. The variables used in this study are independent variables that include service quality and product quality, and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and product quality can affected customer loyalty at the bank branch office in Sidoarjo.

AbstractEvery company activity must be adjusted. Every change in the business environment is fast and accurate. Bank Syariah Mandiri Financing Bank (BPRS) successfully conducted fundraising activities and channeled funds to the public. There are some things that are more satisfying than expected by the company, quality of service and distribution. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of significant company funds on Customer Satisfaction, assess the importance of good service to Customer Satisfaction and obtain a significant distribution channel to Customer Satisfaction. The research method uses quantitative research and associative research types. Data analysis techniques cursed multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results showed that company image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality is significantly related to sales satisfaction and distribution distribution significantly on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Company Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction Abstrak Setiap kegiatan perusahaan bisnis harus mampu mengadopsi setiap perubahan dalam lingkungan bisnis secara cepat dan akurat. Ada beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah diantaranya adalah citra perusahaan, kualita pelayanan dan saluran distribusi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan dana Citra perusahaan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, menguji pengaruh signifikan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dan  menguji Saluran Distribusi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Teknik analisis data memaki analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan saluran distribusi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kata Kunci:  Citra Perusahaan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah

The purpose of this study was to analyze research (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphy) on service quality, using the Innovative Internal Service Quality Model (IISQ). The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed tangible and tangible evidence of the quality of partial services. While the variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy affect positively on the quality of service is not significant. This means that businesses that involve activities / products actually produce quality services. While other activities are only as a support for improving the quality of service. The responsiveness variable has a dominant influence on service quality, but it is not significant. This shows how the implementation of activities and service providers have a great response to the quality of service, meaning that port service providers are very responsive to the needs of port service users, so satisfied users will get help for those needs.

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

Objective - The number of hotels in both urban or in tourism areas has increased quite rapidly. The success and sustainability of hotel businesses is largely determined by their marketing strategy and the quality of services they provide to their customers. In choosing a hotel, customers consider both the physical appearance of the hotel as well as the quality of service provided. The rapid increase in hotels in Indonesia necessarily increases competition in the hotel industry and the rules surrounding market competition become quite strict. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer satisfaction and to identify the most dominant dimension in terms of customer satisfaction. Methodology/Technique - The research studied 110 respondents who have stayed in several hotels located in Batu, Indonesia. The data was collected using purposive sampling techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, the service quality dimension that has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is assurance. Novelty - The research supported by original data and contribute to the literature in the context of Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is a motor vehicle taxpayer. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is a motor vehicle taxpayer in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique in this research used convience sampling. Respondents in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires given directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were dominated by male (58 respondents). Whereas female respondents amounted 42 respondents. The analysis techniques in this research used multiple linear regression analysis, with SPSS tools. This study obtained results that perseptions of tax corruption and service quality of tax officers affect taxpayer compliance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang berada di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini didominasi oleh laki-laki (58 responden). Sedangkan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan alat SPSS. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi korupsi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan petugas pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of licensing service quality on community satisfaction in the Bogor Regency DPMPTSP. This research uses quantitative research method. Data collection in Bogor Regency uses observation and questionnaire. Data processing technique using Likert scale, while the technique of data analysis using test Validity, Reliability, Normality, Linearity, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and test of correlation coefficient significance or T test. The results are: (a) The results of simple correlation coefficient test between the quality of service quality (X) and the satisfaction of society (Y) is 0.756 is strong, if it is concluded that there is strong correlation between variable (X) and variable (Y). (b) variable of service quality (X) give influence to variable satisfaction (Y) equal to 57,1% while the rest that is equal to 42,9% influenced by other factor not examined. (c) the result of t arithmetic is 10,633, while t table is 1,663 so that 10,633 > 1,663 so that service quality of permit in DPMPTSP Bogor Regency has significant influence to the satisfaction of society.Keyword: Service Quality, Public Service, Investment Service and One Stop Service.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan perizinan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor menggunakan teknik observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan skala likert, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, liniearitas, analisis regresi liniear sederhana, analisis korelasi sederhana, koefisien determinasi dan uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi atau uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (a) Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi sederhana antara variabel kualiatas pelayanan (X) dan kepuasan masyarakt (Y) bernilai 0,756 artinya kuat, jika disimpulkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara variabel (X) dengan variabel (Y). (b) variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan (Y) sebesar 57,1% sedangakan sisanya yaitu sebesar 42,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. (c) hasil t hitung yang didapatkan adalah 10,633, sedangkan t tabel adalah 1,663 sehingga 10,633 >1,663 sehingga kualitas pelayanan perizinan di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Pelayanan Publik, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP)

The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

<div class="WordSection1"><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT. </em></strong><em>As one of the peoples choice for traveling, "X" airline company </em><em>is </em><em>one of low cost carrier in Ind</em><em>o</em><em>nesia is considered to have poor service quality despite controlling nearly 60% of domestic market share. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of service quality on customer loyalty among "X" airline company. The method used is </em><em>causal comparative </em><em>quantitative research. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a sample size of 250 people aboard with "X" airline company. Purposive sampling technique</em><em> </em><em>was used in this research. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between service quality on customer loyalty with regression value of 0.802 (p = 0.000). Reliability, </em><em>a</em><em>ssurance and empathy </em><em>dimensions are the</em><em> three dimension that have</em><em> </em><em>the most impact on customer loyalty (p&lt;0.</em><em>05).</em><em> </em><em>Based on the results, i</em><em>t is recommended that the "X" airline company continue to strive to improve the quality of services, especially in terms of safety and comfort to create a customer loyalty.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> service quality, customer loyalty, low cost carrier, </em><em>passengers</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK. </strong>Sebagai salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk berpergian, perusahaan penerbangan “X” adalah salah satu maskapai berbiaya rendah di  Indonesia yang dianggap memiliki kualitas layanan yang buruk meskipun menguasai hampir 60%  pangsa pasar domestik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen perusahaan penerbangan “X”. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada sampel berjumlah 250 orang yang pernah menggunakan penerbangan maskapai penerbangan “X”. Teknik sampling <em>purposive sampling</em> digunakan dalam penelitian ii. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai regresi 0.802 (p=0.000). Dimensi reliabilitas, jaminan, dan empati adalah tiga dimensi yang paling berdampak terhadap loyalitas konsumen (p&lt; 0.05).  Berdasarkan hasil, direkomendasikan agar perusahaan penerbangan “X” terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, terutama dalam hal keselamatan dan untuk menciptakan loyalitas konsumen.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> kualitas layanan, loyalitas konsumen, <em>low cost carrier</em>, penumpang</p></div>
