Leadership, motivation, work environment, and discipline is some of important factors where its influence in employees performance need to be studied, in order to improve better performance or provide positive influence on the performance itself. Employees performance in the welding section 1 A, has significant effect in the production process at PT. XYZ Motor, which manufactures parts of the body frame, in order to complete the daily production target, the influence of these factors on the employees performance needs to be determined. This study uses a questionnaire for collecting data from samples of 80 respondents taken from 158 employees in the welding 1 A. Multiple linear regression is used to test hypotheses for each variable. Result showed that the discipline variables has positive influence on employee performance with significance value of 0,04, where the value is less than 0,05. Other factors has value greater than 0,05.Keyword: Leadership, motivation, work environment, discipline, performance AbstrakFaktor kepemimpinan, motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kedisiplinan menjadi beberapa faktor yang perlu dan penting untuk di ketahui pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan, guna peningkatan kinerja yang lebih baik atau memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja itu sendiri. Kinerja karyawan di bagian welding 1 A, memiliki andil cukup besar dalam proses produksi di PT. XYZ Motor, bagian yang memproduksi frame body tersebut harus mampu menyelesaikan target produksi dalam setiap harinya, untuk menentukan pengaruh faktorfaktor tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan. penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dari sampel yang diambil sebanyak 80 responden dari 158 karyawan di bagian welding 1 A. Pengolahan dari data yang terkumpul menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis terhadap per masing-masing variabel. Berdasarkan pengolahan, didapatkan hasil bahwasannya yang memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu pada variabel kedisiplinan dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,04, dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05. Sedangkan faktor lain yang menjadi variabel bernilai lebih besar dari 0,05.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan kerja, Kedisiplinan, Kinerja

Background/ Purpose - To find out what factors influence employee performance at Semen Indonesia International University (UISI). Design / Methodology / Approach - This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were UISI employees and lecturers who had structural positions at UISI where only lecturers were not used as respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 79 respondents. The data analysis of this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the assistance of the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program as if the statistical data. Results and Discussion - The results of this study found that instrument testing, classic assumption tests, t tests, coefficient of determination (R2) and multiple linear regression analysis on the compensation variable hypothesis, work environment, organizational culture, leadership, motivation and job satisfaction showed no significant influence on employee performance so the hypothesis is rejected. While the variable work discipline shows a significant effect on employee performance. Conclusion - Based on the results of the study prove that all hypotheses are acceptable (compensation, work environment, organizational culture, leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on employee performance. While work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance). Research Implications - It is expected that the results of this study can add insight related to improving employee performance to pay attention to aspects of work discipline.

This study aimed to determine the effect of job training, career development and work environment on the performance of employees in Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in the sampling is purposive sampling, the sampling was based on the consideration to fit the study criteria in order to increase the accuracy of the sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the significant level (α) 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the positive effect of job training on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.031 is less than 0.05. Career development positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The work environment positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Job training, career development and work environment simultaneously affects the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Advice for leaders should work to improve the training of civil servants stationed appropriate initial education field and conducted the training as well as suggestions for training held in accordance with the needs of employees so that employees fully understand their duties and functions. To enhance the career development of employees should know the position / employee positions will get next. To improve the work environment should provide a place of their own to save the document to make it look more presentable. To improve the performance of the three points above should be met then the performance of employees will increase. In this study used quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Respondents were 78 subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The results of this study are and documentation and continued with data processing to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that Leadership, motivation and work environment there is no significant partial positive effect on the performance of sub-district officials in Lumajang District. partially on the performance While the discipline there is a significant positive influence of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. This study aims to: (1) Test the leadership of a positive andsignificant effect on employees; (2) Testing motivation has a positive andsignificant effect on employees; (3) Testing the work environment has apositive and significant effect on employees; (4) Testing leadership,motivation and work environment has a positive and significant effect onemployees. This type of quantitative research with direct survey methoduses a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. Data analysis usingmultiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determinationcoefficients were assisted with SPSS version 24. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

<p><em>This research was conducted at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Majene Regency with the title The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance. The formulation of the problem used by researchers is How the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, How the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, which variables have more influence on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Office Majene District Sports. The research method, namely the population and sample used in this study were all employees of the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, which amounted to about 50 people, while the analysis method used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis This analysis was used to determine how much influence it had. independent variables, namely: compensation (X1), and work environment (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Multiple linear regression equations, Partial Significance Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test (F test). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.
