Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the increase in active users of the mHealth application as a doctor’s teleconsultation transaction, drug purchases, and other test services, especially the COVID-19 test service on a drive-thru basis, has increased significantly. The trend of health app user behavior indicates the importance of health. To reveal this phenomenon, the approach used is descriptive-quantitative with SEM-PLS analysis method using SmartPLS software. This finding is to make an important contribution for stakeholders that the main consideration factors for consumers intending to use mHealth application are risk and trust. The consequences for high risk are not proportional to the trust in the application, but when the trust as a mediator can lead to a positive attitude from consumers on the risk that will be accepted as a concrete action to use it. In the end, consumers’ strong trust reflects their behavior towards their intention to use the mHealth application.

Grouper fish is a type of reef fish that is exported as a commodity to various countries such as Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and China. Grouper fish can be cultivated using floating net cages and have a high selling price (high profit) but also have a high risk (high risk), thus affecting the market and the number of grouper aquaculture. The purpose of this research is to determine the socioeconomic impact of the use of floating net on grouper farmers. The determination of the research area was carried out deliberately in Situbondo Regency. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation and depth interview. The informants of the research were determined intentionally, namely grouper fish farmers who do aquaculture with floating net cages. The data analysis method uses Milles and Huberman. The results showed that the use of floating nets for grouper culture had social and economic impacts. The social impact on grouper farmers is the formation of grouper farmers, thus creating a social network in the form of interaction between farmers; construction of supporting facilities for the development of aquaculture businesses but also raises social prejudices between farmers because of frequent theft of fish in floating nets. While the economic impact is based on increasing grouper production which has a direct impact on the income of grouper farmers. Keywords : Floating net, grouper fish farmers, socio-economic impacts

The Egyptian school education systems is currently in a miserable state and facing some problems. To overcome the problems, there is a suggestion towards the development and implementation of mobile learning (m-Learning) as a new learning tool in the education system. The aim of this paper is to investigate the Egyptian students’ perception towards m-learning as a new learning tool and its benefits through a survey of 120 students from a public preparatory school in Egypt. Data was gathered and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 23. The results demonstrated a positive attitude from the participants towards the benefits of M-learning. The majority of students showed their concerns about technical issues of m-learning such as the small screen and limited storage. The results also revealed the positive attitude towards the value of M-learning, especially for those who use E-learning resources. A large proportion of participants use their devices for different activities such as messages, Internet browsing and games rather than learning. This has point the need for more investigation to determine the factors that may affect the students' intention to use their devices in learning.

Breastfeeding is the best form of feeding for premature infants. However, mothers with premature delivery are frequently reported to be depressed, and this has been especially the case during the Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. We aimed to measure the level of breastfeeding attitude and its association with postpartum depression among mothers with premature infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) during the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 248 mothers with a premature infant were observed in this cross-sectional study from the chosen NICUs of government hospitals in Selangor, Malaysia. The Iowa Infant Feeding Attitude Score (IIFAS) and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, along with sociodemographic questionnaires, were used to obtain information on the mothers’ attitudes towards breastfeeding and the risk of postpartum depression. A higher percentage of mothers had a positive attitude towards breastfeeding (64.9%), with a mean IIFAS score of 66.30 ± 6.92. Meanwhile, about 27% of mothers with premature infants were reported to have high risk of depressive symptoms. Mothers with a high risk of depression were less likely to have a positive attitude towards breastfeeding (OR 0.37, 95% CI 0.199, 0.675) as compared to mothers with a low risk of depression (p < 0.01). We found that there is an association between the risk of depression and the attitude towards breastfeeding. Early identification of maternal mental health problems should be addressed to ensure the willingness of mothers to continue breastfeeding.

BACKGROUND With the rise in the use of information and communication technologies in health care, there has been a push for patients to accept more responsibility for their health and well-being using eHealth tools such as personal health records (PHRs). PHRs support patient-centered care and patient engagement. To support the achievement of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions, the National Transformation program provides a framework to use PHRs in meeting the triple aim for health care – increased access, reduced cost, and improved quality of care – and to provide patient- and person-centered care. However, there has been limited research on PHR uptake within the country. OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to identify predictors of patient intention to utilize the Ministry of National Guard-Health Affairs (MNG-HA) PHR (MNGHA Care) using an adapted model of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the theoretical framework. METHODS This cross-sectional study utilized a survey developed based on the UTAUT to measure behavioral intention to use MNGHA Care among adults visiting MNG-HA facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Al Ahsa, and Qassim. The main theory constructs performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and positive attitude toward using the PHR were collected as independent variables. Age, gender, experience with health applications, and health status were tested as moderators between the main theory constructs and behavioral intention using hierarchical multiple regression. RESULTS Of the eligible population, a total of 261 adult patients were included in the analysis with a mean age of 35.07 years (± 9.61), male (n=132, 50.6%), university-educated (n=118, 45.2%), and at least one chronic medical condition (n=139, 53.3%). The model explained 48.9% of the variance in behavioral intention to use the PHR (P=.377). Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and positive attitude were significantly associated with behavioral intention to use the PHR (P<.05). Prior experience with health applications moderated the relationship between social influence and behavioral intention to use the PHR (P=.043). CONCLUSIONS This research contributes to the existing literature on PHR adoption broadly as well as in the context of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Understanding which factors are associated with patient adoption of PHRs can guide future development and support the country’s aim of transforming the health care system. Similar to other studies on PHR adoption, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and positive attitude are important factors, and practical consideration should be given to how support these areas.
